I'm 5'2 and used to weigh 150 pounds. I did this workout every day for about 3 months consistently along with a healthy diet and I lost 30 pounds. my legs got slimmer and toned, my butt got lifted, my muffin top is gone (rocking those crop tops now), and my arms slimmed down and toned up alot too. now, it was hard to stay consistent because I'm 15 and still in school but I did this 5 days a week with a healthy diet (still eat the same.) If you are wondering, I ate an egg w/ fruit for breakfast or oatmeal. for lunch I had some type of lean meat with vegetables or a bit of rice. and for dinner I ate less. (Like a small portion of chicken or turkey or something). nothing fancy. if I wanted some chips, I had a handful every once in a while. if I wanted a cookie, I had it, just not every week. be patient and stay consistent!

I just started doing this workout and I honestly feel like giving up. I'm really out of shape and this is very hard on me. I just read your comment and it inspired me. I am going to keep doing this for a while. I really want to see a difference like you did. Do you happen to have before and after pictures? If so, would you mind sharing them with me? It is really cool to see someone's difference with using this workout! But totally understand if you don't want to. And congrats on doing it for 3 months and getting in shape! You should be really proud of yourself :)

I remember doing this so easily back in the day when i worked out every day.. I came back to this video while being lazy and sad for the past few months since my long term relationship ended.. All I did was lay in bed and cry while being unhealthy at the same time.. I cannot describe how dissapointed I am to see that this workout is killing me now!! For everyone out there going through a tough time DO NOT let anyone affect you in a point where u give up on yourselves! Determination is the key.. stay strong and have a nice day :)

Holy crap I have never related to anything more! For over a year I was working out nearly every single night, using these fitness blender workouts. I found ones like this so easy and i did the 1000 calorie ones with ease. On the nights I wasn't doing them, I was running (6-12km). However, at the time I was restricting my calories to 1200/ 1500. Yes, it worked in the short term, I went from 62kg (healthy for my height) to 52kg (i had barely any body fat, it was all muscle). Sounds great I know, but I was constantly irritable and could barely concentrate on my school work. I had a horrible relationship with my family and friends. Obviously, pushing myself to the absolute limit had great repercussions. There came a point where my mind and body just could not cope any longer and I remember just laying in bed every night after school, not even doing anything. Willing with all my might to get up and workout but I simply could not. A week went by with no workouts, then a month. Due to me feeling lazy and hopeless, I just ate. In two months, my weight went all the way back to what it was before.. plus more. Everyone was complimenting me on looking healthier but I felt like shit because I barely exercised. My eating is a lot better now, I don't restrict but I eat healthy. Now I am getting back into Fitnessblender and running but oh my goodness it is so hard! Its scary how quickly you can lose that fitness!!! I used to get through this with ease, barely even out of breath and when I finished I would feel like I hadn't done enough. Now I just completed that and holy crap, I nearly died after the warmup! I stopped multiple times and just jogged in place for some of the exercises but i still got through it. Im going to get back into being fit but this time with NO restricting calories NO over-exercising and NO mental/physical burnouts. Your comment made me realise Im not alone, so thank you so much. Sorry for ranting but gee i had to put that somewhere! Haha.

I just listen to my body, try to eat clean mostly and have a treat here and there and it doesn't effect my body or make me gain unhealthy weight - or weight at all. It really is all about balance! If you ate that all day everyday then yeah... kinda bad haha but treat yourself ;)

To anyone scrolling down contemplating giving up or not trying this- do it! I’ve watched fitness blender for years and I was 300lbs out of shape and tired of it, and I may have had to switch to something low impact or go slower or take a few extra seconds break in between, but don’t linger in that pause too long , just keep doing it and you’ll be proud of yourself the next time you don’t have to rest as long

I hope others who are experiencing this problem can see us and get back their drive because I slipped into a depression. Guys take a week off and monitor your water and food intake. Go online and calculate how much water and calories you should be intaking and get back on track. I lost 25lbs and got more active but I did not recalculate my intake hence the problem. Recalculate every 10lbs. Good luck everyone!!!!

I used to take a lot of pauses, now I have to take fewer . That intro says you have to consider your physical condition and health for doing those routines.
I for example lunges hurt my knees, so I usually replace that exercise with something else.

Have you seen a difference? I'm starting this today and I'm going to give it a month or two to test it out and I was wondering if you have seen a difference along with eating healthy? I'm basically a vegetarian because the only(meat) thing I can eat is chicken so I was wondering if you've seen a difference?

everything about your videos are perfect. I have tried several different workout videos in the past and I always end up giving up on them. but when i stumbled across yours it was different. the way you do 20 seconds of an intense exercise then 10 second pause makes it so much easier. but at the same time it is an intense workout. i'm proud to say i've stuck to working out with these videos for 2 weeks so far, the longest i've ever stuck to a work out plan in a while. thank you thank you thank you

What really helped me is the Fitness Blender program FB Fit. I also practice yoga and I have a job in which I stand and walk all the time for hours, so I workout with fitness blender only three or four days a week, not more. I'm very busy as well, but I do my best to cut some time out to workout. Health should never be neglected, I suppose. You just need to create your routine! Good luck :)

Great workout routine! Very clever warm-up that builds up slowly following with HITT which was very fun, then comes the abs and cardio session which btw was a killer for abs and finally ending with a decent cool-down/stretching section. A perfect example of a workout routine! Thank you for your knowledge and wonderful implementations of exercises.
Loved every second of this video!

I discovered fitness blender three months ago with while working out at home with my sister. I work out every morning 5 to 6 times a week at 4 am, yes it's the only time I have time! Let's just say that when I skip a workout (wake up late) , it hurts. I haven't changed my eating habits, bad ones but I've lost weight and am shaping up. I've never felt this good and I've never worked out for so long in all my life. I would always quit after a week or two the max. I did this workout for the first time today and It felt so easy. I didn't notice how time flew by. I feel like I can go for another hour but one strange thing happened. I had fluid coming out my left ear and felt a little oozy but apart from that I feel great! Thanks Kelly for being my inspiration, my motivation my every morning cup of goodness. God bless you and your hubby on this great journey.

It's honestly my fave HIIT workout ever. I always come back to it when I feel like I would like to lose some weight or maybe get more toned and it works every time. When I did this workout first time I was dying, I could not catch my breath. Especially in the first HIIT part. Two weeks later, still problems with breathing but I feel the improvement :). I make bigger break between this part and the cardio. If I know it right, cardio should been done in low or middle pulse rate. After the first 15 min, my PR is very high :D But I LOVE videos from Fitness Blender!! I really like how she cheers us and keeps going with us. I really appreciate that there is the time running-it helps me (When I want to give up but it is just 10 sec, so I am like Oh Come on!You can do it! Just few more!!). So thank you and I will follow you more :)

Just finished this! I'm using my boyfriend's account but I wanted to say thank you for all of your workout videos! There were a few times I didn't think I could finish this one but I did the entire workout without any extra breaks. Just when you think a particular exercise is going to kill you, the next set seems easy and by the time the "easy" exercise has you shaking, you are on to the next one!
