I've been doing these workouts plus a few other exercises for arms about 4-5 days a week for the past 3 weeks and I have noticed a huge difference in my muscles and I have noticed fat loss. Just for anyone who was wondering if this actually works..it does!!! Great workout!!
Hello! I wanted to quickly share my experience on this workout. I've been doing it for about 5 months now. I can genuinely say it works. However, in order to see results, you must put in the work and push through the soreness and pain. I never actually measured my arm fat because I didn't care for a number. I've noticed all my results from photos, overall strength and weight increase. I did this exercise 2-3 times a week. Month 1 - Hard. I never lifted before and 3 pounds sounds like nothing but man do you feel it. By the end of the month, the 3-pound weights were a breeze. Month 2 - Increased to 4-pound weights. A little harder but began noticing a slight change in arm definition. Month 3 - Increased to 5 pounds weighs because 4 was too easy. I didn't see much difference but others did. People asked me what I was doing because apparently to them the change was noticeable. Month 4 - Increased to 7-pound weights because 5 was too easy. This was pretty hard as I increased two pounds but man this is where things changed. I noticed such a difference in my "bingo wings" Hardly any flapping, could lift things at work much easier. When I flexed that line that goes across the middle was there! Hopefully, you know what I mean. My biceps were way more noticeable and I felt extremely confident going out in the summer in a tank top. Something I haven't done in years. Present - I am up to 10-pound weights and my arms have so much definition and I am so much stronger. Does it work? YES. I went from an XL shirt to a small or medium. Rome wasn't built in a day and progress takes time. We look at ourselves in the mirror every day so just because we don't see the results doesn't mean they aren't there or that others can't. That's all. I wish you could upload photos so I could show the progress but honestly guys it does work. Update: Thank you everyone for your kind words and questions! I know I sometimes take a while to respond but I eventually do! So let's see I'm going to do a quick rundown of what's happened since I first posted this comment. 6 months ago (January) - posted the comment. 1 month after (Feb) - Donated blood for the first time. (Took a toll on my body and left me with no energy and I could not get out of bed for 2 months) April - Finally got my strength and energy back. I could not lift the same amount and my endurance was low. I went back down to 5 pounds and started incorporating resistance bands. (Mind you during my 2-month break from working out my arm flab returned and 50% of the muscle and definition were gone) Today (June) Still at 5 pounds, doing arms 3 times a week, cardio 5 times a week. I could do 6 or 7-pound weights but I'm happy with the 5. All the work that I lost has come back! Even better too! Also, I don't know if perhaps donating blood for the first time was just my body not used to doing it and that's why my body reacted the way it did. I donated blood again last week and today I lifted 10 pounds again just to do some light work. Wishing everyone good luck and all the best on their journeys :)

ive been doing this at least 4-5 times a week for the past 2 weeks and i already see and feel a big difference in my arms and many people can as well! ive never been consistent with working out and this is the first time ive been consistent and im so proud of my results so far!! :) edit (04/16/20): hello everyone! I didn’t realize how many likes this comment got until now lol... I eventually cut down to doing this one 2-3 times a week to give myself rest days. This workout is great for toning and losing arm fat since that was something I always struggled with. You don’t need a special diet for this but it does help in the long run if you want to stay in shape/lose weight overall! I started going to the gym eventually but this is a great workout to start with if you’re a beginner and since we’re all quarantined I do these workouts at home now. I hope this answers any questions you guys had!
I started doing this workout two weeks ago. I've been doing it every second day, using jars of jam (probably one pound), and I am already seeing fantastic results. Not only are my arms more visibly toned, but my posture has improved immensely. I upgraded to 2lb weights the last time and can do almost all the push-ups now - from flopping around on the floor the first time (it most likely looked like I was trying to do the worm instead of a pushup). If you have any doubts about this workout, especially as a beginner, don't. Just start and everything else should follow if you are persistent and consistent.

Okay so I've noticed a lot of comments saying "What do I do if I don't have dumbbells?" "I dont have weights, what do I do?" Well if you don't have weights then somethings you can do are: 1: Milk or water gallon 2: Laundry dish soap jugs 3: Water bottles full of sand?? 4: anything in your house that's at your level of heavy, and make sure you have two of them at the same weight.

