    OMG..................... I used to do Insanity about 10 years ago and was in the best shape of my life!! One of the locals used it as their in-house early morning workout. I would literally race to gym to do it. It was the BEST love/hate relationship of my life. You better believe, this person is going into THIS RECONSTRUCTION & RESTORATION PHASE OF MY LIFE AND I AM 65, TURNING 66 IN 5 MONTHS. I will come back and post at picture of my results.

    Thought I was gonna have an asthma attack and I don’t even have asthma 😫😫😂 lost 30lbs in 2010 doing insanity in my living room for 60 days! So happy I came back to Shawn T , still the best🙌🏼🙌🏼

      Because of BeachBody. It was a pyramid marketing company where you had to buy supplements and sell supplements. It killed something great.

    I was fighting for my life this whole workout lol , but I got it done. Whoever is seeing this even if you get up and march in place watching this video. Progress is being made. Do a little then stop. Do some more and then don’t stop. You got this 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    4 months ago I tried this and shut it off at 19 mins. 2 months ago I tried at shut it off at 24min. Today I stopped at 8 mins got back in, stopped at 18 mins got back in. Finished the full 30 for the first time. I can't believe how hard it was. I am so happy I finished it this time. Thanks Shaun T, sometimes those little pep talks you have speak right to me. I'll be back to finish this with a goal of stopping once.

      I did the insanity workout in 2015 it’s the truth the results was real and only 45 minutes a day imma do it again.

      I did p90x when it first came out and went from a 12/14 to a 2! I changed my eating to all healthy organic food though which also made a huge difference but doing the insanity workouts leave me feeling like I pushed all limits love and hate them lol

    I remember when I was younger, I couldn’t do this workout. Then I started lifting weights about 5 years ago, now I’m 53 and stronger and I love this stuff!

    I do my own version of this workout. I take a 30 second break in between each exercise. Still worked up a crazy sweat and I don’t even do the entire video. I’ve been told this technique of hiit is more effective for weight loss than the nonstop intensity. When I used to workout like that I would just eat more from cortisol induced stress.

    I just did an original Insanity workout for the first time in years the other night. That warmup segment is hell. I like how it's much shorter with Max 30.

    I'd like to say I'm in great cardio shape... Turns out I have been missing the workout of a lifetime haha. I failed at minute 19, and could barely start again once I slowed down. This workout is incredible, I'll be back

    Finished Insanity 2 times in a row. I was a bullet after. Only downside is knees wear out. Tried other workouts, this was my favorite because i like speed. You dont have time to think.
    I recommend vitamins to maintain your immunity. Maybe creatine too... It is very important to workout on clean floors. You can do it! Dig deeper!

    I have the original Insanity workout and it's awesome. You don't have to go the same pace/reps as the videos and still get good results.

    After 2 weeks doing this straight everyday, started loving this thing 🎉❤ alhamdullillah I'm on my journey of losing weight. Dattebayo
    Week5: I'm still going strong alhamdullillah
    August 4th: I injured my lateral retromalleolar region
    August 6: I just wanna train, my leg hurts but I'm not gonna sit there 💪🙏 and finally did the modifier
    August 8: I'm doing good alhamdullillah
    August 9: my injury hurting little bit but i did it anyway 😢
    August 10: ay🎉 I'm back, did it again.
    August 14: 🎉 Alhamdullillah done it.
    August 15: if I die today, I'm proud that I took a chance for my health.
    August 17: now it's 3AM everyone asleep and I'm just working out😂
    August 19: I'll keep training and I'll update you after 2 months insha allah.
    September 17: I've been doing this whole time 😁 I'll never give up.
    September 20: sick and hospitalized pray for me
    28 September: alhamdullh everything is good and I'm training
    October 3: everyone saying you losing so much weight alhamdullh
    October 9: and I'm so thankful for life alhamdullh, I'll keep going.
    October 12: ready for exam in few weeks but I'm still training.
    October 17: 2 weeks left for exam🎉 i'm training and i'm reading.
    November 4th: did my first exam paper and I'm about to train. 🎉 Alhamdullillah
    November 15: Done with my exam alhamdulillah 🎉
    November 16: I just slept a lot and train😂 no class January till.
    Dec 5: Life is beautiful alhamdulillah, I'm training ❤
    Dec 9: finished work and about to train 2AM alone in my room😂 its freezing outside
    Jan 1st 2025: what a time alhamdulillah it's 12:35 am
    Just finished my workout in my beautiful room 😂 may Allah bless us all

    I used to do these when I was 21, I just turned 27. I gained a lot of the weight back (life circumstances) but I’ve NEVER forgot the impact Shaun T’s workouts had on my life.
    The way he encourages and guides you is so incredibly helpful. I’m really happy this is a free resource and others can see what a benefit. This sounds like an ad but I’m just happy that it’s online (I was using Insanity on a DVD on my laptop)

THIS ONE RUNG MY BELL SOME KIND OF HARD!lol I also did Insanity ions ago, and am currently in need for some EMERGENCY GET YOUR BAWDY IN 30 DAYS CAUSE SUMMERTIME IS KNOCKING ON THE DOOR, AND WOOSAH!!!     I had to pause it quite a few times to reset myself and get my heart rate down, but nothing wrong with taking that extra time! I got through the entire video in double the time but it felt good to finish, and my calves are super sore a day later! Im really happy with this workout and im wondering if ill be mentally strong enough to attempt it again. 😅 When my calves heal up hopefully they will be stronger for the next go around.

      Heart anticipation response, if you find yourself out of breath on the warm up that's a good sign your ready for what's next when the real exercise begins.

      Yes, she had dreadlocks back then. Once she told Shaun T during a work out that she wanted to leave and Shaun told her take a break. I felt her pain. 😂

    I tried the original insanity workouts back in the day. These are meant for seriously athletic people. The common person might be better off sweating to the oldies.

    just the 'warm-up' is more HIIT than that so called HIIT-Workout nowadays. Really great workout, I was fighting and sweating

    I’m in the middle of doing the T25 Beta cycle. Thinking it’s a good workout each day. Then I stumble onto this…. Makes T25 look like a leisurely walk during your lunch break.

    I tried this workout for the first time and I’d like give a shot out to the modifier in the blue shorts. I worked out to this for 15 minutes today because I didn’t want tire myself out, but was still pretty good if you’re doing the modified version.

    Aaaahhhhh, truth- I almost stopped in the beginning because I wasn't feeling all the talking. But DAYMN, I'm glad I pushed through. This is enough to switch up my subscriptions!

    I’m planning to return to Insanity Max 30 so I can use it as my cardio program to fit into my Bodybuilding regiment where I train first then do Max 30 after lifting

    I do both Max 30 and the original Insanity. You know what helps me hit the ground running in month 2? I stopped doing the one week recovery between month 1 and 2. This meant that I could tackle the tougher month 2 with 4 weeks of fitness behind me.
