Fitness Blender for life... I have been with them since high school, through varsity, to working class (almost a decade). I still do my favourite workouts regularly: 37 min cardio workout with Kelly and 2 other brutal ladder workouts with Daniel, cause they are still killer workouts. As far as I can remember Fitness Blender really brought fitness to RUclips, I can have other fitness channels but this is home ❤️💎😊

I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life. One of my major stress relievers is working out. Thanks to Daniel and Kelli I am able to do that. They make it so easy too and I love their easygoing personalities ❤️.

I have worked out with FB since the very beginning, but stopped in 2020 for a few years. I started working out again 8 months ago and somehow have never come across this one! A phenomenal burn and complete workout in only 32 minutes. I loved it!! Thank you!
Kelly, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video!! I chose to exercise instead of smoke after becoming really stressed. When you said the things you did, I realized I didn't feel so alone, that I'm not the only person who gets stressed. I was SO PROUD of myself for excercising instead of smoking. I've had a delcaration typed out and put up in my bathroom that I say daily: "I crave exercising NOT smoking. i see myself as a perfectly healthy person so I have no desire to smoke." Every time I say that it's like I'm preparing for any future moment in which I may want to turn to cigarettes. I am going to purchase Fitness Blender products if it means more access to more videos. You guys' videos are my go-to and the very best out there. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

I love how no nonsense, scalable and evidence based your videos are. I'm also thoroughly relieved not to feel ashamed by other videos who include plenty of posed body shots, making me feel bad that "my butt isn't like that" and distracting me from all the other reasons I wanna do a butt workout.
So many videos are inconsistent with their use of "beginner" or "low impact", etc. When I come here, there's no wasted time about whether I want strength/burnout, cardio, a gentle recovery workout, or whatever. Thanks Kelli and Daniel :D

I have been so obsessed with my Peloton that I haven’t worked out with Daniel & Kelli for months. Woke up today and decided to see what new workouts had dropped. It was leg day anyway so I did this and it was perfect. I forgot how much I love my FB workouts!!! This was a great lower body burn and my favorite type of program (strength with a cardio move in between).

I’ve been watching this channel since 2015. Crazy how things changed. I used to be all about cardio no strength whatsoever now it’s the other way around 😅 lol seeing kelli lift heavier is amazing!! I’m so glad after all the health issues. Ive gotten a bump in the road too with hyperthyroidism and that makes not want to even workout. But this channel has helped me realize our bodies do fluctuate in energy every single day. I follow my body cues and do what it can for that day! Since I started listening to my body I’ve definitely been stronger than ever. I’ll continue supporting this channel and it’s new fitness influencers ❤️

I haven’t done FitnessBlender stuff for awhile due to falling off the wagon with exercise, came back to this today and remembered why I love FitnessBlender so much- I break into a legitimate sweat and my muscles feel gassed (in a good way) every time! Yet every workout is doable. This is how I know I am getting stronger. Thank you for posting fantastic videos all these years!

This one is a sweatfest indeed! Like Kelli, my workout floor is also now full of my sweat impressions but i love it! Lifted to the best of my ability and pushed myself on the cardio parts. On the burnout round, I swapped in sumo squats and toe-in deadlifts, just to hit those muscles differently. And then, I surprised myself by somehow doing 20 jump squats! Love how my strength and endurance have improved with FB and Yoga 😃

Thank you for this workout. I love your lower body workouts and this is one another favorite. The cardio was tolerable for me given I was off my usual workouts for a while but this was just enough for me as beginner again.
Great one! Fitness Blender has been the only workout system that works for me. The fact that I can do everything at home is so huge. Even though we have a gym in our building, it's always full and smelly lol Thank you Kellie and Daniel for all you've done!

Im not a FB+ subscriber, so really appreciate the free workouts as I am building up form to be able to appreciate the more recent paid content (I think it would be wasted on me as I am now haha).