In a two week period I have seen a difference in my arms. They have reduced in size (I have flab under my arms) and also gained muscle! sometimes I do this workout twice in a row but I often only do it once! It's just the commitment that you have to put into it and do it everyday. The workout is not very difficult (I'm a beginner in lifting weights) the only thing that is difficult is the commitment!

as far as I know, to burn fat you have to have some muscles in you. my personal trainer always tells me not to worry about bulking up. there is a huge gap between having nice toned muscles and becoming very muscular like a wrestler. at the end, you will lose the flabby arms and get nice arm muscles ar the same time.
I'm telling you it works because I got so fit and toned thanks to her. You have to eat clean, strength train the entire body, walk 10k steps each day and also add cardio to the mix. Being fit is 80% nutrition and only 20% exercise, so eat clean! There are so many easy healthy and delicious recipes online. Don't forget to check out Rebecca Louise workouts on RUclips and her 30 day get fit plan, because it worked for me and she changed my life!

Whos here in 2022?? This vid really works!! I do this about 5-6 times a week, I use 3,5,and 8lb weights, I swap them depending on which exercises are being done. I'm on keto and intermittent fasting and that when I really noticed my arm definition.. and b4 seeing any visible differences i was alot stronger being able to carry heavy things with ease. So if u stick with it ull notice it will work for u too! I promise! Also im able to do more reps and I'm done with all the exercises b4 she is so about 6mins in it already completed all the exercises.. and b4 doing this I couldn't do 1 push up not even half way down.. but now I can. Its been like about 3 months and my arms are actually cut! Not to the point that I want yet so I'm still continuing to do this vid about every day and will continue after I get the results happy with then continue maybe 3 times a week just as maintenance 😊
I'm 10 and I LOVE to workout every day!! Most kids don't like to be active these days but i'm really proud of what i accomplished!! Last year i was 82 pounds. Now i am 74.1! I'm so happy and i feel great. My mom is a fitness trainer and teacher so i want to be exactly like her when i grow up. She is awesome i love my mom so much!!
Hi guys I started around 5 days ago! I will keep you guys updated (for sure). I do it twice a day for 4-5 days a week. I don’t know if I am just optimistic, however, I see a slight difference already. I have no upper body strength, so I am using 5 pounds, and instead of doing the pushups I replace them with the dips. I will continue to do this for months and will post every month, or whenever I see a huge difference. My arm is 12 1/2 inches right now...wish me luck!
I watched this workout about 2 years ago, and at that time I was working out dilligently at home and honestly, this workout helped me lose a lot of flab that I had! I worked out for a month following this strictly and not gonna lie, I saw changes! Even lost a bit of my back fat. So whomsoever is looking to try, by all means go ahead! This video along with a few other xhit videos have seriously transformed my life! I was feeling down about going from a size 10 to 20 jeans...but over two months of working out every day I'm able to fit into a size 16 jeans. Also my arms are like new! The flab is almost completely gone. I still have a long way to go, but thank you! I feel so motivated during these short videos.

