      That is so true...like jump squats I can do those, until the jumping lunges came in, those are so difficult and present in each of Daniel's workouts..

    I just wanted to say that with the help of your RUclips videos, I've lost around 20 pounds over the last six months!     Great workout. Like the new format but only suggestion would be to have a louder beep when things are over for each set of 20 seconds. When down on the floor doing mountain climbers, I could never tell when you had finished and was missing some of the rest period before I realized it was done. I work from my computer and am on the floor and can't look up at the desk.

      +1 to getting both Daniel and the beep louder. I can barely hear them over my music and fan. Maybe best if he wears a headset so you can record a clean direct line of his voice?

    I suffer from GAD and depression so it is hard for me to go to the gym and workout but you guys have helped with these videos. I feel better at the end of each workout so thanks guys i do appreciate it.

    I just did this whole thing with just a few slightly lower impact adjustments on intervals like the lizard hops. I'm so proud of myself! When I started in June my knees were so bad I could barely jog and now I'm doing star jumps and stuff. As usual, thank you guys so much!

      +Danielsgirl389 haha I am SO bad at them too, and also too weak to really do them well. But today I figured out the pattern at least. You have to hop forward/support yourself with the leg on the side you'e going towards, so if you're kicking up towards the right, you hop your right foot forward and support yourself on your right foot, kick your left leg through and if you can manage, pick your right hand up off the ground, like you're kicking your arm out of the way.

    It was nice to have an instructor that is hurting with you instead of being all happy and smiling 😂 I also like how he was always reminding me to breathe and open up my chest!

    I think this workout is rougher than some of the 1,000 calorie ones. These are TOUGH HIIT exercises, and little rest time throughout the routine. I took a couple extra breaks. My form wasn't the greatest during the second half, but I'm celebrating anyway because I made it through.

      Better to go slower and keep your form most important part. As long as you continue to make as fast as you can while keeping form. You'll get best results

    Every one that watches these on a regular basis please go to their website and give a donation these guys deserve it for all the hard work they do for us , these are all free but if we want them to be able to make it viable they need donations and I dont know either of them but I have huge admiration for what they do

    Its ramadan and I usually workout (including HIIT) while fasting. I did a kickboxing session today with Daniel, will rest up tomorrow and hopefully tackle this beast the day after. In this blessed month of Ramadan, I pray for you guys (Dan and Kelly). I miss my gym, but have been working out with your videos and it makes me feel alive. Due to ramadan my diet is really off, havent lost weight but fitness is more than a number on the scale i guess 🙂

    I just found Fitness Blender two weeks ago, and I am SO happy I did! I started working out to get in shape and lose weight over a year ago. I've lost 50 lbs so far and two months ago hit a plateau. One week in with Fitness Blender, only two HIIT hours down, and I lost a pound. I'm so excited! I've been doing some other youtuber's videos, some pilates and some HIIT, and I think that Kelli and Daniel are immensely more intelligent and talented in comparison to any other fitness guru I've seen so far. They're more motivating too! These videos are difficult, and it helps me to stay confident when I can see that they're working too, and some of the reps are getting to them as well. So anyway, thank you so, so much Kelli and Daniel! You guys rock! You have broken my weight loss plateau (only 19 lbs to go!!!) and renewed my love of sweat and soreness! XD

    I took about a 10 day HIIT break, then welcomed myself back with this routine. It was rough, especially the second half. I took a lot more breaks, but pushed through to the end. Thanks guys!

      Jade Gomez mostly toning, but If you use heavier weights with the strength training vids I'm sure you'd see a difference in no time. Look at your protein intake aswell! :) Happy workout!

      +obama It came natural to me after a week or so, its so much fun now. If you feel difficult, do some pushups and planks for a week or two, you can do it. trust me!

    The only thing that kept me going was that Daniel was as tired as I was 😂 I was kinda feeling like a loser for being so tired and then he’s like, “sorry guys, I’m slowing down here.” and I was thought, “Well dang! I must be doing alright if Daniel is tired too.” Thanks Daniel!

    This is exactly the reason why programmes are so important!! I never in a million years would have picked this up if it wasn't given to me as a part of a programme. "Insane" in the title... Nope. Squat jumps, star jumps and jumping lunges in the same workout... NOPE! But I did it because it was my workout of the day and I am SPENT. Feeling good now tho. Time to eat!

    Great workout! I loved it!
    Suggestion: have the small "next exercise" demo extend into the rest period. For some of the ground exercises, it's difficult to lookup and see how next exercise is performed while trying to continue with the current exercise. Sorry if this has already been suggested in other comments.

    I had to take many, many breaks; especially for the second half, and it took me well over an hour to complete, but I'm glad I made it to the end. The stretch was sooo rewarding.

    Ok, so I'm ever so slightly obsessed with both of you and your workouts, but this is one of my go to workouts! I have a 3 month old at home which means that I don't have have a heap of time to workout, so I LOVE this one! 35 minutes WITH warm up and cool down and it kicks my ass every time I do it. 👍

    by the water break i was already a puddle on my mat, with my face pressed into the floor. But i found some strength hidden in my sweat to finish it!! one of the toughest challenges i've ever done! Half the reason i continued was because of the 5 day challenge i vowed to complete. Thank you fitnessblender for keeping my body and mind challenged, healthy and very, very happy :)

    Tht was brutal! I'd do Kelly and Daniel's HIIT workouts anyday! Way better than the gym!!!

    I really appreciate the fantastic workouts that you provide. It is allowing me to stay in shape through this virus lock down. His workouts are hard but short. There are many days that is perfect for me. At least I am still working out even if for a short period of time. Very intense.

    Guys I did one of your HIIT workouts like every day for months before just realising that you have a tonne more!! Such great workouts, always left hot and sweating. Love them, love you!

    Wow, thank you! I'm out of town and the hotel gym is closed for remodeling. Found this vid by random google searching & I got a MUCH better workout than I ever would have conceived for myself!! Great stuff! I'm subscribing!!

    Just did this…was brutal and all my internal organs fell out before I was half way done! Took numerous breaks also but as long as I completed it! Thanks fitness blender for your awesome workouts!

    WORKOUT COMPLETE! Man, I'm wiped out... Thought this would be a good idea to get a bit of HIIT training in after an 8 mile run - might have slightly overestimated myself. I'll be feeling the burn tomorrow for sure! Thank you for yet another outstanding workout, Daniel and Kelli.

    This routine is brilliant but not for the faint hearted. Great session with some tricky moves but will keep you going all day. Well done Daniel and Fitness Blender

    i didn't feel like doing my usual hiit workout videos, or working out at all, so i came here to find something different and WOW I'm glad i did! this kicked my butt!! even more than my videos, i think i found a new fave 😁

    i like the new changes you all made. the intro/outro is nice. i also like the closeup angles on the moves that Daniel was doing. I helped me to keep my form in check.

    I completed this workout at my first HIIT experience. My calfs are sore though.
    Was pretty intense yet fun.

    Holy cow, this one absolutely killed me x-D Form and body tension suffered a little as the end got closer and the jog-in-place rather turned into a desperately-try-to-walk-in-place-without-falling-to-the-ground, but I am happy that I made it to the end! I will try to do one of these HIITs per week from now on in order to get used to the strain level.

    did this today , I strugle on the exercise when you are leaning on your arm and swinging your leg out to your hand, very hard workout but i love the feeling after it, thankyou for this

    I always look for workout level 4 of difficulty - have never seen level 5 and this was BRUTAL but awesome!!! Loved it! Thank you and love you guys!!!
