I've been working out with only this 30min-5days challenge for over one year. Not necessarily 5 days in a row, but for sure did more than 50 rounds. Just want to thank you guys about how much this changed my life in many aspects.
I'm starting a cleaner diet/fitness regime during quarantine in the hopes that I'll come back into society feeling more energetic and confident - day 1 is done! Thanks Fitness Blender!

WORKOUT COMPLETE. I have not been working out in a long time, but today I decided to do something good for my health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. Y’all have no idea how you’ve changed my fitness level. 2 years ago I was using a knee brace on both knees to do workouts. I was only doing your kick boxing workouts because my knees were too weak to handle HIIT and lower body strength. Today I workout with NO braces, and I’ve tackled HIIT workouts I never thought possible. I’ve embraced weight training and actually like it more than I do cardio. (Crazy coming from someone who ONLY did cardio her whole life.) I’ve purchased one of your workout plans and I’m begging...PLEASE make another 5 day challenge like this!! I would buy it!!! Love y’all! ❤️❤️
Did it! Can't thank you enough. I am so glad I found these videos. A little background. I'm 53 years old and have been around 15 to 20 lbs overweight most of my life except when I found Cardio Kickboxing and roller-blading and Karate for about 10 - 15 years and got in amazing shape, even taught Cardio Kickboxing. Knee injury, back injury (car crash) and I went back to my 20 ls overweight. Over time I added exercise back in - sometimes in a smart way and sometimes in a crazy way (P90 X). Needles to say I injured myself again - time off exercise another 10 lbs. Started doing Jillian Michaels 1/2 workouts which I loved but injured myself again....couple months off exercise and I find myself around 50 lbs over my goal weight. I found your videos and am working back from exasperating chronic injuries (broken foot years ago that is full of arthritis, knee soreness, back full of arthritis from old injuries). We're kind of broke with 2 kids in college so finding your free workouts was AWESOME. I love the way you show the different levels of intensity and the way you coach all the way through the workouts! I just finished the 5 day challenge (and even had a little stomach flue in the middle) and though my muscles were sore after the 1st two days now with day 5 done I feel much stronger, my flexibility is already a bit better, my stomach muscles feel nice and tight and I have just a bit of soreness in one knee. I'm thinking of doing something light tomorrow and then going for another round. My diet is not the greatest, I have not eaten and meat of any sort for around 20 years, I eat a small amount of fish as well as dairy but often fall into a carb heavy diet so I'm working on that. Looking forward to trying the Fat Burning Cardio workout soon1

First time trying your workout routine and holey moly!!!!! Did it kick my behind! I have been working out for about 5 months now and tried many different (bland and boring) DVD programs and RUclips videos but never ever had this much sweat! I had just said to my boyfriend last week that I do not feel like I'm actually getting a good workout due to the lack of heart pounding, sweat pouring, physically challenging movements in my routine. Within minutes my shirt was soaked! Thank you so much for shearing these workouts! I believe I will reach my goal in no time. Current weight is 222lbs and hoping to see 160lbs by Christmas! looking forward to day 2!

Kate Benhammi Aww! You're so sweet! Thankfully you do not matter to me! But for the record... It is about being healthy to me. I'm not obsessed with a number so to say. I am basing my goal weight off of what both my doctor and nutritionist suggested. I am not another gym rat looking for a 6 pack. I simply want to better my lifestyle. You really shouldn't judge someone so quickly. It is very childish.

Such an awesome work out. I'm a single mother who works and goes to school so a good work out is how I relieve stress. I try not to get stuck in boring routines, going up to six days a week, so this 5 day challenge is perfect for breaking the routine up and keeping things exciting! ♡ you guys!

Noldy I was like "that seems easy enough" so I started with way too much weight, I was dying at 10 repetitions and barely made it to 25 when I changed weights xD

Years after years I do come to this wonderful workout challenge ! It is easy to follow and D&K are very entertaining!! I want to say the pigeon pose at the cool down is the best!! Day 1 workout 🏋️♀️ complete.

Just finished this workout! Although I had to stop the video once because I was feeling dizzy, I completed it after the break. The kind and sweet aura of the two of you kept me going! I can't wait to finish the whole 5 days challenge. Am planning to repeat the series for a month, and hopefully by the end of the 30 days I won't have to stop for a break. I have just found your RUclips channel. I've always been too self-concious to go to the gym and haven't known how to go about doing a good workout at home.

I got nauseated halfway through the last set, somewhere around 22nd minute. So I calmed myself down enough to continue after a 10 minute break.

Hi Guys. My wife and I just did this workout. WOW. We ARE SPENT! Have not broken a sweat in a LONG Time! We're from south Africa, and with the Winter cold here, sweating is hard to do. But you guys had us huffing and puffing 5 min into this video.