I started doing this 3 days a week for the past 4 weeks or so, in combination with cardio and healthier eating. I can't believe it, but I am actually starting to see results! Halllo! This is my first comment on RUclips so pls be gentle XD. This should probs be a blog post but I cba with making one so bear with the length. This workout is amazing. I have lost 25kg in a year but my arms were still huge af for some reason and I couldn't wear those cute halter neck tops. I tried MANY things (PT, resistance training, weights) but none of them showed me the results like this workout. It's been 3 weeks since I started it and I have been doing it ~5 times a week with a roughly 1600-1800 cal diet(not really a diet but not overeating wither) and yes, they did look a bit bulky at the end of week 1 probably because the muscles were toning under the fat but then it was either give up and be stuck with the bulky arms or continue and see if it works like most people said in the comments and IT DID WORK and now I can't stop. I promise I will post an update after a month to report further process and I hope my comment will serve as a motivation for you to take this up today cause I was once, a bulky arm girl looking through the comments to see if it works too XD
I've been using this workout for almost a month (once a day, every day of the week) and I'm starting to see progress!! Don't be discouraged if you don't see results in 1-2 weeks, be patient and consistent and I PROMISE you'll start to see something eventually! Started this on 10 June 2019 with 900 calorie per day Day 1: i did all sets (except i change normal push ups to wall push up because i couldn't do normal push ups) and with 1kg of dumbbell as i rarely do exercises. Day 2: Same as day 1 Day 3: Did all but with 2kg dumbbell from today onwards (i feel 1kg is too easy for me now), my muscle feel so sore and pain today, i even feel pain while i was sleeping. Day 4: REST Day 5: REST Day 6: 2kg arm workout Day 7: 2kg arm workout So far, i measured by arm and there is no difference yet but i definitely can see my arm started toning especially my biceps. And now 2kg dumbbell seems doesnt really makes me feel hard, i felt stronger than before. Gonna do this for at least a month to 2 months. I'll update here every week. If you are looking to slim down arms, i suggest doing jogging and jumping rope, it works for me so far. I jog and jump rope for total of 30mins per day and i have did it for 2 days. My arm from 10.5inch became 10.3 inch just 2 days. But of course, diet is most important.
This definitely works people. I've been doing this consistently three or four a week for the past two months and the definition and contours of my arm muscles are so much more pronounced. And I only use 5lb weights! So imagine what could happen if you use heavier weights. Be patient and it will really pay off.

Because of this exercise, I have a pair of toned arm ever! No joke! I did this exercise for the last 2-3 weeks, along with the exercises for flat stomach and get rid of the muffin top. These excercises are really work. I did also diet along the exercises. I am stunned with the fast result! Of course, every body has different result and stamina, but with mine this exercise is PERFECT, and I even didn't bother to look for another exercise except Bodypump in my gym! +leen el mir you won't get bulky arms. You as a female will need lots of testosterone to gain large muscles. Believe me, you'll be fine. Especially lifting 3lb weights.

People being negative towards Xhit and Rebecca Louise, and saying, "These video's are just scams." Okay, have you tried doing these workouts? I've been doing these workouts for a few months now and they've helped me out a lot. I have toned muscles in areas I didn't have before. My brother plays high school football and he was making fun of these workouts. He couldn't even do a side plank. Because he doesn't work on those muscles apparently. I've woke up the next morning in sore areas I had worked on from the day before. Yes, you have to watch what you eat and do more than 10 minutes or so too get results you want, but to say these videos are just scams. You're just being ignorant.
The title of the videos makes them scams. You can't spot tone (i.e. lose fat in an area of your body.) You can only build muscle in those areas, but it won't remove fat. Your overall fat percentage has to come down. That's not to say that the exercises won't be effective, but the titles are extremely misleading.

How about you put some exercise video's up that won't be "Misleading or scams" instead of commenting on every exercise video that exists on RUclips. I think you are a scam talking about scams. Oh, XHIT isn't saying you're going to loose the amount of arm fat you want within a 10-12 minute video. It's just one of the ways that can help you. Rebecca Louise cares about people and their health. She wouldn't waste her time or anybody else's time if she knew is was 'Misleading'. I'll continue watching her videos and allowing her too be my "Personal Trainer" because I've seen results.
So, I've been doing this workout for about a month now. I did notice a difference in week two but kept at it. What I hadn't noticed was that all the fat from my back was also disappearing. I wore a tank a top and noticed that my arms are toned and the back doesn't have that bulge over my bra straps. Love this workout😍😍😍😍

It's for sure my favorite arm workout. I found it years ago and even now when I'm not working out at the gym but at home I always come back to this specific workout it's truly amazing. Also she is so motivational when she is describing the exercises 😊

I added this workout to my routine 2 summers ago and saw results within weeks. I'm back again and already seeing results in week one. This workout works. I do it 3 times a week using 5lbs weights. Good luck and you got this!

