      Well! Yes it was natural dieting 😊cuz we just had the holy month of Ramadhan so after eating sehri (very early in the morning which used to be 1 wheat roti+ yogurt+1 boiled egg+tea) I went out for morning walk for an hour then didn't eat for the whole day , then used to go for a walk again before opening the fast for an hour again then had fruit salad with dates n 1 roti with gravy n then did this work out regularly... So it really worked

    HOLY COW!!! I DID IT!!!! I F**N DID IT! The whole workout. Proud of myself. First 1000 calorie workout I completely finished since started working out with Fitness Blender in mid 2013. Plus I was doing the hard parts during HIIt. :) Add to that I didn't feel like working out today. Told myself just to do 20 min of this since it was scheduled in my FBFit Round 2. 31-8-206 6.06 AM. WORKOUT COMPLETE!!!

    I have tried cloe ting, natacha oceane and every workout there on youTube but no workout is as gooooood as yours. It's just perfect. I don't feel like giving up or boring 🥰

      Even I feel the same. I had lost 10 kg in 2018 by doing fb's workout. Unfortunately, I gained weight last year due to some reason. I have tried chloe ting's workout but it didn't show any results. She uploads videos that has mostly spot reduction which is the reason why most of us don't get results.

      @@SimplyAnushruti chloe has workout programs on her website if that helps. So you aren't supposed to do just 1 video everyday or leave it at that. Usually, there are 3-4 videos per day in her regular scheduled programs. Either way, glad these guys are helping you achieve your goals. Personally, I use Chole's (went from skinny to fit with abs and a butt), but everyone is different when it comes to what works for people so keep up the good work and don't feel bad if you gain weight here and there. You got this!

      FroGoUne HIIT makes you burn pure fat, and a lot of calories even when you finished it, science says it and that's why it became so popular, (this have body strenght too but isnt the hardest part tho)

    I LOVE YOU! Omg. Okay so, I was an obese child! At the age of 15 I was 250lbs at least!! I began without FitnessBlender but after reaching 210lbs at about 18 I discovered you guys. I'm currently 170lbs!! Amazing. I have relapsed before and quit them + ate terrible on meds + injury and went up to 200lbs not too long ago. BUUTT I got back on track with fitness blender and variety training like walking and biking for active rests!! Much thanks!! Looking just as good as my "prime" lol. Hoping for even more progress

    This is one of the best full body workouts I have done and I've done countless videos/gym classes. Incorporates every single muscle in the body so I'm glad I didn't go for my usual run instead...burnt around 700 calories in total, probably as I am female. Love that you don't have music in the background like everyone else so you can play your own whilst still being able to hear your directions - thanks for the great workout!

      Girl me two had one cupcake from a specialty store only to find out they don’t offer a calorie count on that cupcake and there was more icing then there was cupcake not to mention. For dinner I had a burrito which came to 995 cal one meal. So I need to burn a shit ton today and eat way less today to get back on track

    I like how you two always promote diets with carbs. In a vain attempt to acquire the 'perfect' body I went keto. I don't know how other people do it but I'm 95% sure they're lying when they say they feel great. I went keto for a stable 6 month and I wanted to die halfway through, I couldn't even do my homework anymore, let alone work out in proper form. When I started carbs again, slowly, I felt so much better and now I can both exercise and work and study without feeling like a walking corpse.

      I think it just depends on your metabolism. I do keto and IF and crush it! My hubs is super high carb. We are both in excellent shape, we just have different ways our bodies use macros :)

    I did this in 1h45 mins because of the extended breaks but I did ittt phew, I'm proud of myself for finishing. I'm sure I didn't burn a 1000 calories but got to something like 600 based on my low impact high impact switches but will come back to this till I can do the high intensity level for all of it!!

      Anya Evans the best way to indicate how much calories you are burning is with these chest belts that measure your pulse( sry I don’t know what they are called in English). These are the most efficient and they are like 20 dollars

    I started doing your workouts about three months ago, I have lost 18 pounds, which I'm very proud of, I weighted 156 and now I'm 138, my goal is 125 which is only like 13 pounds away! I usually do the 1000 calories workout for 30 minutes and then do a few other ones that are 10 minute or an other 30 minutes video or sometimes this whole video, depending how much energy I have, I think I could had lost more weight if I made better food choices, which I'm still working on but Im getting there! :)

    first time i did this workout was 8 months ago & ever since i fell in love with strength & fitnessblender & decided to do more of it. I remember barely catching my breath through HIIT, constantly modifying to the low impact version, & using only 1.5kg weights or none; but now after 8 months of only working out with you guys, made it through HIIT only modifying the pushups & using 2-3kg with ease!

