I will say, these are hard BUT you can stop or go slower whenever you need to. It’s totally worth doing just for the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a video.

I love how simplistic she is, her voice is so soothing and calming and she doesn't "overtalk" like the majority of all idiot workout videos where they just blab unnecessarily. A big compliment to Fitness Blender that they always include warm-up exercises at the beginning and stretching exercises at the end. This clearly shows professionalism and that the health of their views is essential to them. So many other fitness RUclipsrs primarily post videos with are exactly 10 mins long. This means that they have to do as little as possible on editing and filming, but they are getting the full benefit of being promoted by the algorithm. Warm-up and stretching exercises are so often completely neglected (with the excuse, that they have somewhere a warm-up video on their channel). I recently started a fitness RUclips channel and I try to include all best practices: e.g. Popular music, split-screen for modified versions (easier and harder), 3 warm-up exercise at the beginning, and 3 stretching exercises at the end show the number of burnt calories, almost no talking, written explanation on how to correctly execute the exercises to avoid injury, creative combinations of exercises to make it more fun to work out. =)
This was my college 4-times-a-week workout, the only one that actually worked wonders. Four years later, here I am again during the CoVid19 lockdown!
A year ago I lost about 60 pounds. Then one day, I didn't go to the gym, because I just felt so TIRED and sore. The next day, I didn't feel like going, and long story short, I gained all the weight back, plus some more. I currently am depressed and unhappy with my weight. I weigh 232 pounds and as an "obese" person, it is terrifying to publically admit that. Today marks day #1 of working out and eating healthy. I just finished this workout and it KICKED my BUTT. (I saved this video from last year to my "favorites" list) I had to stop several times to catch my breath and shout out obscenities during the lunge part (with the hands in the air), BUT, I COMPLETED this video y'all. It showed me how OUT OF SHAPE I currently am, but it also showed me how DETERMINED I am to get healthy again. Thank you for making this video. And tomorrow I'm gonna do this again!

Whatever you're going through, whoever you are, keep going. I know you're wondering if it's worth it, and it is. You can do this. I know you can, because I did.
2 years ago, I couldn't finish this workout. 5 minutes was my max, I was dying on the floor. I tried to do this workout once or twice a week, as much as I could.
I progressed until I could complete it entirely (took me more than 6 months). There were still days I had to take extra breaks.
Little by little, I introduced other exercises, then other short workouts to this one.
After a year or so, I tried other similar workouts (back then, I avoided everything I didn't already know, all the other workouts I had never done before seemed so hard). I slowly adapted to working out, I also tried to eat healthier.
I added strength training, started eating more and always healthier. I gave up my goal to have the perfect body and focused on the workouts I liked. I built a program for myself and in 3 months, boom.
I became so, so fit (ideal weight, no more cellulite or hanging skin from too much fat, lean muscles and abs definition, sculpted booty). I lost 25kg (55 lbs) and got in shape for the first time in my life at 25 years old.
I still can't believe it. I've been fat and unhealthy all my life. Now I'm the healthiest person ever. I feel so good. I move all the time, I'm flexible, strong, I have so much stamina.
I won't lie it was hard, sometimes I even cried thinking I was just genetically in bad shape and I'd never love my body anyways. But that was bullshit. I went from a big belly to a 6 pack abs, I freaking did it. Now I love working out and taking care of myself so much. I love who I am and I embrace the person I am becoming.
My new goal is to maintain the muscle mass I gained and explore yoga.
I keep working out with Fitness blender, and now this workout is my warm up.
Take the time to love yourself. Appreciate your body. Thank it. Hug it. Tell yourself it's okay. Don't let yourself down. You need your body, and it needs you. You guys are a team. Your soul was brought in there for a reason.

Really loved this!! I love how the movements varied and incorporated the full body. Normally i steer away from these types of work outs bc i just feel like I am jumping constantly and damaging joints. I did not feel that way at all!!! I love the functionality and focus on integrity of movement. Great work out!

Kelly's videos are all great but this is probably the one we like best. We usually prime it with her 10-minute warm-up/stretch video, as it's not too grueling and makes us feel ready to take on this one when we're done.
After one week and multiple attempts, I finally made it all the way through the workout! I really wanted to give up, but I did it!

So I just did this workout. I told myself if I get to 15 minutes, i would be satisfied. I looked at my applewatch and was 20 minutes in, so then i pushed myself and got through the entire workout. In those 32 minutes i burned 361 calories according to my watch. I did tons of modifications but just kept moving and doing it. This is absolutely the best workout video online. Thanks you guys! You just gain another subscribers.

