    i have lost almost 30 pounds in like 4 months doing these workouts daily (i have rest days ofc) and i can def see a different in the loss, my eating habits have improved which helps too, but this proves their workouts truly work awesome! thank you fitness blender for being so motivating💟

      I can’t do this 3-4 times a week. I’m doing it 3 times a week and already my back is in pain so I will have to do it 2 times a week

    i did this for one week straight with a healthy diet just doing this once a day and after the one week i looked awesome all over not just my core but my whole body was toned. i lost around 4 to 6 pounds

    its really wierd how belly fat seems to go down with out actually doing crunches. it's the high intensity workouts with jumping included, water fruits and vegetables that reduces belly fat. situps alone jus give u muscle with flab still over it. i learned that from experience.

      you'd have to do thousands of crunches just to lose one pound of fat... high intensity is where it's at, or low intensity on an empty stomach.

      im already not a big fan of crunches so I wouldn't do 1,000s of them. I prefer the actual workouts, they're more fun anyway and u lose pounds a lil bit of everywhere. so after all, you'll be looking good through out ur entire body.

    I first started doing fitness blender workouts in May to lose some winter fluff but I quit after 2 months because I was getting bigger. I build muscle easily, so it was very discouraging. After a month of being back at it I actually SEE great results and this is what I am doing:
    - HIIT maximum 3 times a week, walking on my rest days. I also warm up for more like 15-20 minutes, I learned I respond better to workouts this way.
    - vegetarian diet during the week, limiting refined sugars and alcohol
    - tracking my macros
    - sleeping 8 hours a night
    It took like 6 months of trial and error to figure out what my body likes and I think I cracked it! So listen to your body, don't be surprised if it takes a load of time to figure stuff out, and just enjoy the journey!

    I'm trying to lose weight and this workout had me out of breath and sweating like crazy. However, by the time I'm done, I just feel so much more confident about my body and closer to my goal so thank you for this wonderful video

      I did it only 6 times (was quite busy with assignments and exams) but I lost 4 kgs already! From 58kg to 54kg! This works great

    i remember doing this when i was a teen. it was one of my favorite workouts ever, because it is both challenging and super effective. at that time i was in my best shape, but when covid started i dropped my healthy lifestyle. tomorrow will be the first day i will do again this workout. can't wait

    This is one of the best exercises if you are looking for reduction of waist and hip,in three weeks my waist step of measuring: 82cm to 77 cm just doing these exercises 5 times a week, with some cardio and without any kind of diet (eating healthy only)

      Kylie M i use to eat 2 chapatis with vegetables in breakfast and dinner and in lunch i use to eat very little amount of rice..... And most importantly i use to drink about 3-4 liters water per day

    I made it up to 13:16, right before the squats. I've never done this intense of a workout, thus leading to my quads being super sore(my first time, too). That was insane, I'll do this again and hopefully make it farther, perhaps to the end! Wish me luck

    Looks like I'll have to wait until I move out because this exercise makes so much noise that my siblings can hear it and if they find out they make fun of me like they always do. It's hard to try to be fit when you have a family member waiting to pounce on you

    The first time I did it, I had to take little breaks almost all the time. Now I have a better endurance and stamina. This really helped me lose belly fat while eating the same amount of food. I would recommend this video to anyone trying to lose belly fat/weight.

      Sorry for replying to this so late! I do a H.I.I.T workout like this 2-3 times a week (no more because if you do it with enough intensity, you should be too tired to do more. Plus, you lose the benefits if you do the same thing everyday.) The other days of the week I mix up with running, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, low intensity cardio workouts and swimming. It took me a few months to see results.

      Definitely different H.I.I.T videos. You don't want your body to get used to one video and stop finding it hard. If there's one video you really like, you could try modifying the moves or add weights or try more more reps in the time of each interval. Little changes like that can make a big difference too.

    this was sooo fun! i was bawling and screaming at the static squats but i pushed myself to get through it. i normally despise anything involving prolonged squatting and as a matter of fact i normally chicken out quite quickly but somehow i was pumped enough to get through it

    I have done this probably around 10 times the past 2 years.
    Started working out last week. Did another HIIT workout two days in a row. Today I did this one again. I had to take a break of about 5-7 minutes after round 2 bc my feet were killing me (it felt like cramps on both of my feet). Anyway I finished and did the second part twice! This was my best workout so far, I think, of all of the times I have done this. Plus it's really hot here today.... so I sweat even more.
    I was really close to not working out today. But I am so glad I did. Let's see if I can do this tomorrow too. If not, I'll just do this on Thursday... and whenever I've got time.
    I have only 4 weeks left until exams start but I really wanna get a bit in shape until the end of July. We'll see if I manage to study well, eat well &a healthy and workout well. I'm going to try to update.

