Holy crap: truest thing ever spoken. The only thing I hate more than burpees are all the residents of the current White House, and it's a close second.
BUD/S instructors: hey let's do 1000 of those every day, on top of pushups, pull ups, flutter kicks, sit ups, surf torture, boat races, log pt, o-course, 5 mile swims and probably 15 miles of running. and 3 weeks of that for 15 hours a day plus 5 more with no sleep just proves you want to be there. the intelligence shit all comes later 🤣🤣 worst 6 months ever...

Mate, I've never cursed you or the world out more than during this exercise, but I'll be damned if your videos haven't gotten me in shape ! They also gave me the motivation, discipline and clarity of mind to study like a machine for law exams. Body fuels the mind right ?

I was looking for Cardio Workout on youtube, and this video pop up. I click it and see that I was seeing this video too back then.... but only until minutes 23.. lol.. 2 years later, now, I will finish it..

This reminded me of insanity. Except that yours has adequate warm up and cool down. It also gives nice *necesary* mini breaks after each exercise. You are awesome trainers!
I burned more calories doing the "60 Minute HIIT Cardio and Abs Workout - Fitness Blender Tabata HIIT, Abs and Obliques Workout" (498 vs this videos 490). I think I find the Tabata style easier to push myself to the very end. Maybe next time you can try to do this style backwards? (i.e. 60 sec on 15 sec off, 50, sec on 15 sec off, ...) Thanks for the video!

Gyms just don't work the important stabilizers and weak muscles that much, your workouts do.
that was awesome! I watched this workout yesterday night, and I said to myself that I have to try it! Well, I woke up today and first thing was this workout! Totally drenched in sweat, totally worth the effort! The only thing I changed because I'm not in this level, was the push up jacks. I switched them with regular push ups and at the last 2 rounds I did push ups with my knees touching the floor. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!
P.S.: I love the fact that you are authentic. The world doesn't need any more white crystal teeth shining while doing this workout ;-)

This was intense!!! I finished the whole thing - no extra breaks. Your other cardio and hiit workouts were a great help as two years ago I probably wouldn't have even made it 10 minutes in. I've tried other channels and fitnessblender is the best yet. Keep it up guys!!

This workout is CRAZY!! I could do 30 seconds a part of the 40 seconds but after, my body wasn't working with me. I had to stop all the time. But, I still love that workout. I want to train harder so I can burn through it.

Wow...that was amazing and awefull all at the same time :) I have a bum right shoulder right now so I just did plank jacks instead of the pushups...I was still left breathless though. You guys are just awesome...a gift to us really. Thanks Daniel and Kelli!
Wow guys, you really outdid yourselves. This one was epic. I could do everything except the push up planks...didn't need to pause at any point but I definitely didn't jump on the burpees or do as deep of squat jacks. Wow! Love it!

Uncle. Of the dozens of FitnessBlender workouts I've done, this was the first I couldn't do completely: I had to skip from the :40 to the :60. This is merciless.

It will be awhile before I try this one. I've done a few of your HIIT level videos, but although I could finish them, I know my form was no where near what it should be.
I'm 63 and am going to back track to a intermediate level and stay there until my form warrants an increase.
I started your videos about a week ago and can see the difference in belly fat already. AND, that with doing only your videos.
I was working out in the morning with weights then dragging my poor dog on an hour walk, trying to maintain 3 miles per hour. Now I just do your videos and our evening walk is for the dog and what she wants to do at her pace.

Complete! NIce at home workout (when the gym is closed!) where you feel that you actually worked something :) Didnt stop at all through the whole routine, the only 'modification' which i did was with the jumping jack push up on the ground, at the last 2 rounds i left the push up out ;) Thanks guys! My first attempt.... I couldn't physically do the 60second round... I fast forwarded to the stretching section and half way through I randomly just started laughing. Shower time!

