Hey guys!! I used to do @fitness blender exercises since 2013. Lost a good 15kgs over a period of time. Was a fit and a happy person then. Kelly and Dan helped me stay that way. Didn't find the need to go to the gym ever, doing their routines was enough. I lost touch with workouts since 2021 with a series of medical emergencies at home. But, I am back, back with Fitness Blender, because that is the level of trust I have with this channel. To give long lasting results in terms of weight loss, staying in shape and feeling happy. Love you guys!
Me TOO! I started with lolo apps in 2011, then discovered FB in 2014. Been using them almost on the daily until 2018 when my son was born. I still kept using them, but it wasn’t until the past year when my cadence has picked back up. I’ve been doing FB every day the past two weeks and the transformation already is so incredible. I’ve tried peloton, but love how simple and real these workouts are!! Thanks you two!!!
I absoutely LOVE IT when you guys mess up! I know it sounds weird, but I mean it in the nicest way! Like when Daniel has to tie his shoe, or forgets which set we're doing, or (in other videos) when Kelli loses her balance and stuff like that, it just seems so... Human, y'know? That this is really 2 people wanting what's best for you, and not some big marketing gimmick to suck all your money. I love it, and I love the two of you. There are so many positive changes to my body and I cannot thank you enough. Here's to FitnessBlender!!!!! *clinks champange glass but it's really just apple juice because I'm 17*

Best workout I've done over a 5 day period! Just completed the 5th day! My height is 175 cm (5 ft 9 in) and I recorded my weight everyday.... Day 1: 165.347 lbs (75 kg) Day 2: 164.224 lbs (74.5 kg) Day 3: 163.3625 lbs (74.1 kg) Day 4: 161.5988 lbs (73.3 kg) Day 5: 160.937 lbs (73 kg) Thanks alot FitnessBlender (aka) Daniel and Kelly! When I started doing these workouts in May of this year I was 215 pounds at 5 foot 4. I have also changed the way I eat and prepare meals, and 6 months later I'm at 159 and finally maintaining a healthy weight. If you're just starting this, KEEP GOING!!! You can do it!!!! Wow. A 5 day free workout videos. I've had multiple signs today that go towards me wanting to change my lifestyle - health, mental, career - wise. And this just tops it off. You know what. I'm going to get myself into gear and get started in the morning. I have absolutely nothing to lose but time that I can afford to give. I don't need luck. Ima get this rolling.

And I have no idea of how. But I did it. After a month of using your free RUclips videos, no longer than 30 minutes...I completed this one and I feel awesome!! It has been just a month and friends and family and obviously me (and my pants), have started to noticed some changes in my body! So...Thank you!! This + eating clean for a month and I feel like a new person. You guys are awesome. 🙌🏼
So basically what I do is: everytime I'm thinking of working out again and see "OMG, I did Chloe Ting workout and this happened!" video, I come back to this challenge. Don't get me wrong, I tried Chloe, too and I have nothing against her, but Kelli and Daniel just fit with me so much better and especially this 5 days challenge is my favourite workout ever. It really gets me back on track for further exercising and I love how many different types of fitness are here :) (thinking again, it is really my favourite workout since 2014... wow)

