For years I have been trying to find a program that fit me and that I could gradually do. I knew that if I rushed into a deep workout I would quit over and over again. But luckily I found this program and its helped me realize I can do this without feeling like im a failure. I started almost 2 months ago and I went to my clinic which I go to every three months and I lost 22 LBS!!! I changed some eating habits like cokes and candy and things and did whatever workouts I could. At first I thought I was at a loss because of past times. But after I seen that scale I take my weight loss even more serious now. Keep up the good work you guys and when I reach my overall mark I will be sending in pictures!

I highly recommend this workout if your looking to build glutes and legs i have been doing it every day for about 3 weeks now and my jeans dont fit now they are all too tight .

We need to do a vlog on gaining weight the healthy way, but in a nutshell, one easy and natural way to increase weight healthily is by making sure that you are creating a calorie surplus by adding healthy, calorie dense foods (avocado, nut butters, seeds, heart-healthy oils, etc) to your diet, along with doing regular strength training, and even keeping up with some continued light, short duration cardio (even when you're trying to gain weight, cardio is good for the heart & body). Stella Whitten I think it's really sweet that you are looking out for your Dad! Have you tried using our website search function? You can search all 360+ workout videos by training type, difficulty level, length, calorie burn, equipment, etc. I would recommend first talking to his doctor, but then checking out our low impact routines, difficulty level 1-3 initially. Hope this helps, best to you both!

This was awesome! I've been wanting a short lunge video for the days I get my cardio in on the stationary bike and here it is! Got my heart rate back up for a sec at the end and I started sweating again too :) Now it's time for arms and abs and I'm done for today. I swear, I'm hooked on your videos.

Doing this with 40 pound weights. Forced to do this in 5 sets of 10 reps each. Joining the gym next month, so hopefully this will give me a good warm up before the gym. I love these little extra burn outs. Make me feel so much better about myself and only takes 8 minutes! I doubled up on a few exercises to add the extra burn but only on 3 or 4. Next time I aim to double up on them all! Or a request for a double one? Great after a hiit routine even though I shouldn't have after a 40 minute hiit. I had tonnes of energy from my cheat weekend just gone 😁💪

It's hard to say without knowing whether it's body fat or muscle that you're trying to reduce (you don't want to reduce muscle!) but if it's body fat, sticking to a healthy diet and regular workouts (a combo of our HIIT, strength training, cardio, stretching; the works) will eventually help you slim down allover, including the calves.
i used to leave the house with leggings like those and my legs are naturally muscular and i felt so insecure because i thought i looked manly but since working out with you guys i have more confidence in myself and i realise hey my legs look great lol

Hey guys! I just love your workouts and I am so thankful I found your channel. My question is what is a good sub for pushups? I have carpal tunnel in right wrist and it kills my wrist to do pushups!
You can do push ups off of your fists, trying holding onto dumbbells to keep your wrists in line, and you can always sub out for chest press/fly to work the same muscles. Make sure that you talk to your doctor and do lots of stretches for those wrists so that you can start using them again without pain.
I love your lower body workouts, I'm really keen on building leg and glute muscle, but I have a bit of an issue I'd love your take on: I used to be a distance runner, but I injured my knee and ever since then I feel that the left side of my body is much weaker than the right. Anytime I do squats or lunges I try to focus on balance and distributing weight evenly, but the next day my right side will be noticeably more sore, which I guess is an indication of my continual favouring of my left leg. Do you have any tricks and tips on strength training and building muscle when you have a noticeably weaker side? The more I do the more I notice one leg becoming slimmer than the other, it's terrible. Thanks for all you do you guys are wonderful!
Try and steer clear of bulky gym machines, which are not very helpful for creating equal strength (they make it too easy to cheat and unequally distribute weight). Have you tried single side exercises in order to prevent one side from "helping"?
FitnessBlender Yes I really just do free weights. I guess I hadn't really thought about single side exercises (although I do that for bridges and any floor exercise that I can) because most leg workouts use one leg for balance while working the other, and as a very uncoordinated person I suppose I feel dependence on that balancing leg! Do you have any exercises or videos that you could see being easily adaptable to doing one side at a time?

I do a different workout each time I train and because of that - I think I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been. I dont have access to heavy weights so tend to pre-fatigue my muscles first before strength training to get a good workout in. Following on from your 100 rep challenges....is there any chance you could do something similar for press-ups?

I'm in a similar boat. I think what's most important is to only push yourself as far as you're comfortable! If you are out of breath and just can't go any further, take a breather. The more you do, the more you are able to do! Start small....but START! You can do this!
+Ujeza Dollapi I get a hard time every single time I start a brand new workout move, the best thing is to take it slow and just do it, with time as your muscles strengthen, you get into the right position to squat down, for example, with flat back, head up, hips back and making sure the knees don't go over the toes! I am just getting started with the lunges but already feel like I am doing them more properly than at the start, if that makes sense

It's a misconception that squats are good for the butt. There are far better exercises than squats for the bum.
@@NTUNKNOWN lunges and bridge on the floor are the only exercise that helps my poor small but lol

Ok so I haven't worked out in years omg im talking about years ...do you think it will be okay if I start this one or do I do some of the other workouts first that are not to harsh on me ? Please help!
I'm in a similar boat. I think what's most important is to only push yourself as far as you're comfortable! If you are out of breath and just can't go any further, take a breather. The more you do, the more you are able to do! Start small....but START! You can do this!

so i was doing the curtsy lunge and idk if i pulled my butt muscle or just did the lunge so good i hit the right spot lol

+Ujeza Dollapi I get a hard time every single time I start a brand new workout move, the best thing is to take it slow and just do it, with time as your muscles strengthen, you get into the right position to squat down, for example, with flat back, head up, hips back and making sure the knees don't go over the toes! I am just getting started with the lunges but already feel like I am doing them more properly than at the start, if that makes sense
every time i get to the warrior ones i am like 'damn it!!'
How do you warm up before starting to exercise

To think I did this, a lunge, twerk, and squat pop and lock with Hollaback Girl, and heard Kat-deLuna and Flo Rida and I was dancing like crazy. I love workouts and dacne.
