I love these longer strength workouts! It saves me the task of pairing two short ones together while avoiding overlap of the exercises. Plus, adding a 15 minute cardio to the beginning or end of this rounds it out to a perfect hour long workout! You guys are fantastic role models : )

About the ads throughout the video: it's not Kelli's and Daniel's fault!Another fitness youtuber that I follow had the same problem, she contacted youtube and they explained that they've been changing people's settings (without them knowing) to add more ads to their videos (supposedly to increase creators' revenue😂). She had to manually change settings back in all of her videos!

On my second round of FBFit 2 - I love this upper body workout with the quick changes between sets, managed to get a decent sweat going without any cardio. Thank you once again Fitness Blender!!

1.5.18 Workout Complete! I don't like the way the pullovers make my shoulder joint feel, so during that exercise I do assisted pull ups with a resistance band.

I liked this workout! It's the perfect amount of time, 30 minutes feels to short and I don't always have an hour to exercise. Also loved the burnout at the end. The workout was great, but with the burn out my arms feel really shakey, I love it!!

I'm happy this was up today. I added it yesterday and wasn't allowed to watch it, so I did legs instead! Woohoo! Loved it.
It was one of those workouts that it wasn't too hard, but not easy at the same time. I got through it, but definitely knew during the cool down that it's going to be one of those aftermaths that will creep up on me tomorrow...hard. I had to surrender to my 8 pounders halfway through my hammer curls. My arms were shaking during cobra, which never happens...and I've been on the FB wagon for about a year now. =)

I thought I was fine to do the arm burnout round and then I did the first pushup and realised just how tired my arms really wore. Loved this and literally felt myself getting stronger by the end of it. Thanks for the workout!

Am I the only one wondering how those weights even work?
There are adjustable dumbbells with a pin that you take out and put in the slot where you want the weight to be. They are AWESOME!! I love mine.

There are other types out there like the dial system but I got powerblock dumbbells too, theyre great especially for timed exercises.
