Was that an accident? :D I usually don't hear anything because of the music I put on. I thought it was intentional.
I remember another workout though where Kelli did an extra round of LONG JUMPS by accident :D

I'm obese and trying to lose weight... I had to modify the lunges cuz God knows i can't do them without passing out until I'm at least 50 pounds down, but i can't believe I pushed through this workout from start to end on pure motivation...

I have a mind trick for routines with multi-exercise HIIT groups. The first time through, make a mental note of the 'easier' exercises in the group, ex. jumping jacks, side lunges. Then, when you repeat the groups, only worry about the tough exercises, ex. burpees, star jumps. The others are your easy, recovery exercises. This trick makes the groups seem less intimidating. This was still a rough routine, but break it down the sets, modify the exercises when you need to and you can push through!

Absolutely. So for me it's burpees and jumping lunges in set 1, then only really mountain climbers in set 2, by set 3 I was struggling, but the push up knee ups were the real killers to me.

    • @davilaje
      @davilaje 4 года назад +1

Indeed that is the whole point of hiit. Strenuous exercise with less strenuous in between for recovery. Just enough stress on your body to keep your heart rate up. Hiit is my favorite kind of workout. Thumbs way up! 😁

I have been doing this 2x week for a month, but I am still mad at Daniel for forgetting those star jumps every single time I did this workout..
Last year during summer, I lost 11 kg in 3 months by doing fitness blender videos..
I gained back 6 kg because of unhealthy food choices, thesis writing and stress in my last year in college. Now I am stuck at this quarantine only waiting for graduation.. So I am back here.. Been exercising for almost two months and I already lost 4 kg :)
I have plenty of time to do things for myself. Still praying for everyone to endure and survive this pandemic. Thank you fitness blender for always providing the best free workouts in youtube.

This is hands down the toughest, most brutal workout I have done in my entire life. And i have been doing hiits by Caroline and Anna for quite some time, but this...this workout is insane. It really tests my willpower to do the exercises twice then repeat the circuits thrice but my body feels so great after it that i keep coming back to it.
I have mad respect for anyone who made it through this torture regime.

This workout is truly a KILLER. I was pretty good up until the end of the second group. I literally took a full two minutes before starting the third group. I thought Kelly was the one always trying to kill me during the workouts lol.

This was BRUTAL, but I loved it! Thank you for making this a longer video also. Your 50-50 minute upper and lower body tabata workouts are my absolute favorites. Thanks for the weekly workout guys!

    EVERY. TIME.
thanks for whipping me into shape. You guys are the reason I fell in love with being active and working out. (and not just the treadmill.)
    THANK YOU GUYS!

Daniel is a beast, and I've wondered if he pretends to be short of breath so he doesn't alienate his viewership. Daniel could do this workout 3X without a sweat.

FitnessBlender Yes, I've been at it for a year now, still haven't reached the end of this one! And I wasn't trying to devalue the routine here; rather, I was attempting to exalt Daniel to the level of a workout god through hyperbole. Love yall so much. You have made a profound impact on my health in the past two years. Thank you for all of your hard work and healthy contributions to your subscribers across the world! Please keep it up!

I don't really post on any social medium, but Daniel and Kelli I just have to say a huge thank you for your dedication in posting free workouts for anyone to use (and the fact that you bear the pan with us as well!) I really appreciate your stance on a healthy outlook and LIFESTYLE instead of one focused on image. Kudos to you guys!

Who wrote this brutal workout?! At the end of round 2 I was so done but Daniel said 4 exercise in the final round so I thought let me see that through. But the 3 star-jumps finished me, I literally collapsed on the floor at the end of it!! Videos like this remind me of how I've come a long way. This time last year when I first started FB I'd have paused after every set and probably taken an hour and a half to finish this workout!

A couple thoughts while doing this. “ why am I doing this?” “This move is really good.” “2nd part is going to be brutal?! Why is he telling me this?” “ why do I volunteer for such pain?” “I feel good I finished it!”

Oh man, awesome workout! I've never done this one before and I intended to watch it doing all lower impact modifications b/c I was feeling worn out today. But I felt so inspired by you once it got going I tried to go full out as long as I could. By the last set I was suuuuper sloppy. I couldn't even do a simple plank modification for the leg ups, but it felt SOOOO good. Thanks, Daniel!!
