(2 Weeks) (I’ve Taken Breaks For A Few Days. I don’t do this work out every day.)
Day 1:✅ Incredibly painful. I had to take a 1-2 min. break in between each, and found it difficult towards the end as my thighs were so sore, and my legs were shaking.
Day 2:✅ Not as bad today, legs were less shaky, but I’m having trouble doing these exercises at a face pace, especially the last one.
Day 3:✅ Today went smoothly, less burning but I cannot do the squat jumps.
Day 4:✅ Best day yet! Didn’t become sore, or as tired too quickly at the beginning. However, I struggle with the last 3 exercises, as by then, I’m very sore and tired.
Day 5:✅ Had a difficult time today. Found myself being out of breathe very quickly, and constantly leaning forward onto my toes.
Day 6:✅ Went well. However I decided to modify the work out a bit certain exercises like lifting the legs I was unable to do well so I just do basic squats instead.
Day 7:✅ Best day by far! Was able to do almost every exercise without having to take a break. However, I still struggled through the jumping and squat, so I just do normal squats instead.
Day 8:✅ Went well today. I continue to modify some of the exercises that I found difficult and replace them with doing a regular squat, but in doing that, I found myself having more energy
    compared to other days.
Day 9:✅ It was wasn’t the best day. I found my thighs are getting really sore very fast, but I am noticing that my butt is a bit more firm.
Day 10:✅ Wasn’t feeling it today, and I was very low on energy, but I got through it.
Day 11:✅ It didn’t go too bad today, was kind of low on energy but did it with minimal breaks in between.

Hey guys, I see a LOT of questions on this video, and a LOT of misunderstanding about what squats do to your booty, so I wrote you a list of the most common squat questions; do they get rid of cellulite? Can you really build a bigger booty? How many squats should you do? How often? Do they make thighs bigger or smaller? Do squats burn belly fat? Are they bad for your knees? I used to have kinda a wide butt, not necessarily a "Big butt" but ever since I've been doing these my butt is waaay firmer, lifted, and round. The arch in my back is way more defined now and my waist is seemingly shrinking. I love my results I'm kind of obsessed with squats now, but I'm looking to combine this workout with something else to work on my belly fat. But believe me guys its worth it plus its only eight minutes out of your day. In the beginning its going to seem hard but the more you do it the easier it becomes! Staying motivated is the key

I'm currently struggling with some personal issues and I find it really hard to get my ass out of bed, not even gonna say something about fitness... I never exercised, because I didn't feel like it was necessary... But I gotta tell you, I was doing what the video instructed me for 2 minutes and I can barely breathe now... It was an eye-opener, because I never felt so out of shape and useless in my entire life. I'm going to try this a few minutes every day, until I get used to the effort, even if I'm going to do it 5 minutes every day for a week and then 10 minutes the next week, I feel like it's gonna change my life. Fingers crossed.

This one might be too much for a start... Make a plan. Prepair a special piece of paper or calendar to mark each next successfull day of training. Also each next day (or harder training in 2days interval) should be a bit harder than previous. Goal much go higher each time. And prepare your mind to not miss even one day. After a week you will see big change in your mind. Your will will be stronger and it's more important than body. Body can be trained easily, you can get used to any physical routine but will? That's different story and the key to success. Good luck. YOU CAN do it.

I am extremely obese. A male. My weight is 176KG. I have been overweight since forever. I really want to change. Failed couple of times already. But I'm ready to start again. I'm gonna follow this routine from now on since it is so convenient to do this in my room without ppl watching.
On day 2 straight with this routine. I can say my back is killing me, and my butt and knee felt so tight. I think I need rest for a day or 2 between this routine. Will definately start again when my back is healed.
    Wish me luck.

I’d just like to share my story on how my journey has been going so far, I’m actually super proud of myself, I’ve stared about a week ago for reference, and I started the first day with around 25 squats, a break then another 25. I was exhausted by the end of it and thought I would never be able to do any more than that. I repeated this for another day then after that decided to jump straight into 50 with no breaks, I was surprised that I could actually do it, and was so so happy. The next day I did another 50, a break, and then 50 after, by this point I began to struggle, but my goal was to get to 100. I then began to do 50, break, 50, break, then 50. I then thought to myself ‘if I can do 150 with some breaks, who to say I can’t do 100 in one go? so the next day I tried it, I can’t describe to you how proud i was when i finally hit that 100, it seemed impossible to me. After that I began to notice i was struggling a bit more when it came to walking anywhere, and found increasing pains. I decided to stop the massive increases but stuck to doing atleast 100. I would go up in 10s each day. Now it say not seem like a lot but my current record is 150, with no breaks. It’s truly amazing to me that in just a week or so I no longer struggle on the 25 that seemed impossible on the first day. I love just sitting back after doing it all, feeling the slight ache in my legs, but too much pride to think about the pain.
I really encourage people to start to do this, take your time. Don’t be disheartened if you aren’t amazing at the start, if it doesn’t hurt, it’s not going to make you any stronger. You’ve got this, I promise you it will be worth it!
    -Izzy xx ❤

