    I'm extremely obese before based on my computed BMI with a weight of 235 pounds and decided to put myself into a weight loss program. And part of that journey is this brutal HIIT workout video by Daniel's that I watch every session. After 3 months of self-discipline, dedication, and constant exercise, I lose 76 pounds and I now have a normal weight. It was a blast! My clothing size have changed a lot since my body got more fit and I've attained a different perspective on food and body health in general. Thank you Daniel for being one of the inspirations to people like me to keep pushing themselves towards the goal of achieving a healthy body!

    Heads up: this is a tough workout and is not meant for beginners. Even for more intermediate or even advanced exercisers; keep in mind that you solely are in charge of modifying the exercises to make them appropriately challenging for your fitness level. There’s NO benefit from puking during a workout - this means you’ve pushed past signals to stop that you should have listened to. On the other hand, there is really no fitness level that should make this routine feel like a walk in the park; if it feels easy, check your form, check your depth of motion, check your speed, check your intensity. If you’re pushing yourself properly, this total body workout will be plenty challenging.     holy crap dude. I've been needing something a little more challenging to do in my fitness journey but half way through that first round of burpees I was like I've made a horrible mistake. the i heard "now star jumps!" but I loved it. it was just what I needed and i feel great.

    Body tired today. Was only going to do something light. Thought I picked a FB 20 min. HIIT with Daniel. 20 minutes in - realized it was twice as long, but kept going. Plyo moves felt fun during this workout! Got so into it, I forgot I was tired!! GREAT way to mix it up Daniel!! 40 minutes - 546 calories later. The combo; Ladder, Pyramid, HIIT exercises helped the time fly by. Made me focused just enough to pay attention to moves. Thank you Daniel!

    started doing your normal hiit ladder once a week but now doing 3 of your workouts a week. this is the first time ive done this routine and its awesome for me. not only does it test my fitness but i enjoy it aswell because of the variety in your routines. keep them coming damiel 😊

    IDK About the rest of you guys but I hit a wall at the second set of star jumps! :o/ There was lots of struggling and modification during this one BUT.....WORKOUT COMPLETE!!! Definitely revisiting this one a few more times this month.

    Amazing workout for when you don't have much time but wanna burn a significant amount of calories. I've been doing your workouts since January and still found this one hard to complete, it took me 7 more minutes to finish it all the way. This is going to be my new Friday workout because I wanna challenge myself and be able to finish it on time in the next few weeks. You guys are amazing, this is the longest I've managed to keep working out, 6 months and counting. I recommend you to everyone I know. keep it up!

    Thank you for the workouts! I especially love your pyramid and ladder HIIT workouts, and this one is my favourite. They're hard, but it is easy to stay motivated to the end because having done the longer interval(s) one can always do the shorter ones too! Please, please keep making more of the same.
    Thank you so much, you transform the health of so many :) You took me from being a complete beginner to being able to hike a 350 meter tall mountain in 29 minutes last week, and that without conciously trying to beat my previous best time! You cannot believe how fantastic it feels to be able to do stuff I'd only dreamt of. And I lost 3 kg too.
    I travel a lot because of life circumstances, so it's great to have an online gym that I can take along with me :)

    I love this workout! Thanks for posting. I have used plenty of your programs, as you are my main internet fitness go-to. The one that I have used more frequently is the 5-day challenge, and I often do plenty of your 1000 calorie workouts.       I'm the same! I used to go to the gym and don't get me wrong, I worked really hard there but I find I work to my maximum when I'm at home. I get embarrassed easily and feel self-conscious at the gym, so I could never work to my full potential the way I do at home. Glad I'm not alone; everyone else I know feels the opposite :)

      smse89 i remember my first time ever doing one of their earlier "when i say jump" and "hiit like a girl" routines, throughout the workout i was gasping for air and thinking i've reached my physical limits!! but 2 years on, im still working out with them, more frequently, more varied exercises, occasionally still feel unable to cope with the rigor of the routines, but my body feels so much better.

    oh man, this workout is exactly what it's described: BRUTAL. i didn't know what i was signing up for when i chose to do this HIIT cardio workout today! so many times throughout i have to pause at several intervals to take breaks! #homeworkout

    Been doing FB workouts for almost a decade, I just came across this one for the first time and it was definitely one of the toughest i've done! Had to pause several times during those pushups and star jumps. Completed 26/08/22

    I've been away for a short trip for five days and one of the things I missed the most is working out with fitness blender in the morning!!!! Today is the first day after coming home and this is what I did.....so happy to see Daniel out of breath on my screen and sweating from head to toe!! Never been happier to get back on my routine haha!! I'll see Kelli in the morning tomorrow........hmmm....or maybe i'll find a video with both of you in it haha!     Hello everyone, I've been following Fitness Blender workouts for last 6 months and lost 6 inches waist size and 3 inches in thighs ...
    In the beginning i was not able to do all the exercises as shown ,, i did the easier versions but now I'm able to do these 30+ min long HIIT routines without any trouble .. Thanks a ton Daniel and Kelly ..
    I'll be following your workouts for rest of my life ... At last its all about willpower and hard work !!

    That star jump pyramid set was a pyramid scheme ;) (get it...cause it lures you in thinking it's a great idea then it turns out to be the worst thing ever)

      But I do have one request: is there anyway to adjust the log in settings so I don't have to re-log in every half hour? I just went to mark the workout completed and add it to my favorites and I had to log in again.

      Would it be possible to make the adding work outs to the days more intuitive? I spent a couple hours making a plan for myself and hitting the back button to add the work outs to the next days. And then I found out I did half of them out of order LOL. Anyway, love your site regardless, but any improvement on adding the exercises to the calendar would be awesome.

      If you like the format of their 5 day challenges you should really buy one of their programs if you can afford it - FBFit is very much like the 5 day challenges but its an 8 week program, 5 days on, 1 strech day and 1 rest day, different workouts everyday already chosen for you...check it out if you ever get the chance!

    Refreshing take on the new set up. I am wiped out physically and feel amazing mentally-like I have been achieving my fit goals like I want too! Forgotten what it was like to be stuck in an interval rut. Congrats on all that you do and can't wait for more

    My favorite part was seeing Daniel have to modify those star jumps. Turns out he is human after all! This was an amazing challenge and really helped me see how far I have come in my fitness journey.

    I got to three quarters of the workout and my legs (and lungs) gave up on me. I'm going to keep exercising and try this again later (and finish it!)

You know these scenes in movies, where a severely injured, close-to-dying person tries to get up, grunting and in pain? In slow motion? that's me doing push-ups.

    I am so thankful for Fitness Blender's No Equipment HIIT workouts! It's awesome to be able to get in a challenging workout, even in a hotel room!
