I did p90x when it first came out and went from a 12/14 to a 2! I changed my eating to all healthy organic food though which also made a huge difference but doing the insanity workouts leave me feeling like I pushed all limits love and hate them lol
I'd like to say I'm in great cardio shape... Turns out I have been missing the workout of a lifetime haha. I failed at minute 19, and could barely start again once I slowed down. This workout is incredible, I'll be back

August 14: 🎉 Alhamdullillah done it. August 15: if I die today, I'm proud that I took a chance for my health. August 17: now it's 3AM everyone asleep and I'm just working out😂 August 19: I'll keep training and I'll update you after 2 months insha allah. This workout is no for the weak minded ppl. You have to have heart and start somewhere. My respect to all them soldier that make it through his workouts.

Yes, she had dreadlocks back then. Once she told Shaun T during a work out that she wanted to leave and Shaun told her take a break. I felt her pain. 😂
I had to pause it quite a few times to reset myself and get my heart rate down, but nothing wrong with taking that extra time! I got through the entire video in double the time but it felt good to finish, and my calves are super sore a day later! Im really happy with this workout and im wondering if ill be mentally strong enough to attempt it again. 😅 When my calves heal up hopefully they will be stronger for the next go around.
Aaaahhhhh, truth- I almost stopped in the beginning because I wasn't feeling all the talking. But DAYMN, I'm glad I pushed through. This is enough to switch up my subscriptions!

Used to do the original every day in the army plus my weight training at night. 11 years later I'm not even half the muscle but at least double the fat. Made it 10 mins in today 😂 I'm going to keep it up and see how long untill I can see the 30min mark 😂
I’m planning to return to Insanity Max 30 so I can use it as my cardio program to fit into my Bodybuilding regiment where I train first then do Max 30 after lifting
I tried the original insanity workouts back in the day. These are meant for seriously athletic people. The common person might be better off sweating to the oldies.
I remember my mom making the whole family do this as family fun time I’m happy she started me off early I was run 4 miles twice a week as a junior in high school

just the 'warm-up' is more HIIT than that so called HIIT-Workout nowadays. Really great workout, I was fighting and sweating

I am loving this, you can see builds of all types at varying levels of body fat too. And we still have the "easy"/"handicapped" version too!