Great new vid! I made it all the way through with no stopping. The only time I wavered during an exercise was during the 50 sec. & 60 sec. jumping jack push-ups. I paused like 2-3 seconds & went to standard push-up for the last 15 seconds each time. Every other exercise & time length I did at 100% effort! I was spent by the end of the routine!
this is like the first time I see someone in a video stop in the middle of the workout to catch their breath haha. It's a relief that not every fitness youtuber is a robot.
great stuff, this was the 3rd time doing a fitness blender workout (2nd time this one) and it doesn't disappoint :) been hanging out too much at the gym and thought no point having a Ferrari without gas to use it so here I am doing the HIIT sessions. already improving!

A fantastic workout, I completed it from my first try but was modifying and slowing down all the way through.
- I did push up to T stabilization instead of Jack Push ups,
- I did squat side steps with resistence band instead of squat jacks
- I did slow high knees for 30/40/50 rounds.
however, I did it on Thursday, its Saturday now and my shoulders, butt, thighs and back muscles are still sore. I haven't feel sore after a HIIT training since 2 years now. Absolutely amazing no matter what your modifications are because the format will hit the muscls hard for long time. also I thought it would be boring but no, time flew by.
will be coming back frequently to this one for sure!

Used to weigh 200lbs! Started working out with them intensively about three years ago and now, my body has come SUCH A LONG WAY. I’m down to 114lbs now with a 6 pack and all other benefits. Consistently working on yourself, switching it up, clean eating, and mental health is all part of my success through FB!

Finished! I did NO modifications, didn't stop (even on the burped AND pop squats), and didn't even walk in the breaks, I RAN during each of the 15 second breaks. I'm 12.

.....So I've just finished this, it's definitely hardcore (especially one legged burpees!) but goes quickly once you're into it! Definitely wipes you out, but feel great for doing it - this workout is complete!💪 👍

This workout was awesome; thank you so much, guys!!! I strapped a 3-lb ankle weight to my chest to make it more intense (not that it wasn't already but I like to challenge myself - was going to do two 3-lb weights but I decided to start with just one). Even though it was only a 3-lb difference, it really affects your balance, especially towards the end when you're tired. I slowed down the last two rounds but I was able to get through every exercise without stopping (drenched in sweat by the end, of course). I can officially say I'm tired now; I love your videos!!! :)
Second time doing this workout, didn't stop during one workout! Definitely pushes your limits, physically but mostly mentally!

This was brutal! I started off great and then by the 40 second group I was totally dead. Finished the whole way through but man, that was rough. Props to Daniel for pushing through as well! Awesome workout

I trained hard for this workout was able to complete it but it took me a good 1 year and two months to attempt and finish it cause I am over weight and still fighting the weight.......you feel really good once you complete the workout..thanks fitness blender!

I can't believe it........ I've finished the whole thing.
I found the one legged burpees and push up jacks a little too complicated given that I only started to seriously workout one month ago after taking a two and a half month trip overseas. I substituted them with star jumps and pop squats respectively. These definitely kept up my cardio and pushed me to the limits, but it was so worth it! Hearing "this workout is complete" is completely and utterly satisfying when you gave it all your effort.

well it's hard for me to lose weight because I binge eat junk snacks a lot
now I'm banning myself from those and gettung fruits instead
another sad thing is that I lack a lot of quality sleep

I am so happy I made it through it....I had take min breaks..... I couldn't breathe i stopped at 30 mins..... rest for a min enough ti get some green...ut helped me...couldn't do the one leg burpes...but I didn't give up did regular burpes.... how can modify it for next time..... I will be doing this every other Saturday.....

After I did some of your other challenge workouts, I got cocky and thought “hardest challenge? No sweat!”, 50 minutes later, I’m on the floor, and I literally cannot see. Besides football camp, this is one of the worst workouts I’ve ever done. Thanks for pushing me to my limits, and beyond guys!

At what part in the filming did you think "what am I doing!!" Super brutal workout but I love it.
Ive done this workout 4-5 times a week . Im on my third week adding to it a low carbohydrate diet. Ive lost 6 kg in those 2 weeks and build some muscle. Its an awesome full body training.
The first week i reached to Part 3-4 and now i can complete it ! I am so proud of myself ! :) Try it out
This was great! I haven't ever tried 1 sided burpees before and had to put my other foot down to balance on the way up, and had to modify the plank push-ups a bit, but otherwise was rocking this! :) Ha-ha. I'll definitely have to keep practising this! Thanks so much.
