I have to say, I like seeing you guys struggle to do the workouts. Not because I like to see you "weak," as Daniel says in the video, but because it shows you are human, and relatable, and just like us - the people who actually do your workouts. It actually encourages me because usually I get really frustrated and bummed out if I can't make it thru a set and/or have to modify. So thank you for being YOU!
I love your workouts, I do one almost every time I work out and I am never bored!

    • @sirjain4408

I agree. People always make their workouts "easy for them" and while we are dying they are cruising. It makes us feel discouraged. As for the workouts, Yes, they are amazing and intense, so thank you !

I agree. I like that Daniel isn't this ripped "hulk" breezing through these workouts. It's more encouraging than the Beach Body (or similar) programs where everybody is a model, and smiling through the whole routine.

"If you get tired get down on your knees..." lmao I started on my knees. After 15sec or so the only way I could keep going was to go down, pause on the floor for a beat and push back up. For once taking short breaks didn't help, seems that my body thought I was done or something and refused to keep me off the floor lol. I've never been so grateful to be on carpet.
Great and very humbling workout! It was reassuring to see Daniel struggle too. Fitnessblender is 100% realness and that's 1 reason why they're among the best out there. @@caleb7609 I definitely lost fat and gained muscle. Doing just the workout isn't enough, diet is extremely important: especially when you're trying to build muscle (not trying to get buff personally - just lean muscle). Eat good, real food with lots of protein and other nutrients, and skip on the plain sugary food (soda, candies, etc) - preferably only once in a while. You'll gain muscle, I promise. To increase that - use weights.

THIS video is not that. This is what working out is. It's putting the work in, feeling the burn, and not doing everything perfectly because we're like human beings and we get tired, and we sweat, and working out can be hard, hello...it's called "working" out! Thank you for these videos. Truly. You guys continue to inspire me to keep going, I definitely love that they are free!, and that there is so much variety. Please keep doing what you're going. The world needs people like you guys in it, that invest and care about their fellow human.

Good morning! We've used a wide range of push ups & other exercises that target different areas of the upper body. We hit many of the same muscles multiple times so even with no extra weight we're able to fatigue the muscles to the point we can get the type of muscle fiber tear that allows for increasing strength. Don’t be surprised if even those of you who are very accustomed to strength training find this very difficult to finish without extra rest. More @ goo.gl/j5DAx1

While there’s only 3 sets of shoulders my shoulders are completely wrecked , tris and bis are fully loaded with blood, chest, honestly a decent amount of core if you’re able to stay up off your knees for a lot of it. It’s a lot of compound workouts so basically the entire upper body. I’d say the only thing this thing probably lacks is obviously legs and maybe more back so you could supplement with pull-ups after.

Thank you for being so honest that even you have trouble with this exercises!!! Nothing demotivates more than trainers who could do it with one hand the whole day ;)
    Very nice workout!!!

One month after we first did this routine we improved from doing about half on our knees to doing only about 25% moderated on the knees. This is a great one to pop in once in a while to check your progress! Finished it with a shoulder burn out and a tabata. Thanks!

I started working out for the first time ever with this during quarantine(and other vidéo for different body parts)
I wasn’t able to do 1 push up but after a few months I can do around 40 and actually managed to build muscle ( a first for me)
Each exercise used to be a torture but I can now complete the full workout (used to have my arms shaking after 3minutes)
Just wanted to say it really helped me out
    You can do it

This workout video was excellent. The instructions were clear and concise, the moves all challenged me enough for me to benefit from this, and the instructor in this video clearly knew what he was doing.
Taking all these factors into account, I recommend this channel to other people.

I have been doing this maybe 2x a week since April and I have gotten better ! I used to only be able to do full reps of the staggered hand pushups. 1 or 2 full reps then knees for all the other pushups. Now I can do full reps on the first round and usually 5-8 full reps before dropping to knees on the second round of all the types of pushups! I love this workout even tho it hurts

Just finished this Chinese torture technique disguised as a workout. Oh man... I'm in pretty good shape. Work out regularly. And this thing kicked my butt from the very beginning. I didn't have time today to do my regular chest/back routine so I found this one, and I think I'll be doing this a lot more often moving forward. This little short workout is extremely deceiving. It's tough!
    Good job @FitnessBlender!
