My journey with fitness blender begin on 2016 when I was around 90-95 kilos and now in 2017, I can proudly say that i'm in best shape of my life and currently I'm 60 kilos and I have visible abs and it makes a lot of changes in my life and my lifestyle.Daniel and Kelly, you are awesome and if I don't know about fitness blender my life would go somewhere else......THANKS fitness blender

Of course yes with a strict diet and the right amount of workout especially FitnessBlender's 5 level difficulty workouts and their 1000 calorie workouts helped me the most.Initially, i started from beginners routine and now I am comfortable with any level workouts.......And from my experience dieting(healthy dieting) and a healthy lifestyle also play a vital role in weight loss.

Can I ask u something? I have a bloating belly, and they said tht u can't do abs workout in ur belly condition cause they will not get any smaller if u continuing ur abs exercise, is it real? And if it is can I know wht kind of exercise must I do for my bloating belly, especially lower abdomen

I saved all the workouts you've guys posted during the time I was in knee recovery therapy hoping that someday I'd be able to catch up. And I'm so excited to say that this is the first time in 15 months that I could do the full HIIT without pain or discomfort. And it's also my first round of burpees since February 2017!!!!! I'm so happy, I've missed them so much! It feels great to accomplish my fitness goals through your videos, thank you so much!

Love this format so much. Just enough hiit to get you energized without being completely wiped out and then finishing up with ab work. I love it!! I also appreciate Daniel showing an easier version of the workouts as you don’t normally see him doing this in his workout vids. 😀
I think this is my favorite format, mixed HIIT with no equipment and core! I did my legs today but will try to do this tomorrow )). Can't wait for your new launch!!!

I love how FB includes these comprehensive stretching sections at the end. A lot of other videos don’t do anything or just gloss over them too quickly. I easily feel guilty for spending my limited time to workout on stretches instead of the sweaty parts because I don’t burn so many calories. With FB I’m finally held accountable to get some stretching in, which is sometimes the only stretching I get, and feel like I’m doing something good for myself while I’m doing it too. Thanks, FB!

This HIIT is perfect! It's challenging and effective; not sure why it doesn't have at least a million views yet! I do this video once or twice a week, in conjunction with running HIIT on the track, as well as their arm or ab videos. I've been finally been losing the extra weight I gained. I can't say enough great things about Fitness Blender. Ive lived on an island since 2019 right before Covid and there are mostly just yoga studios but not many gyms. It's so nice to have all these videos to choose from based on how I am feeling and can do at home with just some hand weights and a yoga mat! I even have my bf hooked now!

I finished the workout a second ago, I really enjoyed it! My legs burned a lot while hiit. The biggest challenge was to put my back flat on the ground. But the exercises were (of course) hard as well :)
It was a 3.5 / 5 , hard but doable and very fun !

"Hope you really, really liked it" - yes, definitely!! Thanks a lot for this! :) Abs workouts are not really my strongest side, so I constantly have to remind myself of not neglecting them. But I loved this one! Goes straight to my favourites so I can come back to it! I hardly remember such an intense 40 min workout fly by so quickly!
The timing is just perfect, pauses long enough to get into the next exercise, but short enough to not think too much and just go on ;)
And for your question: I usually workout 5 to 6 times a week. Often 30 to 45 minutes, but it can also be a 90 min 1000 calorie workout or just 20 minutes of yoga, depending on how I feel, how much time I have & how intense last day's workouts were.
I do my best to cover upper & lower body, core, flexibility and HIIT/cardio more or less equally and keep a record of my workouts in a little calendar, that keeps me motivated and makes sure I don't do the same type of workout 5 times in a row.
