I've been working out now for several months now. I've taken exercise classes in the past and loved them. As a child, I would work out to Jane Fonda's video that my mom had. I have to say that I've never been this motivated. I have been doing Fitness Blender videos for several months now and love them. I combine these videos with my own exercises that I have learned in the past in my exercise classes. I do my weights and bands too and use my yoga mat. Fitness Blender makes exercising so much fun. I always mute the videos and I turn on my ipod when I work out. If I have to see what she's doing because of the position I am in, then I unmute the video. Having inspirational 80's music to work out too makes me so happy as well. My body feels amazing!!! I feel toned and energized. I even think I lost some weight too. I have never been and over weight person. I have always wanted to feel good. Now, I feel great!!!!! I love the way I look in a lot of my clothes. Just did this work out! Great Job on this one! I loved it! Good sweat and good on a day where my knee isnt feeling the best, with all of the modifications but such a great high intensity workout at full throttle!
I'm overweight and unhealthy and I want to change my lifestyle but I can't find the motivation. I just need a little bit of support (something I'm seriously lacking) and a group of friends who are in a similar situation as me so I can relate to them and find some motivation. Anyone out there??

This really flew by and even though it didnt feel too hard i'm absolutely pouring sweat. The only parts I found tough were the side planks jacks and the lie down travel flutter kicks , but that was because I just wasn't used to them. But great workout. Thanks to the fitness blender team. I'm about to do the cool down. I love that there are hundreds of videos, just constantly new ones to do and Kelli is an absolutely fantastic trainer. Really top notch, and she makes it fun. So yes, great workout.
I'm doing the fb30 round 3 program and am modifying all of these cardio workouts for the rebounder. It's easier on my joints and makes exercise a little more fun.
I really enjoy your work out videos. I workout every morning and choose a new one each time that fits my mood/time schedule. I love the calorie bar on the side. It is a huge motivator. I also like the mini preview. However, I recommend you don't show the modifications in those previews because they throw me off. :) Also, it would be great to know if there is not warm up/cool down in the title menu. Otherwise, you guys are absolutely crushing it!

Goodness me! This workout is an absolute killer! The double butt kickers really challenged me, so much so that I just couldn't complete the solid two sets of them with each round! I did however manage to complete the last round of 60secs of them, so I will definitely be trying this workout again! 🙂
I've been doing fitness blenders cardio workouts almost every day (roughly 10-30 mins) slightly monitoring calorie intake and increased foods with protein, I've lost 8 pounds so far! (within a month) It's all about consistency guys! If you're not feeling it one day at least start with 10 mins a day! If not, get back up and try again tomorrow!

Been following ur videos since 2 months. You guys are so awesome to work with. Daniel and u make such a great couple and its fun to be working out with u guys. Did 5 days challenge for busy people and 5 days challenge for building lean muscles..was great.and then started with this..was kind of relaxing immediately after 5 days of building lean muscles challenge, however couldn't do side planks jacks, difficult to balance myself...U r just amazing..keep uploading ...loads of love..and yes from India :)

i live in Saudi Arabia, thank u so much for changing my life, i started working out a month ago and i see differnces already, but i have a question, when i'm done my workout i feel a bit dizzy and my feet and hands are shaking even tho i never stop breathing while working out and i eat a lot of protein, is it normal or should i see a doctor? once again thank u sooo much for helping people, may god bless u
If you feel dizzy just drink some water and rest for a few minutes, thats what I do and it eventually goes away :)

تغذيتك قبل الرياضه مهمه لازم تاخذين وجبه متوازنه من ناحية الدهون والكارب والبروتين وتغذيتك اليوميه متوازنه وخلي وقت للهضم بعدين تمرني وكلي وجبه متوازنه بعد التمرين ، دام مثلًا هذا التمرين مو مره قوي خذي وجبات صغيره او خليها الغدا والعشت لا تخصصين شي للرياضه بس خذي منشط قبل التمرين زي دارك تشوكلت او كوفي او تمر او لوز وكذا ، ونامي كويس وكلي خضار وفواكه

Goodness me! This workout is an absolute killer! The double butt kickers really challenged me, so much so that I just couldn't complete the solid two sets of them with each round! I did however manage to complete the last round of 60secs of them, so I will definitely be trying this workout again! 🙂
I've been doing fitness blenders cardio workouts almost every day (roughly 10-30 mins) slightly monitoring calorie intake and increased foods with protein, I've lost 8 pounds so far! (within a month) It's all about consistency guys! If you're not feeling it one day at least start with 10 mins a day! If not, get back up and try again tomorrow!

Been following ur videos since 2 months. You guys are so awesome to work with. Daniel and u make such a great couple and its fun to be working out with u guys. Did 5 days challenge for busy people and 5 days challenge for building lean muscles..was great.and then started with this..was kind of relaxing immediately after 5 days of building lean muscles challenge, however couldn't do side planks jacks, difficult to balance myself...U r just amazing..keep uploading ...loads of love..and yes from India :)