    Guys why are you doing this daily? HIIT is actually designed for burning calories up to 48 hours after your workout. Unlike regular cardio excersises where you only burn calories whilst doing the exercise.
    When you do HIIT training, you can keep burning calories for 2 entire days so you can eat all of your favourite foods and still lose weight.
    You’re not required to do this daily, just do it 3 times a week. Because you’re not stacking time where you burn calories.
    This is actually what actors use when they need to prepare for a movie, or bodybuilders to look even more pumped up.
    And it’s great, you’re only doing this for 45 minutes a week and you will lose more weight in a few weeks than you propably will lose by doing regular cardio in months.

      Not certain about the points made but you need to know that do exercises by yourself without any plan can cause bulging pot belly and back pain, if anyone else trying to find out lose belly fat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've got some incredible things about it! *I lost 3 inches off my belly - in 4 weeks just by follow these exercises! I also feel stronger & healthier now*

    Man this kicked my BUTT. Being an avid practiser of hot yoga 3 times a week, and having been a regular at the gym for the past 5 years or so, I didn't think my level of fitness was too bad... until I did this. But at least I completed it! Time to up my game!! #sheddingforthewedding

      It doesnt work if you dont work at gym, walking there is not a solution.

    I lost 1 kg by doing this workout for 2 days in a row and watch my calories intake and eat less than 1.200 calories a day. I just finished for the day 3 today and I can't wait to reach my goal 4 kg a week!

    Love this workout, made it several times with many of your programmes, since last May I lost more than 15 kgs...muscles up...no strict diet, just no sugars, organic food and sourdough bread...and yet IF...yeah...at the beginning every workout seems hard...later you need challenges...to improve everything within those 20 seconds...and I am not young...simply love your workouts...

    Been doing this for almost 2 weeks and I've already lost 2kg. I have been so down before starting this exercise because my weight doesn't go down even if I workout for an hour. But since I've included this in my exercises, I've started to cut off my weight and reaching my goal! Thank you FitnessBlender!

    I've done this for 3 weeks now lost 13 lbs haven't dieted because I'm nursing but I def see the results my baby is 6 months and altho I was strictly nursing I didn't shed the weight as much as I do with this but I do it once in the morning an once at night

    I'm a man and I've lost 10 kg (22 lbs) in 7 months doing this 3 times a week (with one additional "x-burpees" at the end, since february 2017). NO DIET !

      sounds good, maybe you built more strength muscles than endurance muscles, then it's totally normal if you couldn't finish the whole thing.

    Did this workout today after a year of my delivery.... feeling is awesome... I do agree I wasn’t able to do it without breaks but it’s a good come back for me cause I used do fitness blender 3 times a week before... may Allah bless you...       Ummm no. At 0:25 she says, and I quote, "... there's no warmup or cooldown in this video so you're going to want to do that on your own."
      I simply asked for a link to the warmup video if I need to do that on my own.
      And she didn't mention anything about it not being there "because it's cardio"

      +Chirag K C, All you have to do is youtube search "fitness blender warmup," pick one you like and then do it. Then just switch to the main workout. It's as simple as opening two tabs and having one as the warmup, then switching over to this.

    I love this for when I'm short on time. Quick and effective. I mean it gets my heart rate up and I sweat so it I know its doing something. Not to mention woobly legs from so much jumping. Love your workouts Kelly. They are life savers for me. Such variety and range of needs and preference and everthing.

      You can't spot reduce body fat. The best way to get rid of belly fat is via HIIT (like this workout) and total body strength training (upper, lower and core, not just the abs!) with a healthy diet.

      FitnessBlender i thought same way but i trust on ur workout , i cant be as fast as you when i'm doing workout , does it mean , im sick or too weak or something ? + that i have a breath problem ! i cant breath well then i feel really bad for not reaching her..and i sweat sweat a lot ! is that normal ? aim not even fat !. tnx if u answer .

      Taaj NiloofaR I love there workout but you just got to remeber it takes times to be at a speed as kelli it's always safer to go at your own pace then to do something that;s never been done it is a high intesity work out!! :) you could always take out the jumping they have other lower inpact workout if your new to it then graully work our way up!! :) :) good luck, :)

    I have just done this workout and it was incredibly hard and challenging but I saw it all the way through and I’m so proud I attempted it and have done it. Cannot wait to try this again and improve. Thank you so much fitness blender 🙏🏼. I was able to do this in my living room with my kids playing around and get a proper sweat on.

    Your videos are so great guys. I love how chill you are, I get so tired of fitness coaches who are overly peppy or bossy. The act gets really old. Here it's no bullshit, just real, good workouts and proper fitness talk. Nothing more motivating than that tbh.