I’ve been doing this arm workout plus 15 mins of treadmill jog and some lower body workout and I must say IT WORKS! I don’t do the arm workout everyday though, but even with that, I still noticed the line across my arm when I extend my arms and when I flex it, my muscles bulge. And I’ve been doing it since March 16th and it’s May 16th now so please do try it out! ♥️
You get out what you put in! I started doing these 2 weeks ago, once in the morning, and once in the evening. I’m shocked at the results, and the muscle I’ve started to build. I now use Xhit as part of my daily routine. Thanks Rebecca 😜👊💪

just wanted to say this exercise does work, but it will take at least a month for results to show. Before this one of my shirt's sleeves used to fit me very tight, so i never wore it. put it on the other day and the sleeves were loose and nicely fitted. just felt the need to share because many have commented that it 'won't work' or that it will just 'give you muscle'
I have been doing this 4 times a week. My tops, jackets fit better, I have definition in my arms the flab wasn’t put on in a day. I do a 5 pound weight and 15 pound single weight. I didn’t think it would make a huge difference. Menopause brings on the flabby upper arm. This is a lifetime commitment since this is where the weight settles. Good luck!

My biggest insecurity/problem area is my arms. I've been trying different arm workout at home but then my hubby found this one and already have slimmer arms. The triceps not so much I still have quiet a bit of fat there but I know it works. I've been doing it consistently 4-5x a week and I love how motivational Rebecca is. im gonna do this every day for a week and log my results! right now both arms are 12 inches around, I have small bones but the flab and no muscle cover that lol (college did that to me) over the past three weeks I have done a no weight 5 min arm workout but I wasn't seeing results. I felt a little stronger but it wasn't doing it for me. so I came to this video to use my weights! I will update each day! Day 1: not to bad, I'm using 3 pound weights. I think from my no weight exercises I gained a lil strength so it wasn't so hard Day 2: definitely a little sore! but still worked out. not to bad again, I still feel the burn tho. still using 3 pound weights Day 3: today was kinda hard! got easier in the end Day 4: slowly getting easier Day 5: a lot easier today, might have to switch to 5 pound weights after 1 week is up Day 6: rest (super busy day) Day 7: easier I lost half an inch in one week. I think I need to use heavier weights more better results quicker!
Saw someone blog about this video. They did it everyday for 3 months and the results were great. Only a month in, 2-3x a week but already at 5-8lb weights. I started with 3 and that was difficult in the beginning. Really going to try to make it happen 5x a week!!! Love it...except for the pushups but they do help!
Did this for 3 days with 8lbs weights and am already seeing & especially FEELING the results. It targets everything perfectly and the change will come naturally if you push yourself & use the right weight for your body. So thankful for the energy in this video, don’t think I could do it otherwise!! 💕
THIS REALLY WORKS! I've been doing these exercises for three weeks now, and I am starting to see some definition in my arms. They still have a LONG way to go, but I am beginning to see muscles I haven't seen in years! Yayyyyyy. Of course, it also requires a change in your diet. I am not a fan of any diet plans, because I love food and refuse to deprive myself, but I did cut out all sweets, and started grilling/baking my food instead of frying, and I use the air fryer when I get an urge for some fried food. Thank you for this awesome video, and my best part is when you say, "Throw those weights away, you are done! LOL
5 months postpartum and super motivated to get into shape. Took a picture of my arms and will be doing this video 3-4 times a week. I like that its not super long bc with two little ones, this is manageable.
you should do this first... if you do cardio first, it uses up much of the energy source for your anaerobic work (strength training) and fatigues the muscles before their most strenuous activity.
I LOVE this workout and it works. I have added a second and third set to these exercises so I just pause the tape and add the additional sets. It truly works and my arms benefitted after just a few weeks. This teacher is great and a good motivator. Love, love it but I have yet to find a lower body workout like this. If anybody here knows of a leg, butt and hip workout that works please leave a suggestion. Cheers!
and this is the video that has really started my fitness journey and I come back to it almost everyday. don't put pressure on yourself just do it to enjoy it. I never had a lot of upper body strength but my goodness I am so proud of myself only month 1 and I cannot believe the results (I've been using 2kg) just going to keep going not for any particular end goal but just because I enjoy it and it makes me feel great

@@amandaulrich1594 Yes ma'am! It seems like it's not a lot, but when you are working out, it becomes "heavy". At least for me it does. And I'll grab 3lbs weights too. I don't have a 10lb weight yet for when we hold the weight behind our head, but I use a 5 lb weight because it's what I have 🙂.