Hi Kelli and Daniel. I'm going to try to keep this brief, but it might get long, because there's a lot I wanna to you guys. First, thank you for all that you've done to make the internet a more well-informed, body positive, healthy environment. It's obvious you work and have worked incredibly hard to get your channel and content where it is now, and by the grace of God, it has reached people like me, who might not have had a shot at fitness if it weren't for a team exactly like you. I have and always have had limited space, because I just exercise in my bedroom, and all I have are dumbbells, and the heaviest I have is forty pounds. Even so, just by following your programs and videos, I've finally been able to lose weight! I've lost weight twice before in my life, once when I was about thirteen and again nearly a year later, but no matter how much I lost, I always gained it back. Sparing you the sad details of all that went wrong and how set up for failure I was, basically I just had a warped sense of what a person should be. I thought you weren't allowed to wear clothes you liked, or feel confident about the way you looked, and everyone - and I mean everyone - around me fed into that. I struggled with depression because of a lot of things, but my weight was one of them. For the past ten years, I thought it was impossible for me to look the way I wanted, and the weight (or really my perception about the way I looked) greatly impeded my quality of life. Healthy food was not that available to me, and I had no one who really knew what they were talking (that included doctors who had never struggled with weight loss) to help me. God helped me, together we picked up the pieces of my life, and now, so much has gotten better for me, and I'm happy to say that my life is better than it ever has been, even though I'm still far from my goals. At the beginning of this year, I decided I was done playing around, and this year I was going to lose the weight. I don't know where the motivation went, but four months later, I found myself even worse off, at 241 pounds and meeting with a dietitian who was lacking in empathy. God gave me strength to fight all the excuses, and he gave me great resources - the greatest being this channel - to help me. Now, I'm safely and happily losing weight, and even though it's still hard, I actually enjoy it. I enjoy eating healthy. I enjoy my new lifestyle. I've been tracking my progress with apps and pictures, and I can see that my weight is coming down exactly as it should be. But the greatest thing is that I don't hate myself. I don't starve myself. I'm not lacking in confidence. I'm loving myself, and I'm showing myself that I love myself by how I treat my body. You may never see this, but hopefully someone else does and is inspired. I can't thank you guys enough, because I would never have a healthy blend of exercises to keep my strong and capable if it wasn't for you! I recommited myself at the beginning of June, and I've seen amazing results that have almost made me cry. No, I didn't lose all my fat, or even a quarter of it. But I can lift so much heavier, I can actually touch my toes, I don't get tired walking up the stairs anymore. So many little things are changing, and so few of them are related to my appearance, and each and every one of them makes me so happy. I've only lost twelve pounds so far, but I'm looking forward to losing the next sixty with you guys! Here's to a bright future! From a 16 yo from Cincinnati

I want to say thank you so much to Kelli and Daniel. I had become demoralised and demotivated with running and going to the gym and put on a lot of weight. I couldn't see myself enjoying exercise again. I follow your videos at least once to twice a day, and spend that time smiling and laughing (as well as sweating and swearing!). I no longer skip workouts, I feel fitter and healthier and happier. Loved this one and can't wait for tomorrow to do Day 2 :)
Today marks 3 months of healthy eating and exercising for me. I had started many times before but I never really found the motivation to continue through until I discovered your workout videos on RUclips. You guys are amazing and I love working out with you!! Holy crap, I'm on day one of week 7 with your guys' new 8 week workout plan and I had to do this again today & I am blown away by how much more I can do! I can do all of the advanced exercises now instead of the slower, lower impact versions and I can lift much more now also. I'm super proud of myself but of course I have to thank you, Kelli and Daniel. You guys are beyond amazing and I can't wait to finish week 7 & 8 :)
My husband and I work out together....I absolutely love seeing another couple work out together and I laugh often at the banter between the two of you simply because it's EXACTLY how hubby and I talk during a workout. I feel compelled to comment. At the start of winters here in Wisconsin, I begin to feel the blues set in. Since I am not a joiner of clubs, I try to get all of my exercise on my own. When I absolutely cannot get outside, I must keep fit inside. Until I discovered fitness blender, I detested my workouts because although I own many machines, I have yet to find one that I like. This winter, Daniel and Kelly have rocked my world. It is not unlike following a favorite author, musician or actor. They become known to you, one sided though it may be. The variety is key. These two are very likable and humble and funny. There interaction is charming. Daniel and Kelly, if you are reading this, thank you. Thank you for putting time into your routines and imparting information in a comprehensive and smart way. I have had the best time looking forward again to my fitness quest. I feel like we would like one another! You do good work. This is no small thing. Keep it up and I will keep participating as long as I am able!

I have been with you guys for around 7 years now and I always come back to you. I like how you have a healthier attitude to fitness and eating. As someone who has suffered from eating disorders in the past, it is really helpful. I also like that you are both so real in your videos, you sweat, you lose balance sometimes and you mess up - it's so refreshing compared to the influencers who are never even seen sweating or looking normal.

I never thought I would love working out as much as I do now, thank you and thank you :)
I just want to say I have been struggling with eating disorders and weight anxiety my whole life. Ever since a client of mine has mentioned this channel to me, I have completely stopped my bad habbits, I have been eating actual real food, and started meal prepping, but I'm comfortable with this because I know that an hr of my night is dedicated to watching your videos and making this my lifestyle. I will forever work out to fitness blender I am always telling people about this sharing and trying to share my story to show people that if anyone can get over a hump that is called lazy or no motivation they can to do this. you not only changed my life. You saved it. I hope to god you never stop doing these videos. I have my 10 yr old doing this with me as well. her favorite is the kickboxing video. 2500+ calories a day?! How? They must evaporate before they reach your mouth somehow, haha. I agree that food is not the enemy, and that exercise is much better than crazy diets. In fact, following your workouts for the past year I've gone from my heaviest state to probably my healthiest state, losing about 17 pounds and actually becoming fit for once in my life. This, coming from a lazy person who never liked working out, is such a huge difference. Now when I sweat during your workouts it's no longer a symbol of pain, but a sign of victory - something I can be really proud of. You guys are so easy to follow and get hooked on, that it's no surprise how many lives you've changed. Many thanks!!!

