I love this video. I like how she is actually showing me the workout steps first. I like that she is doing the whole workout with me, instead of showing you other people in the background(also that there is only one person with a plain background). I also like the fact that there is no music so I can concentrate on my breathing by listening to hers and concentrate on the advice she's giving. I am definitely a Fitness Blender fan.

I would highly recommend this workout for beginners, who are starting their weightloss journey.
I have been doing this for a long time now and it has helped me lose 5 kgs in 1 and half month.
Obviously weight loss is impossible without a proper diet. By diet i dont mean starving yourselves but to balance what you eat and eat healthy.
Dont be disheartened and keep moving, you do not need an expensive gym membership or fancy diet meals.
Just keep it simple and stay persistent.

I used to train kickboxing. Now my knees won't allow me to, but this is definitely a good training. However, it would be good for others to know that for upper cuts and hooks, it's not only about arms, you have to engage your whole body starting from your abs, the torque gives it more power and you will definitely feel that your body is working even more.

I just finished this workout and I feel great. Thanks to you and Daniel for all the time you put into these videos. I am 279 pounds - as if my last weigh-in 2 weeks ago - and started off at 361. I changed my diet to eat less and incorporate more vegetables and started off with a recumbent bike a few minutes a day. That was almost 2 years ago. I found your videos as a way to shake things up and challenge my body more. I love the variety of videos and the fact there are videos for all fitness levels and/or modifications. I can't wait to reach my goal and be able to do the exercises without the modifications.

i've been saying "ill start the first of next week... i'll start the first of next month" for way too long. i finally said "just pick a place and start" so i opened this video and did it just now for the first time. i managed to get through it and tried my best.
it feels impossible and like nothing will make a difference but that's because right now i'm at the beginning. im going to try not to overwhelm myself. 20-30 mins a day with these videos, and just commit to it and hope i see results :)

    • @amyhulen9727

Stick with it! Give yourself 3-4 days of this and re-evaluate yourself...you'll be able to tell a difference in just a few days. Then another 3-4 days and you'll be able to see an even bigger difference. Just take it in steps and you'll be amazed at how much stronger you become and how much stamina you have. You can do it!!!

I really want to thank you guys. I've been eating whole foods and sticking to a new healthier way of eating (I refuse to call it a diet because I don't plan on eating the same as I did before when I get down to my goal weight). I've been working out to your videos at least 3 times a week and I've lost 16 lbs in a month and a half which is pretty awesome for me. I love these workouts so much. They leave me pumped and ready for the day. Thank you for everything you guys do. I thought I was going to have to figure out my out workout routine (and I don't know what I'm doing when I'm on my own and I have no money to order a case of workout videos), but here you are giving people like me free videos and pointers and tips and I just hope you guys know how much good you are doing by making and posting these videos here. You guys are pretty amazing. Thank you.

Lunch: Stir fried chicken breast meat with onions and about 5~6 lettuce.
Snacks: I usually eat cashew nuts, about a handful of them if not I will eat fruits like blueberry or orange.
Dinner: Grilled salmon with one medium boiled potato and again with about 4~5 lettuce.
Snack: I usually also eat cashew nuts about two hours after dinner.
I also eat an orange before working out to help me stay hydrated.
Good luck! :) Do tell me your progress!

Love this workout so much, I do it a couple of times a month. It's amazing. Six months ago, I really struggled, i.e. when I came to the cardio interval after the kickboxing workout I was already out of breath and tired. Now, today, I did this with ease. Yey ! Thanks for the workout(s) ;-)

See if your parents insurance company will cover it. My neighbor daughter is 13 and had it done and that what she did.

Hello Ms. Kelly. I started a recommended diet and your videos (from my cousin) in October. I have been doing your "fitness blender for beginners," but today was my second day to do the kickboxing workout. At 5'7", I was at 200 lbs and miserable. Now, I'm at a wonderful 174 and and dropping. My goal is to have the least amount of body fat possible. Whatever weight that may be.
Nevertheless, I thought you should know about the help you have provided to a perfect stranger. Thank you, Ms. Kelly. I appreciate you and your "before and after story."

If you guys do this for about four weeks for about 45 minutes (watching the video twice), you'll get abs...a six pack legit. But you can stop whenever you're satisfied. Then you just have to do it twice a week to maintain that shape.

I suffered from bulimia 4 a long ass time and believe me that never worked... it wasn't until I learned how 2 eat properly and exercise that the weight actually came off.. B4 then my weight was always fluctuating. I eat 6 times a day (medium sized portions) and exercise 20-30min a day. That's it! I eat more now than I did when I was bigger! Life is amazing. Smash in fruits, legumes, and veggies!! Avoid deep fried foods.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I didn't think it would be that tough but it definitely got me sweating up a storm by the midway point - there are beads of sweat dropping off my face onto the keyboard as I type, but as I said it was really fun and I think I improved my fighting skills tenfold. This will be one of my go-to workouts from now on. I hope there are other kick boxing ones. I love that there are so many videos. These workouts have become sacred time for me, a special slot in the day. When it's time to work out I log onto the Fitness Blender youtube channel and scroll down through the videos. We really are spoiled for choice. Wow this really did get me sweating heavily. It's a mightily buoyant feeling when you finish a workout and are pouring sweat, top drenched. Thank you so much Fitness Blender. I'll be back to this video again soon for sure.

this may be good as a workout and for fitness, but if you really think this is improving your fighting skills, you need to go and search up videos from actually professional kick boxers, who will show you actual technique to your kicks and punches, that will deliver power to them and not just swinging your limbs in the air, like this video is.

I do this almost every day, after that, I do launches, Squats, abs, push ups and then Stretch....If you do this every day or 6 days a week, it keeps in shape during the lock down.....Positive thoughts to everyone! This was a really great workout for me even though it's so short! Definitely different from most Fitness Blender videos but I really liked it! It seems like you could just go through the motions and it wouldn't be much of a workout, but I really tried to punch and kick, snapping my moves out quickly as if I was hitting an invisible opponent, but stopping just short of a full extension since that's supposed to work your muscles harder. I was literally pouring sweat by the end. Even my forearms were sweaty lol. I hope to see more kickboxing videos from FB!

Since the New Year I've been doing your workouts, and I love the kickboxing ones. Daniel's kickboxing and abs workout IMO is harder than this one, but I love how you can push yourself as much as you want with this one without dying. xD Now after 5 months I can do this straight though at 100%, only taking the 20 second water break without pausing it for longer. I definitely couldn't have done that when I started. I may need to ring myself out though I'm so sweaty! Wooooo!!

It’s my 3-4 days doing this particular workout, (I did the 37min cardio also from this channel for 2 days, but I find it really hard for myself) and this is life changer, I can do it straightly, my breath is slowly getting to it and i can bend my body to reach the ground, idk if it’s just me but I’m just doing this w.o but my body is a bit flexible right know. Don’t overwork yourself to think that you can get you body goal in just one day, do what particularly makes you comfortable or what you can do. Doing exercises makes my sleep better because of exhaustion. Do well!

Oshun my butt and thighs are very muscular which is great! i never really focused on getting a six pack or that overly toned ab area but my stomach is also really nice and tight :) i've also been on and off in between sports and what not and just getting back into cardio (which for me is by far the hardest) i've thinned down but not to much because i want my thighs do be more muscular rather than thin but im sure you could fit it to what you want. over all results are great!
