Ok I literally almost died it’s been years since I’ve did t25 and I had to literally sit down before I passed out even doing the modified version my body said “btch sit down 🙄😐” I kept getting dizzy and more dizzy and saw blackness 😂 I was FAINTING nothing but darkness around me and had to sit wow I would’ve collapsed if I didn’t then NO JOKE I vomited in my trash I miss t25 this was an amazing feeling buuutt my body needs a break I made it to 12:03 😂 I’m going to go back next week and continue my journey it doesn’t stop there. I’ve made a commitment to test myself just some patience and consistency. 😊 Goodluck to every single body no matter where you are in your fitness journey never give up but more importantly LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! 😂 Cheers! 😂😊💪🏾

I have bad knees but I do what I can so I don't hurt my knees and I have continued to get in shape. After 5 months of integrating cardio, weights, and abs I can tell the difference and feel better overall.
I try to do t25 at least once a year. Last year I gave up after week 4 because I had issues sleeping but this year I am kicking butt. I just finished my speed 2.0 which is the second workout in the first week of beta. Work from home so do it everyday during my lunch break! If you have always wanted to get into shape, I cannot emphasize how amazing this workout is, how well it works, and how good I feel about myself doing it. Try it!!!
Five months post partum and needed a great ‘welcome back’ workout and when I tell you I’m glad my sister told me about insanity, I AM GLAD! I about died and came back to life three times during this workout, but I did it. I can’t wait to keep doing it until I don’t have to take any breaks in between!
lol made me giggle coz I know exactly what you mean 😂😂 congratulations for finishing. I completed insanity like 10yrs ago and I’m thinking of challenging myself and doing it again…pray for me 😂
@@freddyandrew3721 honestly it’s a lot easier to stick with. Wouldn’t say the workouts are easier but it only be 25 minutes of your day is so more manageable.
OHHHHHHH _______S 25 mins blasted out enjoyed that, just the 2 short breathers and a few lil stops with lower back pains. Tjoroughly enjoyed the burn and variety. My waitline will be like your colleagues one day. Visted today as part of my 30 day everyday varied workout challenge. Love your workouts - back soon :)
I have the T25 dvd set, but I have to wade through my daughter's toy area to get to them, so instead of stepping on legos or kicking a toy that's going to wake up the entire block at 3am, I'm going to just use this video a few times a week to make sure I get a strong cardio burn in. Thanks BODi.

The programme has you doing 1 per day, except on day 5 where you can either do two, or split them so you work out 6 days a week. I prefer this way as it makes for better recovery. When I was younger and did the Friday double session, I'd usually leave at least an hour in between.
I have a few questions… 1) if I fall behind because of work or something else is it OK to do do three workouts in the same day? 2) can I speed up Alpha by doing one out in the morning and one in the evening or is that not a good idea?

@@itsmethebigg9568I used to do this video only 1-2 days and eat two small meals a day. I got very skinny. I am about to do it again!

How this program T25 compared to Insanity I did insanity before and lost 35 lb this one I'm not sure if it's gonna do the same
This one is definitely more intense. No breaks in between.