You guys are just awesome, I'm based in South Africa and do your exercises more than all the other exercise tutorials on RUclips and there is a big difference in my body since I've started. I never mute them either, but put a playlist on low volume in the background. Best of Leftfield (can find on Spotify) is great for background music. Just turn the volume down on whatever music app you use, and keep these guys talking, guiding and encouraging us through the workout! Its a great blend. ;)

I love coming back to these 5 day challenges. I think it's so great how much you guys advocate eating (clean) & no crash diets. It's so important and makes working out and being healthy less intimidating.

I know this was made a couple of years ago, but I really enjoyed this. And I was so impressed on the nutritional advice you gave. To be honest, I expected it to be a bunch of crap. I expected a high fat low carb advice, but you said to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and as little meat as possible, and to try avoiding it all together going vegan or vegetarian. As a vegan I was really impressed with the advice.

It was tough Katrina. If it wasn't for Kelli doing the modified version, and even then I had to pause it to take water breaks, I don't think I would have been able to complete it either.
Don't give up Katrina. 20 minutes today and maybe 25 tomorrow. Little by little is how it's done. Nobody should expect to reach their goals too quickly.

Could only make it to the 21 minute mark! Boy that was intense but I was sweating like crazy. These are my FAVORITE workouts and I have lost weight, built muscle and changed my body doing these along with my power blocks 👏🏼👏🏼 Great for mommies who can’t leave the house!

I started working out with you about a month and some now. I have more definition and lost more than I did at a fitness camp. I love your videos very encouraging and for all types and occasioned. It would be really cool to have some recipes from you! :) I eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible and lost already 6kg with your workouts but now I am stuck and neither lost nor gain weight. Any tipps? And what do you think of cheat days where you eat everything you want?
I have the same kind of view on cheat days as Daniel and Kelli. I don't eat loads of junk food and processed stuff but once every two or so weeks, I just eat a little bit more than I probably should. For example, I'll have a larger portion of a healthy thing. I've been working out and eating healthily for such a long time now that I don't even want to eat junk no w anyway, Also, they've got lots of great recipes on their website. Hope that made sense.
I only made it through twenty minutes before my body started giving out but I am sweating so much. I am not disappointed in myself though I could not finish my workout I know with motivation and persistence I will soon conquer this video. Don't ever give up friends if you want it fight for it !!!
I absolutely LOVE you guys! The workouts, yes, were tough but with you 2 it was like working out with friends and I made it through. And you guys aren't afraid to take a sec to recover in an exercise. Seeing that you're human too, and get fatigued just like I do, gives me more motivation to keep going and push through it. I've been working out to your videos for a month now and love them all. Thank you so much for the videos!
Restarted this whole workout after a 1.5 month long break due to health issues. Thought I could do the hard version just like before, dead within ten minutes xD. Took long af breaks to finally reach the 25 minute mark but that's it for me today. I'll be back for the next iteration and I'll be back to my former skillz soon enough, just you wait! Keep working out and exercising y'all, don't give up :)
This was the very first FitnessBlender workout vid I ever did when I wasn't very in shape and decided to try something other than a treadmill for an hour. It kicked my ass. Severely. I could not physically do some reps. My legs were in intense pain to the point where I couldn't even walk up the stairs for several days after. My body had never been worked in that way before, and trying to do everything at the hardest level all the way through when I was a beginner and shouldn't have pushed myself that hard made it worse. And now like 3 years and many FB routines later, I'm about to try it again and hopefully notice a considerable difference. Oh yeaahhh. Excited.
you guys are so real, I love you. When I am going to challenge with you I can see even you are a professional athlete, you are challenged and you get tired. This gives me strength so that I am not as bad as I always think. you are not fake like so many trainers out there. you don't try to show that you are the best. you show that you are ordinary just like us. Day 1 done!! Let's hope I see real results by end of May!! I have tried another program of workout but nothing moves the scale..I know scales are just numbers.but they are kind of a push factor too...looking forward to Day 2!!

