    I did this work out everyday except for sundays and ate healthy and drank lots of water. And in 3 months i went from a size 10 to a size 1. Ive always wanted to share this on here. I use to weight 161 at that time and now i weight 115 im 23 years old. And believe me this works 😊😊 just eat healthy.

      +Lilly welch i did this workout twice a day and i would walk an hour or sometimes run. I would also dance at home for 30 min aswell 😊

    hey I was 214 pounds and my height is 5,7 so I was obese then I started watching this video and began working out everyday ever since. That was august and today is December I've lost 58 pounds and now I'm 156 and I couldn't believe how skinny I am, I haven't seen myself skinny since I was a 6. And if It weren't for fitness blender making these videos I wouldn't have been able to lose my fat. Thank you ☺

    Love it! In 20 minutes I'm sweating. I like the guys voice btw. It's soothing, there's no stupid porn music in the background and it lets me know when I'm almost done so I don't have to keep watching the screen. I have 3 of them saved to my computer.

    i can't believe i made it! Between round 1 to round 2 i took a 5 minute break but i finished it. It's okay to take some half minute breaks when you guys feel really unable to go on. Get motivated and DON'T GIVE UP. We owe this to ourselves.

      She's been doing this for eight years with her husband and then before that she was a trainer at a gym. I guess just keep working out and the more you do this video (or any other) the easier it will become and you can start to challenge yourself to more.

      ***** honestly, i do believe so. I've lost over 20 pounds right in time for summer and i already feel sexier and more confident than i ever have before in my life. and it was all because of a little fitness blender and some healthier eating. I can run and jump and dance and be free without worrying about the way I look. I'm still no size double zero, but I'm curvy and slim. and I owe it all to these work outs.

    I just wanted to say, I started this workout 6 days ago. Just by eating right and drinking over 40 ounces of water a day, I'm already down 5 pounds. :) it is a great workout overall.

      Yes, but I find there are easier HIIT exercises to do with similar effect on the body. You have to diet right also, no excess carbs, oatmeal breakfast, fruits, lean meat and lots of protein.

    I just want to tell everyone reading this that this work out has been the one for me! initially, I found it very hard. my legs ached and I thought I could'nt do it but I'm so so glad I kept going. 3 weeks in to this and have lost almost 3 inches from around my belly and ongoing.This really works guys! Great thing is I can now do both rounds without a pause!

    I have been doing Fitnessblender videos for almost two years now - and with great results! I rarely comment, but I felt it was important to in this case because I always come back to this video. This is my go-to abs/cardio burn out. It really is one of their hardest videos for me despite not having HIIT moves. I think it is a combination of getting up and down off the mat so much and the fact that your heart is beating the entire time. I really feel like I am "shedding" weight during this workout. If you want a similar level of difficulty but want to work your legs, try their "Fit is better than skinny" routine as well. DON'T BE FOOLED by the fact that it is one of their older videos - it's brutal!

    Woah! My legs are burning. I couldn't do round 2 because my legs felt like spaghetti, couldn't take it. Lol, I'm proud that I got through round 1. I'll do this again and complete the entire thing. :) AWESOME workout!

    Been doing this workout constantly throughout 2-3 months and it is a very good working one for me personally. I usually do one full round. Never could get through entire 37 minute one. And combined with changed lifestyle in terms of controlling my intakes of calories and getting rid of junk food I got the final result of 65 kilos. At the beginning of the year I weighted around 79 so I am more than happy about my journey so far.
    The hardest part about this entire weight loss thing is just the mind set. I am a person who likes challenges and this is one of them. Has nothing to do with a visual look of mine. I love myself being chubby anyways 😂

    I have been doing these for about 3 months - 3 to 4 times a week, skipped some weeks. I have lost 9 Kilograms (20 pounds). The first few times I couldn't get past round 1 then in the second week - after a 3 day break - I managed to do both rounds. Since then i have always done 2 rounds - and have increased the reps for the ab muscles within the time period specified in the video

      That's exactly how I felt the first time. Just wait until you wake up and you'll feel the soreness in your abs..... your legs will hurt more though. I couldn't even properly walk downstairs the next day.

      Well, a week later of doing this every other day, and my legs still can't take it. Even though I think I have muscly thighs, they are WEAK AS. It's those Squat + Hooks, they absolutely wreck my quads! I can barely keep my legs up for the super skips after that.

    yes, i make the second round, but after 5 minuts break. the program is very good, i lost 2 cm of belly fat in 6 days. Of course, I eat less calories, I walk in the town 4 hours/ week and and I make these exercises.
    I must to go, the break has ended!!

    For someone with asthma and a history of low BP this was ROUGH. I couldnt get through part 2 but I'm so proud I even was able to do round 1. Felt like passing out every time switching from abs to cardio. Especially with cardio being a challenge for me. But I did more than I have since highschool monday fitness. It felt GOOD!

    Oh man, this workout was harder than I thought it would be and got me sweating much more than I thought!! I don't know why but for some reason the ab exercises MAKE IT SO HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE in between sessions so that when we switch between abs and cardio I haven't even been able to fully recover and catch my breath!!

      codie rae Well, eggs, bananas, any kind of fruit, salads (vegetables), and drink water. It's not the funnest diet...but it helps a bunch.
      P.s. at the end of the week have a cheat day. Not too much.But a little bit of junk.

      I have a hard time to and I work out everyday..best I can tell u is to keep going and eventually u will get there you just have to train the muscles u ant to work! hope that helps and u got ne tips I need some too. im on a 1200 calorie diet and uing olyptical 20-30 mins a day 1200 reps a time avg 56 a min and between 86 and 95 calories a day also use ab roller and lift weights. dropped 10 lbs n 6 days but got about 20 more to go. never been this big n my life lol and knock on wood never will b again. thanks, STARR WELCH

    PLEASE HELP GUYS! My 1st go and made it through to 15 mins (couple breaks inbetween though). Does this actually help lose the belly??? Because I can just feel pain in my legs not abs... And I don't want to lose any weight only lose my belly!!! (i'm tryna gain weight everywhere else)

      Just keep on doing it for a few more days and you'll start to feel the soreness in your abdominal area. Just wait for it and keep on doing this everyday. Maybe you should try to do more than just 15min too. The more you do it the more sore you'll feel all over your body, specially the legs and abs. I've been doing it for some time now and it seems to be working but I the farthest I do is 29mins. Just keep on trying.

      You'd think that you should feel a burn or soreness in your abs to prove that you're losing your belly fat, but that's not always the case! For me, everywhere was sore except for my stomach! My thighs hurt, my calves were hell with every step I took and my arms were sore. But I noticed a change in my stomach, I didn't have that much belly fat. I could actually see the little muscles underneath my tummy fat. (I did Insanity for four weeks) Whatever work out regime you're doing, stick with it! With dedication, you will see results! Hope I helped you be more confident

    hi people, when I started I wasn't all round chubby just had fat on my stomach especially after Thanksgiving I'm like what am I doing with my life lol anyways I did a couple other workouts then I started doing this in march, after the first week of doing it I trimmed down extremely I think like 4 pounds and several inches off waist after an inconsistent month (I did it when I could at least twice a week) of doing this I had a solid 4 pack, I quit working out over the summer but I decided to start getting in shape again anyways this works trust me

    This is brutal in disguise! Moves very fast. The ab exercises are as fast-paced as the cardio exercises. Yesterday's leg day made this workout very challenging. Almost called it quits after the first round, but made myself power through. P.S. Anybody feel like Mario during the power skips?