I've strat doing this since 2017 when I had my knee surgery & coudnt run anymore. ( Back on track by now) Sinse then never stopped! Seen many online work outs: some of them to difficult to follow & end up given up or weird voices/accents etc it puts me off. But this girl is smashed the course ! Just love it! Thank you

Even though this workout is SUPER hard, the girl makes me feel sooo much better about it. She is so human, she shows that she is sweating, out of breath and tired. Not like other workouts where the girl is not even a little out of breath. I love Fitness Blender!!!!
Valeria Mora completely agree! I noticed that too she let me know that I’m not just out of shape, this workout is actually hard. Which made me feel better.
I like that at the very beginning she says you'll sweat. I have this problem where I figure that if I'm breathing hard I must be out of shape, but then I need to remember that some of the best sprint runners needs to learn how to suck in air and get their heartbeat going faster than normal. Breathing hard and sweating protects us, and she says it right out.

Hey everyone.(Excuse my english, I'm spanish) I have done this workout everyday during 10 days.
This is the result: I have lost just 1kg(2,2 Ibs) or so BUT I am so much more stronger and toned, starting to see abbs definition.
Also, I am having the best nutrition I can ( kind of diet but not strict, and I am a vegetarian) and drinking 3 liters of water a day.
My goal is to define more the muscles and get rid of some localized fat and cellulitis. Evolution update: At the beggining is a killer but suddenly you realise that everyday it's easier and easier.
Advices for everyone who is planning to do this:
The first time listen to the comments of the girl and make sure you’re doing it in the right way.They're helpfull. But all the other days you are doing it, put some motivational music to listen to make it easier.
Now I'm not planning to stop obiously, but I'm doing different workouts of FitnessBlender cause it's a GREAT channel.

This was the first video I've ever watched when it comes to fitness. It was 3 months ago when I was 255 lbs and extremely out of shape. I had no idea about cardio or any type of workout. I finally made a choice to do something about my weight and so I started doing some research and stumbled upon this video. It changed my life literally! ! I did this workout 2 times a week and started noticing a slight change in my weight and energy. Did more research and began weightlifting and eating healthy. I am 22 and now weigh 160 with a cut body "not to brag" Just proud I've made it this far. So thank you for making this video! ! Idk where I'd be if I had never came across it. I can blow through this workout like nothing now, and I'm proud to say that! ! Anything is possible. you just gotta want it bad enough. ..

This is REALLY the first time I have tried this at home, technology is so advanced now that SERIOUSLY there are NO MORE EXCUSES. Today is my FIRST DAY... I couldnt do it completely (cant believe my condition is so bad) but I was kind of able to come back and keep up, I am 153 lbs right now I am 5'7 ft, so we will see how it goes. this is the best cardio workout ive ever done at home! it's so simple, anybody could do it! sometimes if I did nothing at home all day, I'll crave a workout so I'll just do a little something, preferably something that gets my heart rate up a bit, and I'll feel so much better, and not so groggy and heavy from sitting on the couch all day, and I think I just found my go-to video/channel for that! I love FB and I think Kelli is very beautiful woman, but honestly, I think that she is too thin lately. I know that almost for sure she eats enough and very healthy but she is very, very thin and her muscle definition is visible due to the very low body fat percentage. I think that Kelli looked better when she had a bit more fat to cover her very delicate frame.

A big thank to you, as I have lost 20kgs (44lbs) in 9 months by just doing this work out and a little control on diet.
I am a housewife and I don't want to go to gym (because of my friends' experience of putting weight again after losing in gym). So this is the best workout for me since it doesn't require any equipment, but just a yoga mat and It's a complete work out with warm up and cool down sessions as well.
Initially it took a little time to loose weight but once it started, it was continued till I achieved my goal.
I was trying to loose weight for last 2 years and have tried other work out and diet plans as well but all in vein.
But after doing this work out and loosing 20kgs in 9 months, my husband and whole family is extremely happy but most important thing is I have got myself back.

@Samsam Adam Särlaskolan 7B Don't worry about weight, you should look at a weight to height scale as at 14 I'm pretty sure that's normal. For me I'm 12 yet I'm 160cm tall so you can't expect me to weigh 30kgs can you?

Love this workout! I am a guy who lifts weights regularly and even to me this is very challenging! However, it is also enjoying. Right now I am in the process of moving and I cancelled my gym membership and I also have no weights or equipment in my apartment so this is very useful and convenient for me! Gets the job done. You fight through it because that's how you get results. If your soreness doesn't go away eventually it may be something wrong and I suggest seeing a doctor.
After consultation, I don't have any heart problems I just need to maintain these kinds of exercises. I'm getting better at this now. Easier! :)
