    Greetings, Kelli and Daniel! I apologize in advance for the upcoming rant, but I really need to express how I am incredibly grateful for what you have been doing.
    I'm relatively new to your channel/website, and I just recently finished the 8-Week Fat Loss Program For Busy People. Initially, I wanted to lose some weight, but I got more than I bargained for. My scale did not budge that much because I still keep my old eating habits (albeit including more fruit and veggies than before, yum), but my energy level is on an all-time high, my clothes fit better, my strength soars, my flexibility improves, I sleep better at night, and people have endlessly remarked on how much fitter and healthier I look. In short, I regret nothing.
    I used to hate exercising. I did not comprehend why or how anyone could put their body through hours of systematical muscle torture-I thought it was all about losing pounds and/or looking sexual. I certainly still thought that way when I began your 8-week program, but boy, how you changed my mind. Now I understand: it is about pushing through self-imposed limitations and finding our strength. It is about confidence and perseverance. It is that oxytocin rush after the end of a good exercise, the pride and satisfaction of doing something wonderful for our health. It is getting to know our body, respecting both its boundaries and potential. It is that sensation of levelling up when we 'tame' a brutal workout, when the impossible becomes possible.
    I also love, love, LOVE how you guys are very positive about fitness and health; your attitude definitely infects me in a good way. Now exercising becomes something I genuinely enjoy instead of that-thing-I-endure-to-fit-a-certain-body-image. I no longer worry too much about the superficial effects of exercising, focusing my energy on getting stronger and healthier instead.
    I am still regularly exercising 5 days a week, using your videos and instructions to create my very own amateur program while trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle, and I have been loving the journey so far. Once again, thank you for making such an amazing improvement in my life and countless others. Please stay as you are-inspiring, positive, funny, kind, humble, and real. I will keep supporting you and working out with your videos.

      Congratulations Girl!! I start the 8 week program on monday. After I finish this. That was motivation to me. and I completely agree. I absolutely love working out st home now, I'm never bored with them, and I've been able to stick to their workouts. This is what I've been needing.

      Very well put Vannya.. FB has been a complete game changer for me. After a long day at work, FB is the only thing that motivates me to push through and make an effort to look after my health and get stronger.
      My overall mood has improved, my headaches have become less intense and less frequent, I haven't fallen ill in a long time, my work productivity has improved, I feel more positive and am enjoying life better.

    FitnessBlender has been such an inspiration for me. Because of you I can't wait to workout, because of you I hate rest days (but take them anyways because my body needs it.) I used to do all different kinds of routines from other fitness bloggers, as well as going to the gym, but I'd get so bored on the treadmills and elipticals and especially.... the stationary bike *shudders*. Because of you I have quit the gym, I workout 3-4 days a week, and I love my body and feel stronger because of it. I am pursuing a degree as a health and fitness specialist and I must say I'm excited; I have learned so much from the both of you and I'm taking that knowledge with me when I go to get my degree.       +FitnessBlender I just completed day 2 and I feel achieved. My inner thighs were hurting from yesterday and am sure arms will add to it. I will try my best to workout in the morning tomorrow before work but am an evening person. I have a comment on day 2 that in the cardio part with a walk in then two jumping jacks I added a push up and it felt good. Working out with you is fun and I like it =D

      is it normal that this workout was the most tiring one for me? i literally stopped halfway through i just couldn't continue BUT i managed to continue after 2 min of rest. Is it cause of sore muscles and it's day 3? or dehydration? or is this generally a hard routine?
      So my question is if it's normal or not

    Although I'm completely sore after two days (more soreness from Day 1), woke up at 4 am feeling so energetic. Gonna start the Day 3 at 5am. Let's do it. Woohoo!

    I just want to thank both of you for your videos. I have used so many at home programs over the years. You two are the only ones I have ever "worked out with" that weren't making constant comments about size, shape, weight or making outrageous claims about "pounds lost" ect. As a recovering orthopexic who was verging on anorexic, Thank you... so very much! keep on doing great things!!! I would love to see more mass building!

    I love these guys! They are unassuming, knowledgeable and encouraging. They spend a good amount of time on warmup and always reserve plenty of time for cool down and stretch. I know I am getting an excellent, well-thought out, and safe workout with them. Thank you, Kelly and Daniel!!!

    I'm totally exhausted after that and had trouble getting through the pilates portion. While I usually work out 5-6 days a week, not so intense 3 days in a row! But now I feel very accomplished, having stuck through it, and I WILL be doing the next two days. My lower body is still remarkably sore from Day 1 but not feeling a lot from Day 2, just a smidge in my chest. I managed to stick with the intermediate or harder versions, sometimes switching between the two in one round, and took less extra breaks than I expected to for this. So brutal indeed, but doable. Everyone getting through this, don't forget not only to eat well and drink lots of water, but get some extra sleep if you can to help recover day to day. Looking forward to NO HIIT tomorrow. Thanks for another killer workout, K+D. You guys really are the best of the best and I've never stuck with one trainer or program nearly as long as I have Fitness Blender, and I'm not going anywhere!

