for those struggling, i started a year ago, and 10 minutes was just a goal, i'm close to an hr session, and am 50 pds lighter.. these kind of workouts are exactly what you want.. running, biking, etc, are all good, but this is bang for you buck, bang for your minute of working out, the best thing going.. dont quit!!!!

This means I was not getting all my muscles used on cardio machines and at gym. My target for today is to at least touch 20 min. Let's hope for the best ;)

Finally i have a workout! Have been on a 12% body fat for a while now, and nothing seemed to help me get it lower. I had been running around 5 miles everyday for the last year or so and nothing happened until i saw this. I have been doing this workout since mid january and have got my body fat down to 10%!! I can't tell you how i feel in, and i owe it all to you. At last i can see my abdominals. I have been telling all my friends and teammates abt FB. thnx for a better body and better mornings.

I'm naturally slim-built, so the fitness workouts actually helped me to gain some muscle mass and shape my body into a fit, toned one, which I am very happy about. My stamina has also improved greatly as I do not need to pause throughout the videos and sometimes. I even add on some jumping jacks or burpees just for fun after the workout. I strongly recommend you begin with a light cardio kickboxing workout first, then you can more advanced workouts like brutal hiits, tabata workouts or any other workout, depending on your desired aim to improve which part of your body. Remember, your weight is not the most important thing; it's your fitness and wellbeing that is. So just stay fit and healthy by committing a period of time, no matter 15min or 50min just so long as you to it, to do a workout video and keep fit :) Best of luck!.

it becoz during MMA trainings(I am doing kickboxing by the way) you always get some breaks when your body recovers ... here if you follow the program you never rest more than 40s and that only after some minutes of almost non stop work.

For a decently fit person this workout is certainly within grasp ... I manged to do it with only some minor short breaks (not more then 2 or 3 1 min max) so I would rate it as a good starting point for improving your overall cardio performance

Excellent workout! I viewed most of it when it first hit, had it ready to go in my phone. This was my workout @ the employee gym today! A lady asked me was I doing a Nike workout, I said no (while huffing & puffing), its Fitness Blender (much better than Nike) :-). It was a tough workout--especially those mountain climbers and hillbilly squats (gotta work on that one-new for me). Plan on hitting it again. :-). Thanks Daniel and Kelli. :-) Love the creativity.
Really enjoyed the work out, I am not up to scratch on the strength aspects yet so don't think I was able to burn as much as I should have but i'll throw this routine in every now and then. Do you have any heavier cardio focused workouts?
This video is alot easier than it looks. I have only been doing it for a week, The first day I did it I got tired after the first hiit exercise and could only do one exercise per round. 7 days later I can do every exercise practically better than him. Keep in mind I was in decent shape 8 YEARS AGO and I have not done a lick of cardio activities since except for 3 or 4 family reunions. If you combine this video with proper nutrition after about a month you would have to do this video twice to get a full workout.

Couldn't conquer the Cross Mountain Climbers,so I did the regular set. As they say just keep moving.

Very gentle round of exercises. Did not really run out of breath except for the pushups where one had to push up the torso mid air.
This workout was way more intense than I expected. I was passed out on the floor by the end of the workout.

Love the timer! Those Plyo Push-Ups seemed impossible, even doing them on my knees. The stretches felt incredible afterwards :D