This will serve as my personal diary lol. Just finished day 1, I tried using 2lbs dumbells but I didn't feel the burn so I upgraded it to 4lbs. I measured my arms, currently its at 12 inches 😭😭😭, I'll update again next week, hope there'll be changes. Oh, I'm planning on doing this 2x a day together with another arm exercise and some cardio
After a week I've lost an inch on my arm fat, I did this and one other arm exercise. I had to stop because I'm having insomnia for days which sucks but this is really effective. Do this twice a day and partner it with one more exercise. 😊

Hello! I wanted to quickly share my experience on this workout. I've been doing it for about 5 months now. I can genuinely say it works. However, in order to see results, you must put in the work and push through the soreness and pain. I never actually measured my arm fat because I didn't care for a number. I've noticed all my results from photos, overall strength and weight increase. I did this exercise 2-3 times a week.
Month 1 - Hard. I never lifted before and 3 pounds sounds like nothing but man do you feel it. By the end of the month, the 3-pound weights were a breeze.
Month 2 - Increased to 4-pound weights. A little harder but began noticing a slight change in arm definition.
Month 3 - Increased to 5 pounds weighs because 4 was too easy. I didn't see much difference but others did. People asked me what I was doing because apparently to them the change was noticeable.
Month 4 - Increased to 7-pound weights because 5 was too easy. This was pretty hard as I increased two pounds but man this is where things changed. I noticed such a difference in my "bingo wings" Hardly any flapping, could lift things at work much easier. When I flexed that line that goes across the middle was there! Hopefully, you know what I mean. My biceps were way more noticeable and I felt extremely confident going out in the summer in a tank top. Something I haven't done in years.
Present - I am up to 10-pound weights and my arms have so much definition and I am so much stronger.
Does it work? YES. I went from an XL shirt to a small or medium. Rome wasn't built in a day and progress takes time. We look at ourselves in the mirror every day so just because we don't see the results doesn't mean they aren't there or that others can't.
That's all. I wish you could upload photos so I could show the progress but honestly guys it does work.

So let's see I'm going to do a quick rundown of what's happened since I first posted this comment.
6 months ago (January) - posted the comment.
1 month after (Feb) - Donated blood for the first time. (Took a toll on my body and left me with no energy and I could not get out of bed for 2 months)
April - Finally got my strength and energy back. I could not lift the same amount and my endurance was low. I went back down to 5 pounds and started incorporating resistance bands. (Mind you during my 2-month break from working out my arm flab returned and 50% of the muscle and definition were gone)
Today (June) Still at 5 pounds, doing arms 3 times a week, cardio 5 times a week. I could do 6 or 7-pound weights but I'm happy with the 5. All the work that I lost has come back! Even better too!
Also, I don't know if perhaps donating blood for the first time was just my body not used to doing it and that's why my body reacted the way it did. I donated blood again last week and today I lifted 10 pounds again just to do some light work.

edit (04/16/20): hello everyone! I didn’t realize how many likes this comment got until now lol... I eventually cut down to doing this one 2-3 times a week to give myself rest days. This workout is great for toning and losing arm fat since that was something I always struggled with. You don’t need a special diet for this but it does help in the long run if you want to stay in shape/lose weight overall! I started going to the gym eventually but this is a great workout to start with if you’re a beginner and since we’re all quarantined I do these workouts at home now. I hope this answers any questions you guys had!

Here in 2024. Been doing this video for two and a half years almost every other day with great results.
I started doing this workout two weeks ago. I've been doing it every second day, using jars of jam (probably one pound), and I am already seeing fantastic results. Not only are my arms more visibly toned, but my posture has improved immensely. I upgraded to 2lb weights the last time and can do almost all the push-ups now - from flopping around on the floor the first time (it most likely looked like I was trying to do the worm instead of a pushup). If you have any doubts about this workout, especially as a beginner, don't. Just start and everything else should follow if you are persistent and consistent.

