    i used to take almost an hour to finish this workout because i always take breaks when im out of breath (which is after every interval) but today i finished it in only 30 minutes!! thanks fitnessblender!!!

      1ogorvik i do this once a week, so this took me a few weeks to build up to this point

      @huntertaylor3409 8 лет назад +1

      Lol I did this for my first time today and I only took two breaks which were each about a minute a piece. It was really really hard to do this though, but I don't really understand how it took you an hour to do this. I mean, I could see maybe 40 minutes, but an hour is just way to much. I'm not really even in shape and it took me about 26 minutes.

    • @nicoleeeeeeeeebiebs
      @nicoleeeeeeeeebiebs 8 лет назад +39

      Hunter Taylor the first time i did this was my first ever workout ever so. and i take breaks to hydrate and calm myself a little. if i wanted to take two one minute breaks only, i could but then i'd get out of breath during the workout and stop moving even though the time is not up yet. that'd defeat the whole purpose of a workout so i chose to take small breaks here and there. im happy i built up my stamina. thank you.

    FOR PEOPLE WHO CANT COMPLETE!
    dont give up.When I started doing HIIT 3 weeks back, I could not complete beyond 10 minutes of this , I just did 3 times a week and I am now able to complete with her! Its possible I promise. And the persistence is worth it! I promise its possible, just stick with doing it atleast 3 times a week! Its all going to be worth it!

      You can't actually do it more than 3 times a week, 2 times is enough. Your body needs a lot of time to recover because this is too intense.

    I like that this gal is humanized. You can hear the breathing of what these exercises do to her (even if she was a month out from the day she recorded this). I've watched far TOO many videos & wondered "how are they not tired?" "Do they breathe?" "Is the trainer a robot?" Because even being in shape, learning proper breathing... I still gasp for air in the middle til the end of it. I love it!!" The feeling of putting my all. Love this kind of videos!!

    Her exercises are killer...I totally love them. I'll be doing this 5 times a week and I'll add 4 gym sessions along side ...I'll give my body a two day rest from any exercise ie Monday and Thursday. I'm on a healthy meal plan with controlled portions (my biggest enemy) and I'll be trying the military diet too (Monday Tuesday Wednesday). Started at 73 kgs on the 2/01/2016 (I'm 176cm/5"9) dream goal 58-60kgs

    One of my favourite hiit workouts by the two of you!! I get so sweaty, like I want it to be in a good workout! I like to count my reps during the 20sec intervals and try to beat my own "records" in each repetition. I did 7 burpee+kicks in 20 sec, can't beat it! Who did more? :-)

    This is my go to workout on days i lift and when i don't really feel like working out. It's short and sweet but still pushes me and leaves me sweating.

      there are versions of hiit where you take a break for an entire minute, but they are not too popular on the internet because they make for boring videos. Take a break of up to a minute when you need to, stretch, there is absolutely no harm in it. It is a myth that exercise isn't hepful if you don't keep your heart rate up

    I am very impressed with this. I will definitely be looking out some of her other workouts. Easy to follow, fast paced, the breaks you're encouraged to jog through, I was sweating a bit after that. Definitely good if you're short on time and I like the way she shows you what's coming next. Although it would be tough going for complete beginners to exercise, it gives you a fighting chance on keeping up even on the first run through. I would probably use light weights a second time though and picked them up for the last interval when she suggested just to give it more upper body.

So pushed myself so hard trying to run for 20mins every other day but I get so bored and exhausted with running. But find this cardio workout much more fun! And can then go on to do stomach exercises afterwards as well which I would no way be able to do after a 5k! Good luck keep it up!

      ***** The cardio I did was their 10 minute express one, and then i ran for 30 minutes everyday with this and my rest day was sunday. As for my diet i cut out the carbs and drank more water and less sugary drinks, i ate lots of fruit and veggies, and thats it really, goodluck! xx

      DebbieMJ ♥ DON'T CUT OUT THE CARBS YOUR BODY NEEDS IT!!! Fruits and veggies are great and it's absolutely amaazingg that you are not drinking sugary drinks and more water but do eat carbs like rice, potatoes, corns etc. You will lose more weight, your brain only runs on glucose so carbs are everything! Try to stay away from gluten if you're allergic which a lot of people are these days because we have a little too much of it.

      Hey :3 I train MMA and do this cardio (even tho I'm a boy.. Yeah It's the best cardio I've found so far). I train MMA everyday and do the cardio 3 times a week and go to the gym 4 times of the week... Well no rest days for me.. Anyway you can do it ... (explaining the fastest way) 1 week = 7 days so
      1 , 3 , 5 - Cardio
      2 , 4 , 6 , 7 - Gym
      1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 - MMA
      I do not diet or anything else.. I'm not even eating healthy :D And I still see GREAT results. :3

    I'm new to HIIT training (and I'm unfit) and thought I'd see how much I could do of this video as I'm trying to lose some fat for Halloween. I could only get through half way before complete exhaustion. But I felt great! So I've done the same for 3 days straight aiming to get half way, and ALREADY I feel fitter! My recover time today was nothing compared to the first day and that is so motivating :D
    What I really like about this video in particular was that is is truly a cardio workout. I often get frustrated when I try to exercise as my muscle strength is weak and I end up failing the cardio workouts because of leg muscle failure, and this prevents me getting a good heart workout.
    The broad jumps and jumping jacks are really fun, makes me feel like a child :D
    When I progress to the burpees I'll do alternative days so as not to over exert myself, but so motivated to continue!

I also love how Kelli is real and I feel like I have a workout buddy. Kudos to this cute team.

    I just did this for the first time and I completed it with no breaks! Here's a tip for people, the actual HIIT part of the workout is only 12 minutes roughly which isn't even that long! Also another tip is do the first round slower out of all four rounds then do the middle two hard then go all out intense in the last round and it's still effective (just for beginners though)! I'm at intermediate level and I did all rounds hard! I'm still dripping in sweat and I'm determining to lose these last 12 kilos. Currently 70kg and goal weight is 58kg! Wish me luck!
