  • Are you ready for a challenge? This could be my hardest HIIT ever! 🔥
    20 minutes | 20 moves
    45 seconds work | 15 seconds rest
    Run on the spot
    Burpees
    Single leg hop R
    Single leg hop L
    2 push ups 4 mountain climbers
    Squat jump into 2 lunge jumps
    Squat thrust to donkey kick
    Push up kick throughs
    Low sprint
    Bear crawl into 2 burpees
    Lunge jumps
    Lateral plank walk to 6 mountain climbers
    Hand release push ups
    Explosive star jumps
    5 tuck jumps 1 burpee
    Crab toe touches
    Lateral squat jumps
    Mountain climbers
    3 push ups 3 plank thrusters
    Burpee tuck jumps

    me and my girlfriend did it this morning and damnmnnn my heart rate was through the roof but we loved it ! Runa loved how you are also dying along with us, some of these fitness youtubers seem superhuman. Thanks Joe !

    Be interesting to try this one as I've always said his '25 min holiday legs & cardio' from a few years ago in Sardinia is his hardest so far 🥵 x

    It’s the short breaks of 15s that make this a killer. Anyway you’ve given me motivation to get my HIIT done tomorrow morning

      I did 25s rests and it was still a killer. On the plus side I didn't have to stop during each exercise.

    Brutal workout for sure Joe. My first hit session since before Christmas. Takes 6 months to get in shape and only 3 weeks to loose it. This has kick started me into 2022 and feel great after it. Will get back to daily hits from now on. Legend Joe.

    Not done a HIIT session with Joe since lockdown. Work out a fair bit so thought would be fine…but that was properly BRUTAL!! Always raising the bar Joe; well done and thanks! 💪

    Glad you’re back ! It really is a killer . I’m 5 months post giving birth and somehow managed to finish it! 🙌🏻💪🏻
    But There is one cardio from Sardinia from few years ago which I think is the hardest ever . I think you should redo it ,Joe.

    Ufff that was a shock to the system. And I work out every week 😂 Defo one to work on over the coming weeks. Another one I found very hard was the San Diego tabata hiit. Ouch.

    Love this work out joe. More of the advanced stuff please! This, the 20 burpees and that Tabata work out when you were on holiday in the dark are all really challenging.

    My days that was brutal. Been doing less workouts these past 2 months and this was a wake up call. I hope to be able to complete it without longer rests in a few weeks time :)

    I recognize a lot of these exercises from P90x plyometrics and Insanity from back in the day, those workouts are still to this day the hardest ones I've ever done but those two programs are so outdated and antiquated it's time for updated and better quality videos than those. So I'm thankful to come across videos like this on RUclips and that there are also many fitness apps out there building on top of what Shaun T created a long time ago. This still looks brutal since you're taking out the warmup, i try to stretch beforehand to minimize injury, but I'm back to being a beginner, there's no way i can exercise at this level yet. Bravo to any of you who can

    Wow. Yes this is certainly up there for sure! My watch only recorded 150bpm, I don't think it's working correctly 😢, it's the short rests and mass of cardio that tests you in this one. Thank you Joseph

    This is the 2nd HIIT of Joe’s that I’ve tried. The first one was just within my limits. This is the hardest HIIT I’ve ever done by far. The 45/15 split is tough and the challenge of each individual exercise is even tougher!
    Can’t wait to do this again to see how I do next time 💪🏼🙌🏻🙌🏻