Thanks Fitnessblender! I'm a busy mom with a three year old. I also attend college and work 40 hours a week. These kinds of workouts are great for people like me on the go all the time. To push myself a bit harder, I put 5-10 pound weights on my ankles which really challenges me! You guys are the best! .....Attention Kelly, every time I do your workouts, my son puts his face into the computer and waves saying "Hi Keayyie!" He loves you!
I have officially completed the 5 day challenge for busy people, and LOVED each and every video! I haven't exercised in a long time, and came across your channel and thought I would give this a shot aside from my daily 'walking'. Day 1 was definitely the hardest workout for me, and my legs were still hurting on day 5! Such a great challenge, I will probably do it again after trying some of your other videos! I really loved day 4, as it was a little less intense as far as cardio, but still got a good sweat in! You two are truly amazing! I can't wait to try more of your videos!

This 5-day workout is great for me. We are living overseas, traveling to a new place every few weeks. I used to spend the first few days in a new place looking for a gym but now I can workout in my apartment every morning! Thanks.

Just finished a 30 day nutritional cleanse and replenish and feeling great. Lost 7 1/2 pounds and 19 1/2 inches but I know I need to exercise as well. What a great complement to the journey I am on!

WOW just completed this 5 day challenge!! This was by far the hardest day for me but feel great! Yesterday's was my favorite I really enjoyed the power yoga poses! I also bought the Vege Meal Plan and have strictly been sticking to the plan and I feel GREAT. Thanks guys for creating such amazing home workouts and plans! I'm excited to now start the 8 week FitAB challenge with my sister!!

It's my day 1 now llora1000 , Whoop whoop! And about the soft drinks: When my husband stopped drinking them, he dropped thirty pounds very quickly without working out, so you are working out AND stopping soft drinks - you got this in the bag!

love your workouts! were you planning on another 30 minute and under 5 day challenge? being a busy mom with a full time job I like the shorter intense workouts, but I have done this challenge so many times I feel like I need a new one!!
This workout was a struggle. I had to stop several times but made sure I made it up by rewinding and redoing it. I’ve been working out with yalls videos but this one was for sure a challenge!!!
I just completed this workout before getting ready for a 12-hr shift of work tonight. I feel sore while also very energized, it was the perfect blend of HIIT and strength training! I really worked up a sweat! Thank you guys so much, you do a fabulous job putting together each and every video. I am excited for the rest of the challenge, as well as the 8-week plan! :)
I may be a little late to the game, but I have to say I loved these videos. This is the first time in a long time that I felt compelled to come back every day for the program. You make it fun and the workouts really went by very quickly.
One thing I would like to see is a program with less yoga moves/poses. I have a bad back and cannot do most of them.

It always shocks me how a thirty minute workout can either make my thighs or abs incredibly sore or make me sweat like a pig. Didn't have the weights for the parts where we needed them but I definitely put in my best for the squats and the other exercises! No excuses! Thanks Fitness Blender :)

I'm back! Five day challenge number two! My thighs are trembling like a newborn calf's legs, oh god. Hey, I've set a goal for myself. While doing the quad stretch, I noticed that my heel couldn't touch my butt due to the size of my thigh and calve. My goal is to be able to finally touch my butt with my heal while doing that stretch! Hopefully I'll be able to soon!
I hope round #2 goes well for you! I just finished Day 1 (for the first time) today and really enjoyed it!

Day 1 done. I am working out with you guys to get strong. Have to reduce 10 kgs till my husband's birthday.
Haven't worked out for more than a month now, mainly because of the job, used to watch the "Fitness Blender's 5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle" ... but I am so out of shape that my leg muscles got locked at the water break...I should have made a better warmup as you mentioned. Anyway I am so happy you came out with this! it's exactly the program I was hoping to see.
Such a fun workout! Love the recovery strength set that keeps the heart rate up, but gives you a breather. And always love Daniel’s guidance on form and where you should feel the exercise. So helpful to making that brain/body connection!

For the quarantine days and I can't go to the gym (it's closed too for the city's rule), I get the chance to pull my mom to do my type of workouts and happy to get her fit together with me! Hopefully she can get used to more HIIT workouts. Thank you for this

I did the 5 day challenge 'burn body fat' last week and loved it. I started this one today disappointed with myself that I didn't have time to do the longer 5 day challenge & wrongly thinking this would be easy! My goodness the sweat was running off me & my legs & bum are like jelly hours later! Bring on Day 2 :-)

Every time life forces me to quit working out for weeks or even months, this 5 day challenge is my way back. It welcomes me back with open arms and by the end of the 5th day it's like I've never quit!
