I exercised with your videos all the time pre-pregnancy. I'm now 7 months postpartum and working really hard to try and lose baby weight (mostly around my stomach). I'm back at work and don't have time for exercise classes so have been working out with these videos when my son is napping and even when he's in the room with me. Here's to regaining my figure by the time he's 1 year old. Thank you FB! X

Make sure you aren't losing too quickly. A lot of initial loss is water weight and after that you should aim for max 2lbs a week loss unless you're over 250lbs. You need to fuel your body and make sure you aren't just losing muscle!
Omg! I don't have time for gym workouts, so a friend of mine told me about 6 months ago about Fitness Blender at home workout videos that are very safe , and very effective for loosing weight, fat burning , calorie burning , and more, I love it!! Y' all are so awesome. No difficult steps , and I can workout at my own pace ... I am still sweating after the cool down, I always get a very positive workout which is better than a wipeout!..🤷🤦😁 ..Also , I am more of a late night person to get my workouts so I just love that I can do fitness blender workouts at home and any time of the day!! 😇✌️👍💪😁

Welcome back, missed you guys! Just typing this as I finished it, loved it! Definitely sweating like mad, but my core feels thoroughly worked. Underestimated how much lower body work was in this, it brought out the soreness from yesterday's leg day but still enjoyed it. I'd rank it a solid 4/5. Can't wait to see what new workouts FB has in store!

Incredible workout. Suffering from a recurring whiplash injury and a bruised knee tendon; these exercises are easily modifiable to compensate for stiffness and soreness without compromising form and efficacy. Thanks for this!
We have over 60 bodyweight only strength workouts, actually! You can use the search/filter function on our website to narrow them down. Also, many of our traditional strength workouts can be modified to be bodyweight only.

Update: starting at 220 I’m now 175 pounds with a total weight loss of 45 pounds, and I now run additional to everything else I do
It’s now May and I’m now 160 and don’t plan to loose anymore weight! Now working on my abs! (total weight loss 62 pounds)
