I know this isn't the right way to eat healthy but I ate 600 calories a day including some fruits a month ago and did this exercise everyday but got lazy at least once or twice a week and just didn't do it , but I'm 5"5 and weighed 135lbs a month ago now I weight 125 and my belly pooch went down !! I'm so happy. Thanks for this workout it was tough but I stayed strong for a month
You probably would have lost it a lot faster if you had eaten properly and healthy. When you eat so little calories like that, your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores fat making it harder for you to lose.
I'm actually going through the same process. I'm 14 and 2 Months ago I weighed 149,150..But I Deiced that if i'm really serious about losing weight then I'm gonna have to work hard and be strong. I ate 3 times a day not pass 7 & I watched my calories and I'm very religious so I prayed to god to help me through this process and give me the strength.. Currently I weigh 119,120! I'm doing these workouts to get rid of the extra belly fat I've only been at it for a week in hope it works. Good luck!

I cringe at watching this girl! The workout looks so simple but if you arnt used to this... your gonna feel it. but i'd rather feel it and see the results later!
Even though this workout isn't long at all in the grand scheme of things, it tired me out so well that I was literally like WILL THIS EVER FREAKING END?! And celebrated when I could finally say "Workout Complete"!

I loved everything about this workout however I please include breathing reminders. It helps a lot when you tell us when and how to inhale and exhale during the routines. Also during the plank exercices when we're rotating left and right, I feel like my wrists are going to break. Could this be because of the way I'm positioned or what can I do to take some weight off of my wrists?

I am having a hard time tightening the loose skin around my belly. I had two babies, and my son really stretched the skin around the lower area. He was a huge baby (near 11lbs), and I see my upper abs pushing though as my body fat drops, but my skin has about 2inches and is very loose. I dont want to get a tummy tuck, I want to know if I keep up all my hard work, that this will firm up and the skin will heal normal again. Is this possible? Please help. I love your workouts!!

I would suggest branching out into different types of training. To lose belly fat you need total body strength training, cardio, and a healthy diet. It's not all about abs, though they are important for a strong core.
hi fb. I have been doing these exercises for 2 weeks. Both cardio and strength. I am not overweight but I need to lose belly fat and I have been focusing on abs and obliques workouts such as these. In the link it says if we want to get quick results, we need to do it twice per day 2 3 days a week. But my muscles get really tired and sore after doing it 2 or 3 times and afterwards I cant use them for 3 days. I feel like I cant lose belly fat at all becaus of this. What would you suggest? :(

Griselda Ramos they are right i i dont have a flat stomach and am able to perform a 1000 calorie workout which is 1 hour this workout helped me lose 12 lbs i recommend you doing the same depending on your age and weight because obese people can't do 1000 calorie workouts its to tough for them so i would recommend switching to a low fat vegan diet as their are so many benefits to the diets for example increased energy levels more strength indurance and a ton of speed i am not a vegan myself but i am on the way to the diet i was a tired dude and i really didn't know about animal cruelty during this time of ignorance i workout alot and did a ton of cardio which made me extremly fast for a heavy dude i outrunned a guy who had a flat stomach thia proves that excerise is good for increasing speed which is the main reason i workout hope this helps
