    I don’t know if you guys will read this but I started working with Fitness Blender in September 5-6 time per week. Honestly speaking, I don’t even know how to express my appreciation to their workouts. My attitude toward gym has totally changed. And my fitness level has improved so much. I doubled the length and duration of my jogging routine today (which I ditched after started using FB in September because their workouts are so much more fun). I had to take breaks in between back in August. Today I completed double the amount WITHOUT ANY BREAKS EASILY. I don’t even know how to express my thrill seeing this drastic improvement. THANK YOU SO MUCH @Fitness Blender! Big shoutout to you guys!

    I love this workout - format, duration, and exercises. One of my favorite aspects is how the exercises are all full body, easy to modify, and alternate the focus between lower body and upper body. I also like that the warmup and cool-down are included. Perfect for an early morning or before dinner after a long day at work. Thank you! Much love from TN

    I LOVE FB workouts! I am a very busy mom of three that works more than full time. I simply don't have time for a gym or lengthy workouts. I appreciate that your videos are simple and a challenge. There is no elaborate workout assistants, the clean white background is clear of visual noise, there is no music so I can choose to have or not, the exercises are simple and don't require a lot of instruction (picture of next exercise is awesome!) and the length is what promised. Seriously, there is so much banter in most workout videos that only half of it is actually working out and defeats the purpose for me of a compact workout. You guys don't seem to need to hear yourselves speak which means that I can count on the length of the stated video. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from this desperate mom to maintain some level of health!!

    I have to say Daniel, i've been doing your 15 HIIT workouts 3 times a week (I do yoga other days). I in particular get killed by the advanced 15 mins one that starts with clapping push up/star jumps (3 times each) and ends with plank jacks for a minute. I saw this one was a 20 mins one and I wanted to a challenge. THIS ONE WAS TOO EASY DANIEL. I even felt guilty enough that I had to throw in 2 sets of mountain climbers and burpees with push ups at the end. lol That being said it feels like it does not matter how many times I do the advanced 15 HIIT previously mentioned, I feel I will never get used to it, I feel utterly dead after it every time (especially with the plank jack burnout). Those supine pushups at the end of that advanced one, is a gift from god.

    Really nicely structured workout. Great workout for when your time is limited. Love that it included warmup and cool down. I just wish the HIIT portion was about twice as long. Would love it if you could put out some more videos with warmup and cool down that have 20- 25 min HIIT portions.

    OMG! whenever i see Daniel's workout, I am dreading and embracing myself for the bunch of jumps, but this one was a killer, for the first time i was looking forward to jumping jacks after those jumping lunges. good it was only 24 minutes. thanks guys!

    Currently training for Law Enforcement, and all of your HIIT routines are kicking my butt (in best way possible). These are fantastic workouts for anyone who is training for Law Enforcement, Military even, or just to get into shape. Thank you for this killer workout!

    Thank you FitnessBlender.. I have never commented on here before, but I started working out with you about 3 years ago. I am so grateful for you putting these videos on here and for your consistency in my life through all these years. I had an eating disorder in college and stopped working out.. and then my sister showed me your videos and they really helped me to care for myself better and take working out at a more human, normal pace. If they were not free, I don't think I would have the ability to stay consistent so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart

    I workout with one of Daniel's Videos EVERY Monday because Sundays I indulge a little more and I die a little every time! Lol Thanks Daniel and Kelli for the videos! I've gone from a size 22 in plus size to 10 in juniors!!! 2 years strong all because of these videos :)
    You guys have even inspired me to become a personal trainer to help.others with the struggle of enhancing their health.

    I just found this to do on my one day of HIIT. It’s a great break from weight training. So I’m dedicating one day to HIIT, one day to yoga with deep stretching on my rest day , and the rest of days to weight training with short cardio. Best shape of my life

    FitnessBlender is my favorite workout channel in RUclips. Love workout less than 30 minutes with warm up and cool down. 3 years ago I started to follow yours workout without failed and got pregnant after 4 months with my first baby girl at 37 years old and then second baby boy at 39 years old. I believed that both of you help me stay healthy and fit which make my body able to make new life inside me after 8 years of marriage. Thank you very much and keep make more new workout video for us.

    I really love this workout because I could feel every move and now I am covered in sweat! Thank you for including the warm up and cool down because I have problems with being very sore after a work out and I hope that this inclusion will help with that a little!

    I found you guys while doing Windsor Pilates, then couldn’t find you again. Then about a week ago, I found you again and am so happy about that. You guys are AMAZING!!       If you have done explosive push ups, you should be familiar with that exercise as it is fairly the same. That’s the only reason I was able to do that though 🙏

    haven't tried this one yet but this looks doable. The last few months I picked the girl's exercises because I thought it would be.. easier. Guess what?! It wasn't! I hate the girl for that