    Really nice workout! According to my sport watch I burned 638 calories of which 36% was from fat. This was challenging enough for me but not too challenging so I made it through the entire thing. I highly recommend.

    One pound is 3,500 calories. So if I do this twice a week and eat clean I should be on track to lose one pound per week

      do it 4 times a week, then maybe you could lose a pound a week, but you would have to eat less than 900 kcals a day in order to lose weight. of course, eating less than 900 kcals a day is starvation, and you will inevitably gain the weight back due to binge eating. :)

      That calculation is incorrect tho. A calorie deficiency of 3,500 makes a loss of one pound. Let's say she could eat 2,000 cals per day (it's what an "average" woman needs) to maintain weight, then losing weight by only eating less would mean she shouldn't eat more than 1,500 calories per day. That's no advice tho, just a calculation, cause 1,500 cals is roughly above basal metabolic rate which isn't healthy at all.
      Anyway, since we're talking about how often to do this workout to lose one pound a week (by assuming she would really burn 1,000 calories doing this workout), then 4 times is right, but goes completely without eating less than what's recommended, since she already will have a deficiency of 4,000 cals within the week by doing this workout.
      But I really think after such a tough workout you should eat very well to give your body back some of the energy despite of the calorie restriction you gave to yourself. A slower but steady weight loss is always better and healthier than making your body starve. Just think: Eating 2,000 cals per day but burning off 1,000 leaves your body with 1,000 calories, that's about 500 calories less than what your body needs for just keeping it work (breathing, body temperature, blood circulation, etc.). This can really harm your health all in all and also make weight loss a roller coaster ride.
      I did calorie counting for some time too but rather now just listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry and try to make healthier food choices. It's way less stressful than counting, and actually in many cases healthier cause you can really get obsessed with a certain number and feel bad eating more, tho deep down you know it would be healthier eating more. Having a bit of basic knowledge is never wrong tho.

      FitnessBlender I've been working out with you since mid-February when I decided to finally change lifestyle and lose weight. My favourite type of workout videos is the long 1k calorie one (for now sticking with the easier set of exercises) but if it comes to general sports - swimming. I feel better, I look better (4 sizes down thus far!), and others say I act more confident. The first 15 minutes or so of a workout are horrible - but in about half an hour endorphins kick in and soon I catch myself thinking if I should push myself and train for longer (controlling myself from over-exhausting though). I'm only 23 and I want a fresh new start into proper adulthood: finishing university now, stating a job soon, I want it to be my best years - don't want health/body to stop me! Congratulations on 2 million subscribers! :)

      FitnessBlender I love the way you guys are so genuine and honest to what you do. I've been working out with you for almost 2,5 years thanks to my sister who introduced me to your channel. I use your videos to enhance my weekly sports program as I have my martial arts practice too. On Sunday I run a half marathon, 21 km, and, during the struggle, I had your voice, Daniel, in my mind: "I Know these legs are burning like crazy but keep on going...", "Keep those feet moving...", "Try to recover as best as you can...". As far as what I would like to see next, I guess that would be a challenging routine for people that are into martial arts. To atone for that, I will start your great new workout now. :o))) Seriously, since I started to work out with you guys, my muscles are growing and I feel more power the few times I manage to go out jogging. Try to work out 3-4 times a week (your trainings and >1hr jogging, depending on the weather). Great job, go on like this!!! Looking forward to a longer bikini-body workout. That would be great.

    Today, I start working out! I plan on losing 50 lbs in 1 year (without serious dieting). My goal is to burn 500 calories every day.
    Not only am I overweight, but I suffer from habitual toe walking. I have done this almost all my life, so I struggle with any kind of stretching/cardio impact. But for the last year, I have been stretching everyday to strengthen my legs. I use to sweat from pain just stretching down past my kneecaps. Now I can touch my toes! As of right now, I can only go for 15 minutes (100 calorie burn).
