I just want to thank you guys for these videos, your hard work, and for promoting a healthy body image. I started using your videos to put on muscle after multiple people commented on how thin I was. At that time, I ran 3-4 miles almost every day (10 on weekends) and ate tiny portions of food to stay super-thin. Looking back, I realize I was developing an eating disorder and a distorted body image. Thanks to your videos, I have put on weight, am eating healthy portions of food, and feel strong and proud of my body. Thank you so much for the impact you had in my life and on so many others.
+Lauren Eagan I think it's surprisingly easy to develop a distorted body image, even when what you're doing is trying to be healthy or fit. I'm really happy to hear that you're feeling more balanced now and thrilled to have been a part of that.

Ohhh yesss I will be sore lol!! I have a love/hate relationship with jump squats!! I love doing them but the buuurrnnn lolol 🔥
I kept switching between the hard and easy version. Definitely pushed myself the best I can for hard and when I started getting tired I switched to easy. But never stopped!!! 😁
I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow! & I love the pendulum swings, they're so fun and different! haha (:

+FitnessBlender I mostly did the easy version, because I haven't worked out since April due to a back injury. Despite doing the easy version, I can tell my legs will be extremely sore tomorrow. What a great workout! I loved the jump squats and single leg dead lifts!

When I travelled to Africa, I was experiencng chronic insomnia which was exacerbated by the time difference and the lack of physical demand living in the city. Luckily I had wifi access, and I began working out with your videos for the time I was there in the city. They helped me so much! Thank you for the hard work you've put into these videos!

You have converted me to weight training, I always had the misconception I would get bulky as a girl lifting but you've changed my mind. Thanks pals!

This was fantastic! thank you, guys! What I like about your workouts is that your exercises are all more or less doable. When I am working out with your help, I never feel like doing nothing while some iron guys are lifting and twisting like crazy. Althouh I reckon that my moves are far from perfect, I can feel my muscles working correctly, and I am really sore the next day; moreover, In the two years I have been faithful to you, I have enjoyed many positive changes such as my energy levels, my capability to do certain exercises that seemed impossible in the past; and the most important of all (for me at least): my acceptance of my own body as is. I have come to realize that although my body shape does not qualify to be one of those top models or porn actresses, those are actually the last professions I would like to pursue. I like who I am, and my body shape is more than perfect for who I am. I am grateful to you guys for helping me discover that simple fact.
+Ariadna Setentaytres Yass!!!! I've definitely got stronger too. I can now run up to 6 miles without stopping, do up to 20 pushups (could only do 2 ...hehe) and I'm more flexible.
I love these so much. I have done this challenge like 4 times, but I still get super sore every time. I also love it how you two are always laughing and smiling at little things, it makes me relax and makes the workout go by faster.

Starting right now
I was (and still am) so sore from Day 1 that I didn't think I could manage another hour long workout. Luckily, perusing the RUclips comments on Day 2, made me realize that if everyone else could do it, I could do it. This workout is easy on the legs and tough on the arms, but it went by quickly :)

Haven't done this particular challenge for a couple of months and can already feel the difference in my strength and endurance. I wasn't as sore as before after day one, just some tightness in the hamstrings because I increased my weight for nearly all the sets. I LOVE exercising more because of these great routines! Looking forward to tomorrow. Thanks so much!
Very happy with the low impact version you show. Love the slower way you use the weights, which many don't. I felt it and even added some lower body in some movements. Thank you!

So much better than day 1! Still super hard, but I dare say I even enjoyed this workout. There's something about achieving that full-body ache after these workouts that just makes you feel good.

This is my second go around with your five day challenge (did it two weeks ago for the first time, last week I did your challenge from last year, now doing this one again) and I just completed day 2. I really like this series and love the format of this workout. Strength, cardio, strength, cardio. It makes the workout go quickly and fun. My legs are burned out from yesterday and this follow feels really good.
Thank you for creating these workout challenges and your effort. The videos are really helpful for my body transformation, I can see the improvement day by day.
Day 1 workout was awesome! Strength training is always my favorite interval!! My finance just bought me new adjustable dumbbells, so i'm always looking forward to using them in my workouts. I really enjoyed the lateral lunges and burpees (those are my fav now!).

I've started a lifestyle change. I quite cigarettes, do yoga everyday, daily jogs, changed my eating habits (no fast food, all fresh ingredients that are good for me, avoiding eating past 6-7 p.m.) Along with doing a few fitness blender videos in the mornings or at night. Im only on week 3, though I quite the cancer sticks around 7 months ago. I decided to engage in the 5 day challenge and damn did day one leave my legs sore haha

Thank you guys! Although I am 7 weeks pregnant and a one hour workout is now taking over two hours to complete with needed breaks because I have been working out with u guys since 09/14 I know I will my muscle memory will make loosing the weight eventually that much easier!

I have to say, from yesterday, all down the back of my legs hurt and a little of that lower abdomen. I almost put day 2 off until tomorrow, but I'm so happy I just got it done today. 😊

I just completed tbe5 day cha!lenge and I absolutely loved it, and wanted to let you know. You two are so funny together and these are unlike any work outs I have ever done. Very challenging for me, as I had not worked out in a long time. I tried to do the high impact versions, but had to drop back to the low a few times. I was definitely soreafter day 2, but was able me go keep going throughout the 5 days. Day 3 was the hardest for me, I was super tired.Thank you SO much for these videos! I plan to stick with it!!

I feel energized and awake after this routine compared to HIIT yesterday. I don't get enough Strength Training done so it was nice. Excited to go on to Day 3 tomorrow!
It's that time of the month for me so I'm staying at home to do my exercises this week and this is the perfect program for it! I'll complete day 2 today :)

Such a SOLID workout! I love the combo of strength and cardio--sooo efficient!! I did take three days between day 1 and 2 (not really a choice), but day 1 left me so sore, I think it might've been for the best. Never sure if it's good to push through, or rest. I know these are designed to focus on different body parts each day, but... Can't wait for the rest!!!

I underestimated this workout!! I tend to seek out HIIT workouts and was about to pass on this(and skip ahead to Day 3!). LOVE the feeling now after completing this. Thank YOU both! ADDITIONALLY, I added a Pilates ring to work my inner thighs while in bridge position - Haha...

I'm so sore from yesterday that these warm up exercises feel great!
Day 1 exercise I had to take a few breaks! That kicked my butt, and I thank you for that 😂 love these hour long videos sooo much!!!
