@@sejalb725 jajajaja don’t worry, I’ve been eating pretty balanced, like 3 carbs a day, lots of vegetables and clean protein, and like 3 liters of water a day! And yes, the workouts are pretty entertaining

@@yasmineserry2712 i do not count fruits as a carbs, I mean carbs like 1/2 cup of white rice is one carb, 1 corn tortilla, 1 piece of box bread, 2 tbs of beans, 3 tbs of cooked plain pasta, stuff like that. And The only fruit I like to eat is green apple jajaja

Every since my father passed away 3 soon to be 4 years in June, I've been gaining the weight back. I miss Fitness Blender and now it's time to get back in the groove!!

It's never too late, I gained loads of weight in the first lockdown boozing, now i've lost it and i'm fitter than before. I did it all at home with my bodyweight only and no gym membership. You don't need anything fancy or even to spend money!!! x
This was so hard but managed to finish, feeling so accomplished! I could barely do 2 jumping lunges when I started working out 2 months ago but now I can do the 20 seconds without stopping! Thank you guys for another great video!
Exercises are not hard but our ability to do is weak, isn't so?

I did one of my favorite workout this morning and I felt good after. Thank you thank you for contributing to my weight lost journey. Still on the journey too. It's raining cats and dogs today so I got my cardio here. The variety of exercises and quick switches are a great challenge to our muscles. Kelly and Daniel are my go-to trainers when I'm otherwise burned out. Always challenging, always fun!

Brilliant routine. Quick question Daniel - I hope this finds you: Can you make some new “Brutal HIIT or Advanced HIIT routine” like you used to do about 7/10 years ago. I love your HIIT workout style and the exercises you select. I still do these routines to this day once a week and I love them 🤍. It would be awesome to have brand new Brutal Descending Ladder HIIT for variety sake. ✌🏾

I do this often when I need a quick blast of cardio. So glad I found it! Not easy! Prepare to get that heart rate maxed! Love!
Great change! I don't have a jump rope and all worked fine. It's about 19 min cardio + a good warm-up & cool-down.
Always love a FitnessBlender workout. It would be great (and really appreciated) if you included a lower impact for bad knees on this one. I made some adjustments and got the job done and would love to hear how you would do it.
You guys ask all the time what ideas we have or what or might like to see.
I love that you guys do the low impact as I was in a car accident and my body has so much metal in it cant always do some of the things you ask.
Because of this, I have found band training to be helpful. Can you guys do some band training videos that I can do with you?

My training took a big hit in 2020.. no more gym or weights.. I finally got back into regular workouts in November using FB (loong time user but depending on the stage in life I like going to a gym), and today I did this one and it was the first workout that I finally noticed some improvements in my cardio! I did all the exercises at full and was able to push hard til the end! Thanks as always Daniel and Kelli for helping keep me healthy and happy even during tough times

I remember my first jumping lunge, 4 years ago and i almost broke my knee 😂 but when you used to it, it's a very solid exercise !

Along with the explosive movement which is great for strengthening the muscle its also a efficient cardio workout

Perhaps I’m just ignorant but how do you add a resistance band to high knees? Or burpees?
@@sweetiedahling8137 that’s not ignorant at all! I use my lightest resistance bands and put them just under glutes so I can increase abdominal engagement. It’s a little overboard but I love challenging myself. Or sometimes if it’s in the way I just take it off for those higher intensity exercises and put it back on for lower intensity exercises. Hope this clears that up.