Okay so I've noticed a lot of comments saying "What do I do if I don't have dumbbells?" "I dont have weights, what do I do?" Well if you don't have weights then somethings you can do are:
1: Milk or water gallon
2: Laundry dish soap jugs
3: Water bottles full of sand??
4: anything in your house that's at your level of heavy, and make sure you have two of them at the same weight.
Canned goods also work pretty well when you need something light.

In a two week period I have seen a difference in my arms. They have reduced in size (I have flab under my arms) and also gained muscle! sometimes I do this workout twice in a row but I often only do it once! It's just the commitment that you have to put into it and do it everyday. The workout is not very difficult (I'm a beginner in lifting weights) the only thing that is difficult is the commitment!

as far as I know, to burn fat you have to have some muscles in you. my personal trainer always tells me not to worry about bulking up. there is a huge gap between having nice toned muscles and becoming very muscular like a wrestler. at the end, you will lose the flabby arms and get nice arm muscles ar the same time.

I'm telling you it works because I got so fit and toned thanks to her. You have to eat clean, strength train the entire body, walk 10k steps each day and also add cardio to the mix. Being fit is 80% nutrition and only 20% exercise, so eat clean! There are so many easy healthy and delicious recipes online. Whos here in 2022?? This vid really works!! I do this about 5-6 times a week, I use 3,5,and 8lb weights, I swap them depending on which exercises are being done. I'm on keto and intermittent fasting and that when I really noticed my arm definition.. and b4 seeing any visible differences i was alot stronger being able to carry heavy things with ease. So if u stick with it ull notice it will work for u too! I promise! Also im able to do more reps and I'm done with all the exercises b4 she is so about 6mins in it already completed all the exercises.. and b4 doing this I couldn't do 1 push up not even half way down.. but now I can. Its been like about 3 months and my arms are actually cut! Not to the point that I want yet so I'm still continuing to do this vid about every day and will continue after I get the results happy with then continue maybe 3 times a week just as maintenance 😊

Hi guys I started around 5 days ago! I will keep you guys updated (for sure). I do it twice a day for 4-5 days a week. I don’t know if I am just optimistic, however, I see a slight difference already. I have no upper body strength, so I am using 5 pounds, and instead of doing the pushups I replace them with the dips. I will continue to do this for months and will post every month, or whenever I see a huge difference. My arm is 12 1/2 inches right now...wish me luck!
I watched this workout about 2 years ago, and at that time I was working out dilligently at home and honestly, this workout helped me lose a lot of flab that I had! I worked out for a month following this strictly and not gonna lie, I saw changes! Even lost a bit of my back fat. So whomsoever is looking to try, by all means go ahead! I've been doing them 1x a day 7 days a week with 5lb and 10lb. I'm going for week 3 and I've felt toner but I do need to try it 2x a day too slim them down.
You should let your muscles rest for 24 hours before you do the work out again so you don’t get hurt

I was feeling down about going from a size 10 to 20 jeans...but over two months of working out every day I'm able to fit into a size 16 jeans. Also my arms are like new! I have lost 25kg in a year but my arms were still huge af for some reason and I couldn't wear those cute halter neck tops. I tried MANY things (PT, resistance training, weights) but none of them showed me the results like this workout. It's been 3 weeks since I started it and I have been doing it ~5 times a week with a roughly 1600-1800 cal diet(not really a diet but not overeating wither) and yes, they did look a bit bulky at the end of week 1 probably because the muscles were toning under the fat but then it was either give up and be stuck with the bulky arms or continue and see if it works like most people said in the comments and IT DID WORK and now I can't stop. I promise I will post an update after a month to report further process and I hope my comment will serve as a motivation for you to take this up today cause I was once, a bulky arm girl looking through the comments to see if it works too XD
I've been using this workout for almost a month (once a day, every day of the week) and I'm starting to see progress!! Don't be discouraged if you don't see results in 1-2 weeks, be patient and consistent and I PROMISE you'll start to see something eventually! I'm starting to see muscle and my flab is starting to go away! I had really flabby arms (12.1 inches) and now I'm already 11.8 inches!! I'll update you guys when I've reached 2 months!!