I see a lot of women posting. Just wanted guys to know that this is a great workout for men as well. I have lifted weights and use to do serious squatting but this is better in my opinion. I don't have to go to the gym or risk injury messing with weights and it's also a lot faster. At the end of the day no one cares how much you can squat, it's all about staying fit and healthy. If you want to really take it up another level add in some sprinting.

+cocobana29 Yes I believe you can. You actually want your feet to be as level with the ground as possible. Some athletic shoes are no good for squatting because they have alot of cushion in the heel, elevating your heel. Which I think makes it harder to sit back. Correct me if I'm wrong! Also, I believe it was Arnold Schwarzenegger who weight trained bare foot did he not? I know some people who weight train and do squats and the like in converse. I myself do squats barefoot.

***** simple. you can't. to be able to squat 100 reps daily is an acquired thing. sure it can be built up to and will lead to great results. but it ain't gonna happen overnight for a relativity untrained person.

    • @SuperCanuck777
      @SuperCanuck777 9 лет назад

you are right in what you say. 10 sets of 10 on just ONE day is enough to tear many muscles fibres so the average joe won't be comfortable even walking for at least 3 days.. it is a bodybuilding type exersize thing as well as being aerobic. it would be possible to do it daily but would require extreme mental strength. for people that already do loads for legs regularly, like even daily, lunges, step ups, etc, etc, their bodies have already adapted to extreme daily work loads so for them it is do-able. yes if you must try it every day for results yes do it faster if that's what you know you need to do the dlaiy regime. you can slow it down and get stricter when you improve. this is why it is called the 30 day squat challenge. if the average joe who doesn't do much or at all for legs - it has the potential to destroy them. I have been bodybuilding for 34 years.

+Tyrone Kang when a person is going to do a set of 100 repetitions like this one, I stretch the muscles first before starting it, then during, and after, that way, it you won't feel all the soreness the next day, however, you'll still be sore, but I would stretch them in the bilateral, isolateral, way, when I get up in the morning and before going to sleep at night.

Thank you for these shorter videos! I have chronic fatigue and had to take a break in my fitness as I accidentally went past my limit and it knocked me flat for a couple weeks. I was doing your full length strength/superset videos as I was able. Today I'm testing the waters with this, the most active thing I've done besides gentle yoga. It was a great way to ease back in because it's so short, not too taxing (didn't do the jumps, just calf raises), but I still feel like I accomplished something. And now I just wait to see if I'm okay, or if this was also too much. Fingers crossed!

You all should start doing aquat now! yes, it is hard but just believe in yourself. everyone can do it!^^ and I am waiting another week to weigh myself again hehe
Last weeks, there is one boy, my classmates, said that I am getting fatter but who cares. I've been doing all the workout without skipping it how dare he talked to me like that. but, I will proves to them that I also can lose my weight and I promise to myself that I will make him dropping his own jaw someday. It may take a lot of time, but be patient, okay?:) Let's do workout now! without any doubt.

Lol this was one year ago but I stopped doing it for a long time. Trying to get back on it! Really hope I can stay with it this time. My butt is still way too huge. D:

Did this exercise about 4 times a week from August to November last year and I got a lot of compliments on how slim my legs have gotten. I should have measured how many inches I lost, but then if other people notice it then I must have lost a lot. Started doing them again this week.

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now - about 3 times a week and I'm that I see results in my entire body. Have you guys thought of making a postpartum squat series? I got into doing squats because I learned that they are one of the best things a woman can do ppt to strengthen the pelvic floor. I'm 9 months ppt with my second baby and proud to say that I'm rocking this now, but there's NO WAY I could have started here! Recovery takes longer than 6 weeks and its a different journey for every new mom, depending on the birth, and support afterward, and probably so many other unknowns! I'd love to have one I could recommend as a starting point for my friends when they start working out ppt. :)

To protect my knees, I do squats grabbing a fence. Not only helps me achieve lower squats while avoiding any force against the knees, but also works my biceps and shoulders

Love the greyed out preview of the upcoming exercise! The calorie counter is encouraging.

I have been doing this for 2 months since quarantine. I must say that this is THE most effective squats. You can see result in a month or 2. This is my go to squats.
