Hello everyone! I don't know if this comment will be buried under the mountain of many other comments, but I'd like to say that this work out really really works!! It's only been a week since I started, but my glutes have significantly lost a lot of its fat, become much more slim and lean, and the effects are also very apparent in my thighs. Throughout the days I must say I couldn't really tell the difference through raw vision, but when I compared the photo of my side profile I took a week ago to the one today, you will definitely see some change, so maybe you can do so too!
For anyone who is wondering, my routine is as such: once of this video each day, coupled with half an hour of aerobic dance.
I wish everyone here who wants to get slimmer and leaner thighs and butt all the best! Perseverance is key!

I have thick thighs and butt and after I started doing these + the 10mins abs workout 2-3 times a week, my thighs are much slimmer and my love handles are pretty much gone. I bulk up quickly with weights, so these kinds of exercises work great for me. If I stop doing these two exercises I start feeling my skinny jeans are tighter lol. BTW I also do a lot of low impact cardio like walking and elliptical (no running cause I have very bad knees) and eat super healthy. If you have bad knees like me, put a few pillows under your knees while you do the last exercises!.... Thank you FITNESS BLENDER!

I love this girls video's. she's not annoyingly perky which pisses me off cuz i'm not especially happy when I work out lol Her routines are perfect for me for endurance and difficulty. She has other videos, I do an abs workout and it's friggin hard which I love.

Yeah. I sometimes skip the pulses because it kill's my legs. But whether you do pulses or not it's still super effective !

People I know we like to see results fast, but you cannot calculate a magic time in which you will see your body changing. Besides, every body is different. Just be consistent :D
I've did this for a few months and it never failed to show me good results! I usually do it 3-5 times per week and have at least 2 days rest. I see my thigh have slimed down a lot and became firmer. Don't give up guys, keep striving and you will achieve your goal!💕

I don't usually comment unless it's really good but, I just gotta say that this works. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I've fitted in my pants way better, my thighs are a lot slimmer. I did this 5 times a week with a break every other day.

Ive been doing this for 4 years now. The most effective and fastest workout to lose those cellusites and tone your legs. I keep coming back to this whenever I see fats growing back. Lucky for me it only takes two weeks to a motnh to get my legs back in shape. Try this you wont regret!

I did this for like almost a week and I already see my results getting my legs slimmer, and my stomach doesn't have as much fat as before, so my advice is to have a good diet and do this video at least 2 times a day

I used to be a figure skater, and I remember how we would do these type of exercises during off ice, and after a few weeks of training my legs definitely got slimmer! The key is consistency and never giving up!!
I am one of those who is in a rush to lose weight or tone up my body quickly because of holidays. I have been doing these exercises for the past week every day and see a small difference already. I am going away in 2 weeks and will continue doing this exercise daily with updates for all of you!

Tip for anyone starting: You will gain muscle before you lose fat so don't fret about your thighs appearing "big", some people lose fat faster than others but don't give up :) I've been doing this for about four weeks along with hiit and abs and my legs are finally looking more leaner now
How many pounds did you lose in 4 weeks ?
@@manavisingh5707 I actually toned and gained muscle from this workout so the scale didn't reflect that because muscle weighs more than fat so to the scale I was "bigger" but I felt stronger and my mood improved from these exercises. Everyone loses fat at different times, for me it takes a while to lose fat especially since I was eating junk food every day before. If you're already eating healthy you'll probably lose weight faster but if you are changing your diet it may take longer because it's a transition but I'm happy with my progress even if it's not a weight loss miracle :)

@@manavisingh5707 Like I said everyone loses fat at different paces so I can't exactly tell you when you'll slim down but I can say that doing just this exercise won't slim down your legs dramatically, you'll have to implement some cardio like elliptical, brisk walking, running or equipment free cardio workouts on RUclips, diet is also an important factor to trimming down fat too you may not see a drastic difference if you don't eat clean

I'm Busy I already had a small thigh gap before I started, but it became a lot more noticeable after doing this workout. It slimmed my thighs more than built muscle and got rid of the small amount of fat i had on the outside of them

I remember doing this a year ago and struggling so much! To think I was able to do this today with such ease compared to last year and actually enjoy it is insane and amazing!
Ive been doing this 2x a week over a year still getting great results also helped with my chronic back pain. I had a flat butt before now its in awesome shape and even helped my squat and deadlift go up for power lifting.

I love your workouts,I just wish my eating habits were easy to change, but so far it's my biggest challenge
Start small :D i too have really bad eating habits. I started out reducing my carb intake (rice) by decreasing it to half my normal portion and take in more vegetables/meat and fruits instead. Fruits and juices are great to satisfy my snack cravings!! I also really love sweet drinks but now i substitute it with infused water which is so great in cleaning up ur system. Now i eat less than 1/4 of my previous carb intake and have less and less desires for snacks.
Go on the Dukan diet. It's the best.
I love these short workouts that I can do when I'm taking a study break or just want to get moving. Thanks Fitness Blender!

I've done this routine for 8 days out of the last 9 and I'm totally seeing results. It gets a little easier but its still a real burn every day - I only get through it cos I know there's only 15 mins! I can't bear squats or lunges - this routine is awesome to get those same results. So my thighs have always been kinda big, and I wanted to slim them. I tried this workout for the first time and honestly this hurts so much when you get up. When I was doing it I was like “ it burns but nothing like a hitt workout” and then when I finished it was like BAM the pain in my butt and legs!!

I'm 6 months pregnant and have been doing this video in combo with the gym and honestly, it works. It will help tone and smooth legs and keep them strong, also good for the pelvic floor. I replaced the last workout with squats.
This is like my favorite workout from FitnessBlender! I have done it so many times after a jog or another workout when I have felt that my legs need a bit extra attention and every time those pulses gets me! I did this yesterday in combination with lunges and squats and God only knows how tough it was. But I managed to do them exactly as you do and could feel the burn in each one. My entire lower back is sore this morning and I am loving it. Thank you so much!
I did this quite well til the last exercise.....I lay on my front and tried to lift my legs.... NOTHING!!!! There was no way I was gonna be able to do that last exercise, not just do it badly.... Not do it at all!!!! I was so relieved to see that I wasn't the only one that couldn't do it! So thanks guys. I will use it as an indication of how much better I am getting at this ....If I ever get to be able to do it!

I've been working on my thighs for a while now and I did gymnastics for 2 yrs, this is pretty easy for me but it's really good for a quick leg workout if u don't have time

I have been doing different exercises lately. I always like to change and alternate. For the moment I am doing the Butt Series from Mary Hellen Bowers. I am pretty happy with the results, considering that I haven't changed anything on my diet. I could workout for 5 hours everyday but I could never stop myself from eating what I want. :P