Started this on 10 June 2019 with 900 calorie per day
Day 1: i did all sets (except i change normal push ups to wall push up because i couldn't do normal push ups) and with 1kg of dumbbell as i rarely do exercises.
Day 2: Same as day 1
Day 3: Did all but with 2kg dumbbell from today onwards (i feel 1kg is too easy for me now), my muscle feel so sore and pain today, i even feel pain while i was sleeping.
Day 4: REST
Day 5: REST
Day 6: 2kg arm workout
Day 7: 2kg arm workout
So far, i measured by arm and there is no difference yet but i definitely can see my arm started toning especially my biceps. And now 2kg dumbbell seems doesnt really makes me feel hard, i felt stronger than before. Gonna do this for at least a month to 2 months. I'll update here every week.

Hi all, i have decided to give up this exercise because it doesnt really work. If you are looking to slim down arms, i suggest doing jogging and jumping rope, it works for me so far. I jog and jump rope for total of 30mins per day and i have did it for 2 days. My arm from 10.5inch became 10.3 inch just 2 days.
But of course, diet is most important.
This definitely works people. I've been doing this consistently three or four a week for the past two months and the definition and contours of my arm muscles are so much more pronounced. And I only use 5lb weights! So imagine what could happen if you use heavier weights. Be patient and it will really pay off.
I've saved this workout in my workout playlist for 2 years. It does work, but you'll need to be consistent. Do this workout 4-5 times a week, and with consistent weights, move up one in weight after one month, and always stretch before and after.

Because of this exercise, I have a pair of toned arm ever! No joke! I did this exercise for the last 2-3 weeks, along with the exercises for flat stomach and get rid of the muffin top. These excercises are really work. I did also diet along the exercises. I am stunned with the fast result! Of course, every body has different result and stamina, but with mine this exercise is PERFECT, and I even didn't bother to look for another exercise except Bodypump in my gym! +leen el mir you won't get bulky arms. You as a female will need lots of testosterone to gain large muscles. Believe me, you'll be fine. Especially lifting 3lb weights.

People being negative towards Xhit and Rebecca Louise, and saying, "These video's are just scams." Okay, have you tried doing these workouts? I've been doing these workouts for a few months now and they've helped me out a lot. I have toned muscles in areas I didn't have before. My brother plays high school football and he was making fun of these workouts. He couldn't even do a side plank. Because he doesn't work on those muscles apparently. I've woke up the next morning in sore areas I had worked on from the day before. Yes, you have to watch what you eat and do more than 10 minutes or so too get results you want, but to say these videos are just scams. You're just being ignorant.

The title of the videos makes them scams. You can't spot tone (i.e. lose fat in an area of your body.) You can only build muscle in those areas, but it won't remove fat. Your overall fat percentage has to come down. That's not to say that the exercises won't be effective, but the titles are extremely misleading.

I have been following the video for a week. For the first 2 days I had terrible pain in my shoulder. Now it's better. Her talk is motivational.
So, I've been doing this workout for about a month now. I did notice a difference in week two but kept at it. What I hadn't noticed was that all the fat from my back was also disappearing. I wore a tank a top and noticed that my arms are toned and the back doesn't have that bulge over my bra straps. Love this workout😍😍😍😍

I’ve been doing this arm workout plus 15 mins of treadmill jog and some lower body workout and I must say IT WORKS! I don’t do the arm workout everyday though, but even with that, I still noticed the line across my arm when I extend my arms and when I flex it, my muscles bulge. And I’ve been doing it since March 16th and it’s May 16th now so please do try it out! ♥️

just wanted to say this exercise does work, but it will take at least a month for results to show. Before this one of my shirt's sleeves used to fit me very tight, so i never wore it. put it on the other day and the sleeves were loose and nicely fitted. just felt the need to share because many have commented that it 'won't work' or that it will just 'give you muscle'
I have been doing this 4 times a week. My tops, jackets fit better, I have definition in my arms the flab wasn’t put on in a day. I do a 5 pound weight and 15 pound single weight. I didn’t think it would make a huge difference. Menopause brings on the flabby upper arm. This is a lifetime commitment since this is where the weight settles. Good luck!