I came back to this workout cause I loved it so much but during warm up when I was doing toe touches I kicked my leg up so hard not realising my wooden bed frame was in the way and smashed my toe and now it's purple and swollen LOL

I have done the 1000 calories - and hiit workouts for about 2 weeks now and it feels really good after every completed workout,but can I do these workouts AND the 1000 calories workouts, or is that too much? Because I want to keep doing the 1000 workouts but i also want to do these
Hampus Ragfeldt that might be too much. Over training can also make you gain weight as it will make your body to hold on to your food to repair itself. I would suggest you do one or rhe other
Hampus Ragfeldt They answered your question at the end of the video. They said not to do any other strenuous activities as a companion to this 5 day program just because you do not want to overdo and to reduce the risk of injury. Hope this helps!

Hey guys!! I used to do @fitness blender exercises since 2013. Lost a good 15kgs over a period of time. Was a fit and a happy person then. Kelly and Dan helped me stay that way. Didn't find the need to go to the gym ever, doing their routines was enough. I lost touch with workouts since 2021 with a series of medical emergencies at home. But, I am back, back with Fitness Blender, because that is the level of trust I have with this channel. To give long lasting results in terms of weight loss, staying in shape and feeling happy. Me TOO! I started with lolo apps in 2011, then discovered FB in 2014. Been using them almost on the daily until 2018 when my son was born. I still kept using them, but it wasn’t until the past year when my cadence has picked back up. I’ve been doing FB every day the past two weeks and the transformation already is so incredible. I’ve tried peloton, but love how simple and real these workouts are!! Thanks you two!!!
I absoutely LOVE IT when you guys mess up! I know it sounds weird, but I mean it in the nicest way! Like when Daniel has to tie his shoe, or forgets which set we're doing, or (in other videos) when Kelli loses her balance and stuff like that, it just seems so... Human, y'know? That this is really 2 people wanting what's best for you, and not some big marketing gimmick to suck all your money. I love it, and I love the two of you. When I started doing these workouts in May of this year I was 215 pounds at 5 foot 4. I have also changed the way I eat and prepare meals, and 6 months later I'm at 159 and finally maintaining a healthy weight. If you're just starting this, KEEP GOING!!! You can do it!!!! So basically what I do is: everytime I'm thinking of working out again and see "OMG, I did Chloe Ting workout and this happened!" video, I come back to this challenge.
Don't get me wrong, I tried Chloe, too and I have nothing against her, but Kelli and Daniel just fit with me so much better and especially this 5 days challenge is my favourite workout ever. It really gets me back on track for further exercising and I love how many different types of fitness are here :)

I'm going to try to keep this brief, but it might get long, because there's a lot I wanna to you guys. First, thank you for all that you've done to make the internet a more well-informed, body positive, healthy environment. It's obvious you work and have worked incredibly hard to get your channel and content where it is now, and by the grace of God, it has reached people like me, who might not have had a shot at fitness if it weren't for a team exactly like you. I have and always have had limited space, because I just exercise in my bedroom, and all I have are dumbbells, and the heaviest I have is forty pounds. Even so, just by following your programs and videos, I've finally been able to lose weight! I've lost weight twice before in my life, once when I was about thirteen and again nearly a year later, but no matter how much I lost, I always gained it back. Sparing you the sad details of all that went wrong and how set up for failure I was, basically I just had a warped sense of what a person should be. I thought you weren't allowed to wear clothes you liked, or feel confident about the way you looked, and everyone - and I mean everyone - around me fed into that. I struggled with depression because of a lot of things, but my weight was one of them. For the past ten years, I thought it was impossible for me to look the way I wanted, and the weight (or really my perception about the way I looked) greatly impeded my quality of life. Healthy food was not that available to me, and I had no one who really knew what they were talking (that included doctors who had never struggled with weight loss) to help me. God helped me, together we picked up the pieces of my life, and now, so much has gotten better for me, and I'm happy to say that my life is better than it ever has been, even though I'm still far from my goals. At the beginning of this year, I decided I was done playing around, and this year I was going to lose the weight. I don't know where the motivation went, but four months later, I found myself even worse off, at 241 pounds and meeting with a dietitian who was lacking in empathy. God gave me strength to fight all the excuses, and he gave me great resources - the greatest being this channel - to help me. Now, I'm safely and happily losing weight, and even though it's still hard, I actually enjoy it. I enjoy eating healthy. I enjoy my new lifestyle. I've been tracking my progress with apps and pictures, and I can see that my weight is coming down exactly as it should be. But the greatest thing is that I don't hate myself. I don't starve myself. I'm not lacking in confidence. I'm loving myself, and I'm showing myself that I love myself by how I treat my body. You may never see this, but hopefully someone else does and is inspired. I can't thank you guys enough, because I would never have a healthy blend of exercises to keep my strong and capable if it wasn't for you! I recommited myself at the beginning of June, and I've seen amazing results that have almost made me cry. No, I didn't lose all my fat, or even a quarter of it. But I can lift so much heavier, I can actually touch my toes, I don't get tired walking up the stairs anymore. So many little things are changing, and so few of them are related to my appearance, and each and every one of them makes me so happy. I've only lost twelve pounds so far, but I'm looking forward to losing the next sixty with you guys! Here's to a bright future! From a 16 yo from Cincinnati

