This really kicked my lazy butt! If you ever have days where you aren't sure if you should workout or not... JUST DO IT! You will be thankful you did it after.
There are a few components to the best senior exercises. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Seniorcises (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the best plan that I have ever seen. Check out all the super information .

This one was perfect for today, when I didn't feel like doing ANYTHING. Just the right length and intensity level to get me moving and working when it was the last thing I felt like doing. I feel great now that it's done and I really enjoyed it. I love how the cardio sections are only one round per exercise, so there's no repeating there.
K H-C I feel the same way! Didn't feel like exercising today at all... it's cold and rainy, I just wanted to stay in bed. Instead I put on my work out clothes and forced myself to do this one mainly because it wasn't HIIT lol... but I still ended up sweaty, worn out, and feeling accomplished! My arms are like jello now, I know they'll be sore by tonight!

Some days I'm looking for a good strength training workout, but don't want to combine with high-intensity cardio. This workout was the perfect blend of weight training with some calorie burning. Merry Christmas!
I have a big job interview/try out tomorrow that will need my arms ready to stay up and moving for hours, so I came back to this goodie... LOVE them all, but the ones with warm ups & cool downs included are by far my fave. Thanks for everything you two!!! :D
I was hesitant on doing this workout because I didn't just want to focus on upper body only..BUT, to my pleasant surprise it incorporated a little of everything to some extent. I added jump lunges during active rest periods, and lunges with the bicep curls. Static squat with the overhead press...I feel great! like a total body with emphasis on the arms..
We need more videos with this format! Strength with just the right amount of cardio mixed in... not hiit but still enough to get you sweaty!
I've never really worked out my arms with weights so this was new for me. I felt like I had a tough time keeping good form even with very light weights. That tells me I need to do exercises like these more often! I want to be strong everywhere, not just in my lower body (which is what I primarily target with workouts).

I love this. Going to be doing it right now. Simple exercises with one round of cardio, which is also quick and light. Perfect for when you don't feel like working out.
I brought the dumbbells out (over the weekend) to do this. What an awesome workout Kelli.. It has just the right amount of strength, cardio & stretches.
I love these strength/cardio blends, especially for upper body, since it doesn't turn into cardio on its own as easily as lower body strength routines.
This was actually really a fun workout and I also really enjoyed that none of the cardio sections repeated themselves whereas the strength ones did. Thank you so much for the workout!
I made myself do something today and this was perfect! It wasn't too intense but I still feel accomplished to continue my routine for the day. I ate breakfast, laid down, felt bad for not working out and did this. I drank a protein shake and going to meal prep for the week. Thank you! #workoutcomplete

really have been wanting to tone my arms and this was definitely a great workout. Wasn't too repetitive so I didn't get bored and the cardio was a good mix! Will be coming back

Really nice workout! The cardio intervals are genius - nice way to use rest periods! The cardio gets my mind off the strength training; I noticed I can start back into the strength moves with more focus and energy.
This one was perfect for a lazy day workout because I didn't feel exhausted afterwards! Thank you FB!

This simultaneously felt like it was never gonna end but also that it was flying at 1000 miles per hour. My heart rate reached its peak not with the cardio, but with the strength training. Overall this was a lovely workout to challenge your body too and see what it is capable of. After not working out for a few weeks, I feel absolutely amazing! As someone who has historically had some issues with my wrists, I've always been picky about upper body workouts (which often tend to burn down to "how many ways can you make a plank"), but the weights make this one super customizable. Thanks!
Just love this one, Kelli. Thanks! Us desk jockeys have to work those rear delts. Please include a set for rhomboids and serratus sometime. : ) I know this was a primary 'arms' routine.

Great strength training video! Cardio won't leave you panting, but you'll work up a good sweat. Upper body strength exercises are fairly tiring if you've got enough weight!

I liked this one a lot. I did normal burped instead of slow burped and mountain climbers instead of the downward dog - it increased the cardio intensity a bit. After a long and exhausting day at work this was perfect to shake the day off and help me relax.

Hello, I have bulging disc back of the neck, ruptured lumbar disc and Right shoulder frozen- I have been doing Physical Therapy all 3 at home. Can you recommend some exercise to work around it ? With getting injured. I appreciate your comments. Thank you for your time. Trudi

Hey guys, I love your videos. However, I can't do every exercise because I have hiatal hernia, so I want to know if you can advise me about what kind of exercises for belly and butt can I do.

I dont know how to say this, but ... it would be very difficult to express the extent of my surprise when I glanced into a mirror today. Where has all my cellulite gone?!!! My jaw just dropped.
This is only day 12 of your 8 weeks programme and ... my skin on legs is totally smooth. I really really dont get it. I made (well, sadly, but true) absolutely no diet adjustments and hence have no expectations to loose any weight, so this came as a total shocker. In addition, I have skipped a day every so and so (being Christmas + add other excuses here). But when I did exercise, I made sure I squeezed out every drop of sweat. Also, I had lots of fun doing it. I need to snap a photo of this for a record, though I fear previous situation was not properly documented ... This is beyond a miracle - was it a gift from Santa? Had it been summer, I would be tempted to put on hot pants I haven't worn for ... well, a decade I will write, though more it may be. ;)

great workout!!! this was my first strength training workout... was actually surprised that i could complete it...but now my right arm is much more sore than the left... am I doing something wrong???
That probably just means your right arm is weaker than your left! The more you strength train, the more equally sore you'll feel on both sides as you begin to balance out your strength :)
