I haven't been working out for 3 years... I used to be in pretty good shape and work out with Fitnessblender 3-5 times a week. But then... life happened. Illness happened. Sadness happened. BUT TODAY - I AM BACK. I showed up for myself. That's all I needed to do. I feel amazing and remember now why I loved this channel so much. And tomorrow... I WILL BE BACK AGAIN. Honestly if I didn't find fitness blender I would have quit exercising years ago. Kelli is so motivational and the workouts are realistic. I feel so much better about myself after every workout because whatever I have to give that day is enough.
I love how chill of an instructor she is! A lot of these routines have super peppy instructors whose sole purpose seems to be "look how fit and bouncy I am lol try to keep up!"

The past decade has thrown almost everything it's got at me. Misery, illness, loss and heartbreak. But the one thing that has been consistently there for me as a force of good are these workouts. I show up for me, I have fun following along and I feel like I can do it, no matter how weak or tired I am. I don't have gym weights soooo I improvised..with 2 retangular milk packages 🤣 Life is about surprising yourself and others xD. Thankkkk youu
The 2 best things about this are how easy the are to modify for various levels and the preview of the next move! GOD BLESS whoever made the preview of the next move a thing. It makes it easier to keep my head in the game because I'm not worried about being prepared or knowing what the heck I'm doing.
OH I LIED there is another huge thing about this that is great: the zero talk of weightloss. That can be triggering for people with body disorders or eating disorders and it does NOT help people be healthy. THANK YOU for not forcing me to faceoff with diet culture while trying to get healthier.
I agree! I've noticed more change in my body shape by alternating cardio AND strength, instead of just cardio alone! Besides, I don't really enjoy cardio lol

Still my favorite videos to workout with! I ALWAYS come back to fitness blender. These are my favorite videos to workout with because they are straight to the point! They teach you how to workout, they usually include warm up and cool down all with the white background and descriptions on the screen! I literally recommend this to everyone especially people getting started with their fitness journey.
This is a great workout. Good form and good pace. A lot of online workouts have a frenetic pace and "unique" motions that are not only overly difficult, but hard on the body.
That workout felt really awesome! I loved her tip about breathing out at the hardest point and in at the easier point of a move! That, the stretches at the cool down, and the message about showing up for yourself, and about listening to your muscles made this one of my favorite workout sessions. Thank you!

Love this channel, you've helped me massively only 10 days in to my journey in losing weight been 2 and half years since having my son and I let my self go. I'm back after a 5-year hiatus (life-changing stuff got in the way) and I've MISSED you two! I've tried on and off in the gym but it just isn't the same. I've had to start at beginner level again but I'm loving the new workouts I can get into. In particular, I'm pleased you've added a warm-up and cool-down to this weights exercise. Previously I had to use cardio warm-ups and cool-downs and I don't think they're quite right for weight training workouts. Whereas all the compound stretches etc. in this one were perfect. Kudos to the low-impact as well as I really struggle with high-impact.
I have just workout completed this routine. I like how it incorporates some of the familiar old moves but avoids staleness by adding an innovative twist like the one leg stands and the halos and tricep. Thank you once again FB for a great workout enjoyed on a cold Harare morning

However, I got the urge to workout tonight and found this video and set myself up with my Power Blocks in the kitchen and got to it!! Absolutely SMASHED it and LOVED it!! Loved it! I always thought that cardio was the key to weight loss until I started doing the strength training workouts.