I want to say thank you so much to Kelli and Daniel. I had become demoralised and demotivated with running and going to the gym and put on a lot of weight. I couldn't see myself enjoying exercise again. I follow your videos at least once to twice a day, and spend that time smiling and laughing (as well as sweating and swearing!). I no longer skip workouts, I feel fitter and healthier and happier. Loved this one and can't wait for tomorrow to do Day 2 :)
Today marks 3 months of healthy eating and exercising for me. I had started many times before but I never really found the motivation to continue through until I discovered your workout videos on RUclips. You guys are amazing and I love working out with you!! Holy crap, I'm on day one of week 7 with your guys' new 8 week workout plan and I had to do this again today & I am blown away by how much more I can do! I can do all of the advanced exercises now instead of the slower, lower impact versions and I can lift much more now also. I'm super proud of myself but of course I have to thank you, Kelli and Daniel. You guys are beyond amazing and I can't wait to finish week 7 & 8 :)

I feel compelled to comment. At the start of winters here in Wisconsin, I begin to feel the blues set in. Since I am not a joiner of clubs, I try to get all of my exercise on my own. When I absolutely cannot get outside, I must keep fit inside. Until I discovered fitness blender, I detested my workouts because although I own many machines, I have yet to find one that I like. This winter, Daniel and Kelly have rocked my world. It is not unlike following a favorite author, musician or actor. They become known to you, one sided though it may be. The variety is key. These two are very likable and humble and funny. There interaction is charming. Daniel and Kelly, if you are reading this, thank you. Thank you for putting time into your routines and imparting information in a comprehensive and smart way. I have had the best time looking forward again to my fitness quest. I feel like we would like one another! You do good work. This is no small thing. Keep it up and I will keep participating as long as I am able!

I have been with you guys for around 7 years now and I always come back to you. I like how you have a healthier attitude to fitness and eating. As someone who has suffered from eating disorders in the past, it is really helpful. I also like that you are both so real in your videos, you sweat, you lose balance sometimes and you mess up - it's so refreshing compared to the influencers who are never even seen sweating or looking normal.

Daniel and Kellie, I just want to thank you guys, I've been following your channel for longer than a year now and its the first time I've ever commited to working out, I've definitley seen a change in my body and I feel way more energetic and strong. I just want to say I have been struggling with eating disorders and weight anxiety my whole life. Ever since a client of mine has mentioned this channel to me, I have completely stopped my bad habbits, I have been eating actual real food, and started meal prepping, but I'm comfortable with this because I know that an hr of my night is dedicated to watching your videos and making this my lifestyle. I will forever work out to fitness blender I am always telling people about this sharing and trying to share my story to show people that if anyone can get over a hump that is called lazy or no motivation they can to do this. you not only changed my life. 2500+ calories a day?! How? They must evaporate before they reach your mouth somehow, haha. I agree that food is not the enemy, and that exercise is much better than crazy diets. In fact, following your workouts for the past year I've gone from my heaviest state to probably my healthiest state, losing about 17 pounds and actually becoming fit for once in my life. This, coming from a lazy person who never liked working out, is such a huge difference. Now when I sweat during your workouts it's no longer a symbol of pain, but a sign of victory - something I can be really proud of. You guys are so easy to follow and get hooked on, that it's no surprise how many lives you've changed. Many thanks!!!