    Does this work if you have a bit of fat on your stomach? I've heard stories of people doing ab exercises and not losing the layer of fat making their stomach look bigger... Would i be better avoiding ab workouts until i've lost the fat around my stomach?

      +Solasta This is an awesome way to burn off body fat (you can't target fat loss from one specific area). There's not much actual, direct ab work in this video, which is one of the reasons why it's so effective for burning off fat.

      +Solasta I do this BEFORE my ab workout and i do this 2 times a week and ive burnt a good amount of fat and my abs are showing great within 2 months. but ya must have a good diet to achieve this!

      +Noshaba Jahangir type in 8 min ab workout and depending on your fitness level u can choose between 3 different levels most do level 2 but start of on 1 and after 4 weeks go onto level 2 I do it 3 times a week abs are showing pretty good, just make sure your on a caloric deficit eat healthy quite the late night snacks and ull lose weight fast

      +Solasta hey you need to know that do workout by yourself without a proper plan can make you get injured,if you guys want to lose belly fat fast, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (Make a quick search on google, can't remember the place now ). I've got some awesome things about it! I *got the flat belly within less than 4 weeks just by follow these exercises!*

    First day really was the worst for me. I sweated like crazy and I felt terrible like all my organs decided to hate me.

    Wow!!!! I did this in a pair of leggings that I'd ordered too small so it actually felt like my little belly rolls were being shredded and compressed during this workout! Yuck!     That's not a bad amount of calories for 15 minutes.
    If you can put in the time for consistent 1+ hour cardio, you're going to get a MUCH higher caloric deficit, but if you've gotta squeeze working out into small time frames this looks pretty awesome!
    And remember my overweight peers, moving more weight is more calories burned!

    Used to do this workout once every day, now I do it 4 times a day, paired with two of your strength training routines. For me it's probably my favourite routine as it targets all muscle groups really well and burns a lot by the end. I've been working out with Fitness Blender for 5 years, i'm now 18 and becoming stronger than ever! Really love and appreciate you both Kelli and Daniel! xx

    My best quarantine workout. I was desperate for some high intensity work after 3 weeks of sitting about. Sweating a bit significantly improves my mood all day. Done it 5 times over a week and my hams don't ache quite so much any more. Not sure about the belly fat. Did a BEFORE photo. we'll see

    Just did the new one. I like it but barely died during the last two exercises.
    Whole Workout:
    6 pack bust abs workout (the advanced one 😬)
    5x5x5 butt and thigh workout (also advanced)
    This hiit routine
    ...aaand the 26' long yoga, Pilates stretching as a nice long cool down
    That was tough but I loved it, thanks for your workouts! What do you think about this combination? Is it too much or bad in any other way?

    Amazing workout, as per usual, but does anyone else get mega tired for the rest of the day - or even the next day? When I'm actually doing the workout I feel like I'm pushing myself - sweating like a fool - but I don't feel like I'm overdoing it and hurting myself. This fatigue afterward though... Is it just me?

      it may be due to a vast range of things... most likely you are not eating and-or drinking enough directly before and ESPECIALLY after the workout.
      what many people don't know is that working out literally tears your body down. You don't build muscle or strength by the actual training, but your body is rebuilding itself to a stronger you After you work out... this is when the rebuilding is happening and you grow. Fuel in-Fuel out...
      Maybe you should try steady pace cardio at 45% of max heart rate instead for a few weeks until your cardio level is higher.

      MyAfropuff Low iron can also be a cause of fatigue. Try taking an iron supplement and see if that improves your general energy levels throughout the day.

    Thanks for this awesome workout! And to those wishing to lose weight, at the end of the day, it really comes down to your diet. Exercises can only do so much. I'm certain the ones who claim they have lost 5kg or more have also made adjustments to their daily caloric intake. Long story short, if you wanna lost belly fat, do HIIT AND eat less (less 500 calories is a good rule of thumb). For every 3500 calories you give up, you lose 1 pound of weight. And don't be dismay if you find your belly losing fat slowly despite losing weight, because you're also losing fat everywhere else too. You can't target one area of your body to lose fat.

    great work out. I have been doing this everyday for a week now. I started slow but am picking up my calorie burn. The key is to take it slow, get the forms down. But do it regularly. Listen to your body. Nothing messes physical fitness like an injury. Slow and steady.

    I went into this workout thinking that I would never be able to do it all (I suck at HIIT workouts) but I did!! I had to pause for one minute every 5 minutes of this video to breathe, but I did it all! Thank you Fitness Blender for this video! Now I'm motivated to do it again tomorrow!
