    I love your shorter duration, mid-level HIIT workouts like this one. They're perfect to pair with your other workouts of other types, like toning or strength. This is one of my faves I keep coming back to.

    Aww Kelli it was really endearing seeing how you were too tired to properly complete the pushup and planks. guess even amazingly fit people get tired haha really love all your workouts and your cheerful voice really pushes me to go the extra bit.

      We’re on the ground floor so OUR neighbors worry more about the groaning it seems 😂 I then turn it way up and hope for Kelli (or Daniel, depending on the video) to start talking again in a way that they can hear it’s ACTUALLY just us doing a workout and nothing more.. well.. private 🤷🏼‍♀️🤪👍🏻

      you can fill up water bottles and use them as weights and you can even fill them up depending on how hard a workout you want...hope this helps :)

    I did this last night, and I ate a lot of carbs. I'm starting carb cycling so today I eat less. OMG let's just say my legs already look 10× better. And I feel 10× better. I've been doing this exercise led by a boy looking for better legs and arms. Just to find out this is what I should've been doing all along tysm for this!

    Wooow. I held the planks from the 2nd round throughout the rest period till the end. Today was the last day of FbFit 8 weeks & it was supposed to be PFT day but I decided to do this instead of taking a rest lol. Short but sweaty.

      The struggle is real! But you'll feel a lot better if you just jump right in and get it done. Exercise is far better for depression or bad mood than any (potentially dangerous) drug or medicine.

      FitnessBlender As a person that suffers greatly from depression, I can testify that just doing it even though you may want to go to bed or just sit around works. 90% of the time I feel better after a workout. And I am severely clinically depressed. So, it can help.

    Hi Kellie, love love love your workout videos. I pull an 18hr shift every day and i barely have time to workout on weekdays. I was wondering, can I exercise immediately after waking up in the morning say after 10 minutes? What workouts do you recomend and can i do it before eating?

    Kelli, Thank you so much for the videos that you and Daniel do. I've used them for over a year now and they have seen me through some tough times.     I do the 16/8 intermittent fasting, so in the morning I decide to do this workout