You guys are just awesome, I'm based in South Africa and do your exercises more than all the other exercise tutorials on RUclips and there is a big difference in my body since I've started. I know this was made a couple of years ago, but I really enjoyed this. And I was so impressed on the nutritional advice you gave. To be honest, I expected it to be a bunch of crap. I expected a high fat low carb advice, but you said to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and as little meat as possible, and to try avoiding it all together going vegan or vegetarian. As a vegan I was really impressed with the advice.

It was tough Katrina. If it wasn't for Kelli doing the modified version, and even then I had to pause it to take water breaks, I don't think I would have been able to complete it either.

Don't give up Katrina. 20 minutes today and maybe 25 tomorrow. Little by little is how it's done. Nobody should expect to reach their goals too quickly.

Could only make it to the 21 minute mark! Boy that was intense but I was sweating like crazy. These are my FAVORITE workouts and I have lost weight, built muscle and changed my body doing these along with my power blocks 👏🏼👏🏼 Great for mommies who can’t leave the house!

I started working out with you about a month and some now. I have more definition and lost more than I did at a fitness camp. I love your videos very encouraging and for all types and occasioned. this has been my fav workout so far even though i died.
It would be really cool to have some recipes from you! :) I eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible and lost already 6kg with your workouts but now I am stuck and neither lost nor gain weight. Any tipps? And what do you think of cheat days where you eat everything you want?
I have the same kind of view on cheat days as Daniel and Kelli. I don't eat loads of junk food and processed stuff but once every two or so weeks, I just eat a little bit more than I probably should. For example, I'll have a larger portion of a healthy thing.
I've been working out and eating healthily for such a long time now that I don't even want to eat junk no w anyway,
Also, they've got lots of great recipes on their website.

I only made it through twenty minutes before my body started giving out but I am sweating so much. I am not disappointed in myself though I could not finish my workout I know with motivation and persistence I will soon conquer this video. Don't ever give up friends if you want it fight for it !!!
I absolutely LOVE you guys! The workouts, yes, were tough but with you 2 it was like working out with friends and I made it through. And you guys aren't afraid to take a sec to recover in an exercise. Seeing that you're human too, and get fatigued just like I do, gives me more motivation to keep going and push through it. I've been working out to your videos for a month now and love them all. Thank you so much for the videos!
Restarted this whole workout after a 1.5 month long break due to health issues. Thought I could do the hard version just like before, dead within ten minutes xD. Took long af breaks to finally reach the 25 minute mark but that's it for me today. I'll be back for the next iteration and I'll be back to my former skillz soon enough, just you wait!

This was the very first FitnessBlender workout vid I ever did when I wasn't very in shape and decided to try something other than a treadmill for an hour. It kicked my ass. Severely. I could not physically do some reps. My legs were in intense pain to the point where I couldn't even walk up the stairs for several days after. My body had never been worked in that way before, and trying to do everything at the hardest level all the way through when I was a beginner and shouldn't have pushed myself that hard made it worse. And now like 3 years and many FB routines later, I'm about to try it again and hopefully notice a considerable difference. Oh yeaahhh. Excited.
This is gonna be my first FB workout video too, I'm scared. Wish me luck

This gives me strength so that I am not as bad as I always think. you are not fake like so many trainers out there. you don't try to show that you are the best. you show that you are ordinary just like us. Day 1 done!! Let's hope I see real results by end of May!! I have tried another program of workout but nothing moves the scale..I know scales are just numbers.but they are kind of a push factor too...looking forward to Day 2!!

Hey Lyn..maybe start with 20min HIIT workouts first...and move on from there ;) just do it for 5 days to feel the difference!
I came back to this workout cause I loved it so much but during warm up when I was doing toe touches I kicked my leg up so hard not realising my wooden bed frame was in the way and smashed my toe and now it's purple and swollen LOL

I have done the 1000 calories - and hiit workouts for about 2 weeks now and it feels really good after every completed workout,but can I do these workouts AND the 1000 calories workouts, or is that too much? Because I want to keep doing the 1000 workouts but i also want to do these
Hampus Ragfeldt that might be too much. Over training can also make you gain weight as it will make your body to hold on to your food to repair itself. I would suggest you do one or rhe other
Hampus Ragfeldt They answered your question at the end of the video. They said not to do any other strenuous activities as a companion to this 5 day program just because you do not want to overdo and to reduce the risk of injury. Hope this helps!