    I absolutely love this 5 Day challenge and I find each day to be very challenging. But of the 5 I have found Day 3 to be the most challenging. The cardio is relentless and yet just what I need. Thank you fitness blender for the quality workouts you have made available to us! You guys are a real blessing!

    This one was truly brutal! I was able to do the burpees and I almost cries since before fitness blender I just couldn't do them. I couldn't even do 10 min of pure cardio, and here I am doing a whole hour of amazing workouts thanks to you guys.
    Thank you so much for being so supportive, after day 5 I will be looking forward to getting the workout programs!

    My daughter will be five this year. Still carrying the 40lbs I gained during pregnancy. So embarrassed I let myself go like that. I'm 30 I quit drinking and smoking. Exercise is helping me so much. Barely made it to the end but I did. And I will be back tomorrow. Thank you both so much.

    I am a secondary school teacher and have three children. I try to squeeze in your HIIT workouts as often as I can. I really enjoyed this one especially the Pilates section.
    Thanks so much. I have recommended you to my sister and my husband too.
    My daughter has an eating disorder and I am trying to get her to use your channel as a way of seeing fitness and health in a different way.     Your 5 Day Challenges are my favourite!! I always end up going back to them so many times. They are a good length of time, and I feel like they include everything you need for a good workout (ex: strength training, cardio and/or HIIT). I always feel great afterwards :) by the way, the back of my thighs feel brutal today still from Day 1 holy smokes.

    This was especially difficult following days 1 and 2. The pilates portion had me praying that it would end soon...but, I made it through and am super proud of myself. You all have helped me refocus my mind, body and spirit. Thanks a bunch. :)

    Boy. my arms were on fire from yesterday workout. This is was total body workout lol. I see changes already, the number one change I see if my endurance and my breathing. I love FB!!!

    Not following the challenge, did this randomly after a leg day and an upper body day. As I am not fit I did the low impact modifications and it felt great! I was a bit scared of doing an hour workout, but completed the whole thing and feeling very happy now, thank you for your amazing workouts!

    I love you guys!! I've been doing your workouts for about a month now and love my transformation so far!! Not only do I look and feel better but I've noticed a huge difference in my strength and endurance which I'm very proud of!! I just finished your 5 day challenge and wanted to day day 3 was my favorite! After day 4 I felt the most sore! I will definitely be signing up for the 8 week challenges!! Keep up the awesome video!!
    Also, I'm a stay at home mom so these are perfect for me to fit in at home!! No creeps at the gym and being "last" in everything from being so out of shape ! I will definitely recommend to my friends and other mothers!

    This is one of the best workouts I've come across! I love the combination of HIIT, powerful complex ab-targeting moves and the classic, low-impact ab workout in the end. And it also puts a focus on your back, which is great. It's just wholesome :)

    First minutes of the Pilates workout i was like ehh that's easy but then it gets harder i'am like holy shit ! .You guys just gave to the world the best gift that you could ever give .A fantastic brutal workout that i'am probably gonna be doing the rest of my life ,ema keep dat back stronger doh ,if i gets older ema keep it straight doh .Thanks guys always forward

    Wow just finished day three! Although after HIIT and Abs section what i pretty much did was just laying on the mat unable to do stuff LOL. nevertheless finally, workout complete! thanks FB!! i have been working out with you guys for a month and already lost 13 pounds!

    This is my favorite 5 day challenge you guys have done yet! I don't know if my level of fitness has just increased, but I'm definitely feeling awesome after every single day!! For an extra challenge, I suggest adding a kettlebell to the squat circles, russian twists, and side step jump squats... that little extra gets those muscles soooo good. Thank you always!!

    So happy to find these challenging workouts! The pacing is really great; difficult but doable. I didn't realize you guys were married 'til this video! When I did parts 1 and 2 I just thought, "these guys are totally doing it"! Lol!

    This routine was awesome! I'm a day behind on these because I took a much needed rest day, but this was the most fun HIIT routine I've ever done. Thanks for always changing things up and making me think about my workouts rather than aimlessly doing them.

    I thought a little push at the end instead of pilates would have been more gratifying but I loved the first 30 min > added 44 min cardio instead. Thanks for putting these challenges together....workout complete!

    yippee! finished day 3!!! phewww!.. but i must admit i completed this video in 1 hour 20 mins.. i was so breathless that i had to take big gaps in between to normalize my heartbeat so that i could continue. but i didnt quit and completed it!

    You know a workout is absolutely deadly when even water starts tasting like some of the tastiest juices on this planet!
    Seriously though, thanks so much for these free workout videos. I definitely must've cheated with the form on some of the exercises in today's workout but I'll get better and hopefully do all of these with very minimal pity breaks in between (unlike today :p)

    I love FitnessBlender workouts in general, but this one was just great. Perhaps one of the best I've tried. I particularly loved the focus on core/back strength. Will be coming back to this one over and over!

    I really love how you guys are so real. I get put off other fitness videos because the person performing the exercises barely look even bothered, but you still show how you're tired so I feel like it's okay for me to be sweating and panting like rotisserie chicken.
