The corona virus has me at 50lb extra than I was a year before due to stress eating, sporadic work schedules, and just sheer anxiety of my job and of my travel plans next year. The weight gain also happened after a really bad breakup and further drama that happened in our friend group. I have a gym membership and go 3x a week but only lift on the weight machines and do the stationary bike for 20 minutes and just haven't lost anything. Really eally hoping to jumpstart an early new year by getting back on track and getting back to the weight I was before this. This year's been hard and hoping you and Kelly can give me the inspiration I need to do better. Thanks again for the awesome videos and hope you two and your family are safe!

Love this workout, I have been doing Fitness Blenders consistently for five years. I turn a lot of my friends on to it when they comment ... "For your age, you look good". (I'm 66) When I travel to visit my kids I do Kelli's upper body weight lifting for people who get bored, I don't want the expense of joining a gym so I keep weights up North. It has all the exercises you need. My problem was the constant stopping to switch the weights, "this is too heavy, this is too light. I had to skip over a lot of the parts because of time restrictions.
Awesome workout! I absolutely love all your "Bored Easily" style routines and I particularly loved that y'all threw in some alternating reps with this one! It kept me on my toes because I really do have a tendency to become bored easily with the same 'ol routine. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Just curious in future Videos if you could give a workout preview of all the moves were going to be doing because I don’t have a adjustable dumbbell set so it would be nice to just be able to know what moves are going to be coming so I can have everything set out ready to go so I don’t lose time and get behind in the work out I would assume it would help a bunch of people not just me

I left gym cuz of corona .. i am currently working out at home and I do ur videos pls upload more and more videos for upper body and lower body with dumbbells( but not for beginners) .. i find it fun for me .. plz say yes you are like my personal trainer but at home
I will be doing this soon. I can’t do it now because I pulled a muscle in my shoulder by doing a Turkish get ups with a 15lbs kettlebell. 😆 I’m ok. Awesome that you have another video for weight lifting. I do get bored easily. 😁👍🏾❤️

Using a bench will give you a little extra range of motion, but doing them on the ground is perfectly fine too as long as your form is good!