I'm 55 years old and trying to maintain my lean muscle and a toned body. I couldn't do this on my own without you! You are my daughter's age but it doesn't matter. My biggest insecurity/problem area is my arms. I've been trying different arm workout at home but then my hubby found this one and already have slimmer arms. The triceps not so much I still have quiet a bit of fat there but I know it works. I've been doing it consistently 4-5x a week and I love how motivational Rebecca is. right now both arms are 12 inches around, I have small bones but the flab and no muscle cover that lol (college did that to me)
over the past three weeks I have done a no weight 5 min arm workout but I wasn't seeing results. I felt a little stronger but it wasn't doing it for me. so I came to this video to use my weights! I will update each day!
Day 1: not to bad, I'm using 3 pound weights. I think from my no weight exercises I gained a lil strength so it wasn't so hard
Day 2: definitely a little sore! but still worked out. not to bad again, I still feel the burn tho. still using 3 pound weights
Day 3: today was kinda hard! got easier in the end
Day 4: slowly getting easier
Day 5: a lot easier today, might have to switch to 5 pound weights after 1 week is up
Day 6: rest (super busy day)
Day 7: easier
I lost half an inch in one week. I think I need to use heavier weights more better results quicker!
Saw someone blog about this video. They did it everyday for 3 months and the results were great. Only a month in, 2-3x a week but already at 5-8lb weights. I started with 3 and that was difficult in the beginning. Really going to try to make it happen 5x a week!!! Love it...except for the pushups but they do help!
Did this for 3 days with 8lbs weights and am already seeing & especially FEELING the results. It targets everything perfectly and the change will come naturally if you push yourself & use the right weight for your body. So thankful for the energy in this video, don’t think I could do it otherwise!! 💕

THIS REALLY WORKS! I've been doing these exercises for three weeks now, and I am starting to see some definition in my arms. They still have a LONG way to go, but I am beginning to see muscles I haven't seen in years! Yayyyyyy. Of course, it also requires a change in your diet. I am not a fan of any diet plans, because I love food and refuse to deprive myself, but I did cut out all sweets, and started grilling/baking my food instead of frying, and I use the air fryer when I get an urge for some fried food. Thank you for this awesome video, and my best part is when you say, "Throw those weights away, you are done! LOL

Did this after 30 minutes of cardio. Never been sweatier. Loved it!
you should do this first... if you do cardio first, it uses up much of the energy source for your anaerobic work (strength training) and fatigues the muscles before their most strenuous activity.

I LOVE this workout and it works. I have added a second and third set to these exercises so I just pause the tape and add the additional sets. It truly works and my arms benefitted after just a few weeks. This teacher is great and a good motivator. Love, love it but I have yet to find a lower body workout like this. If anybody here knows of a leg, butt and hip workout that works please leave a suggestion. Cheers!
and this is the video that has really started my fitness journey and I come back to it almost everyday. don't put pressure on yourself just do it to enjoy it. I never had a lot of upper body strength but my goodness I am so proud of myself only month 1 and I cannot believe the results (I've been using 2kg) just going to keep going not for any particular end goal but just because I enjoy it and it makes me feel great

@@amandaulrich1594 Yes ma'am! It seems like it's not a lot, but when you are working out, it becomes "heavy". At least for me it does. And I'll grab 3lbs weights too. I don't have a 10lb weight yet for when we hold the weight behind our head, but I use a 5 lb weight because it's what I have 🙂.

After a week I've lost an inch on my arm fat, I did this and one other arm exercise. I had to stop because I'm having insomnia for days which sucks but this is really effective. Do this twice a day and partner it with one more exercise. 😊

I just started three days ago with three pound weights. I didn't find it intense enough so I doubled the exercises - holding off on buying 5 pound weights because they're kind of expensive. Keep me updated on your results! :)
