Brutal workout for sure Joe. My first hit session since before Christmas. Takes 6 months to get in shape and only 3 weeks to loose it. This has kick started me into 2022 and feel great after it. Will get back to daily hits from now on. Legend Joe.

This was a real challenge. Please have more hardcore core stuff like this n advanced + on the app. Nothing on there gets my heart pumping like this did

I recognize a lot of these exercises from P90x plyometrics and Insanity from back in the day, those workouts are still to this day the hardest ones I've ever done but those two programs are so outdated and antiquated it's time for updated and better quality videos than those. So I'm thankful to come across videos like this on RUclips and that there are also many fitness apps out there building on top of what Shaun T created a long time ago. This still looks brutal since you're taking out the warmup, i try to stretch beforehand to minimize injury, but I'm back to being a beginner, there's no way i can exercise at this level yet. Bravo to any of you who can
This is the first hiit that has made me sweat in a year! As I'm always active, this was on top of a run though, and feeling tired. But this made me feel great. Possibly the strongest workout because of the mix of squats and Burpees with the burpee tuck jumps to end!
Wow. Yes this is certainly up there for sure! My watch only recorded 150bpm, I don't think it's working correctly 😢, it's the short rests and mass of cardio that tests you in this one. Thank you Joseph

I did 25s rests and it was still a killer. On the plus side I didn't have to stop during each exercise.
