Ok so this is the first time I've ever felt like I've ACTUALLY outdone anyone at anything physical in my entire life... My husband (who can bench 160lbs and leg press 220) was ready to WHIMP OUT half way through this!! 😂😂 I made him finish it tho and now we both feel like we just conquered Everest!! Our Tuesday nights are now going to be referred to as "date night with Kelli and Daniel"! 😂👌💪🏻
"I still have a minute left??? This is a BAD idea." 😂 I absolutely LOVE these workouts, I love the variety. But what I love most is how REAL they are! Kelli and Daniel are enjoyable to work out with, because they are honest about what fitness is. Thank you for being yourselves!!

I used to totally hate burpees, but it seems like I have made my peace with them. I don't mind them anymore, LOL. I absolutely love the kick throughs, though!

This is my first time trying this one, had to pause a few times to catch my breath! I'm hoping to finish it completely without stopping next time. Great workout, though! I'm going to add this routine into my weekly regimen. Those star jumps get me sooo winded! Just quit smoking a few weeks ago, hopefully once my lungs are stronger I'll be able to finish it without pausing. Which reminds me that I wanted to thank FitnessBlender for inspiring me to quit smoking :)! After following your workouts for a month and a half, I wanted to kick the habit so here I am almost 3 weeks without a cigarette. I feel awesome! Thanks, Kelli & Daniel
Congrats for quitting smoking! :) I know it can be very hard to quit cigarettes (or any addiction for that matter) but you did it. Wish you the best of luck.

So little I knew about hit workout a year ago, and I was annoyed by the up and down...but it all passed. Kellie and Daniel are amazing! I am forever grateful for their work and the offering to give us those for free!!!! Thank you so much words can't describe! This is better than any gym. In my mind at least!

I CANNOT DO THE KICK THROUGHS!!!!! MY BODY JUST DOESN'T GET THE MOVEMENT. I CHOOSE LIZARD HOPS OR MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS INSTEAD BUT HOW IN THE WORLD CAN (MY) BODY THE KICK THROUGHS????

Yes, I don't have the space to do kick-throughs so I also do mountain climbers instead!
I do them with both of my hands on the floor. Is super hard still like that but not as complex, it really does look like a brake-dance move xD

i'm super uncoordinated and couldn't do the kickthroughs LOL. my body was just not doing what it wanted. but i did the rest okay, i almost cried when you said "we;re gonna do a burnout" lol. good job

yea that was the only cardio component that threw me off because my legs fell weak, but that's how we get stronger!

Really good routine with a nice personal touch. Definitely feels more like a 5/5 compared with the many 4/5 and handful of 3/5 and 5/5 I've done so far.

This is my favourite workout so far, I did it every other day for two months... unfortunately, my eating habits are literal chaos haha keep on with the good work
I did this workout yesterday. I took advice from the comments and did mountain climbers instead of the kick-throughs. I love the soreness that I feel in my abs today!!!
This is one of the best workouts. Time flies, and I feel great afterward.

Those kick throughs I felt like I was break dancing lol an easier version of those (if any) would have been appreciated. Overall a good quick and challenging workout.

A quick and dirty 30! That was tough, but satisfying! I found the burn-out round to be fairly impossible after the bicycle crunches. At that point, I wasn't in the mental state to be able to do a static exercise of that length. My goal on the plank will be 'less breaks' next time.

I think the kick through deserves some more explanation on how to do and what muscles to focus on, etc! I couldn't do it at all!
usually all of ur workouts r butt kicking but this one was BRUTAL! loved it! totally recommending it to my friends! and when u said burn out i thought "eh not thats not too bad" but once we actually got to it, my body was so done that I couldnt even lift up into a plank LOL but i forced myself to anyways lmaooo

Yep, still as brutal as it was the first time, but it does go by fast! I quickly had to switch to just a full-plank during the burnout, and still had to take a few breaks.

Guys you are perfect, your workouts are great. Have You thougt about doing something like dancing or something like zumba? I l'm pretty sure that will be awsome and different than Others. :-)
