After having vocal chords surgery I had to be silent for 30 days. No singing or humming, my profession, no talking whispering, only writing notes to those I wished to communicate with which was only out of necessity. It was very revealing. Most of the things I said prior to surgery I realized that it wasn’t important to say those things. Also people associate muteness with deafness and people would yell at me when responding to my notes. In short it was a blessing in many ways.

That sounds like a really transformative experience. It must have been challenging to stay silent for so long, especially since your profession involves using your voice. It’s interesting how it made you more aware of what’s truly important to communicate. Also, it's surprising how people often assume muteness means deafness-just shows how much we take for granted in everyday communication. Thanks for sharing that perspective, it’s inspiring to see how you found the blessing in such a difficult situation.

Concepts like impermanence, interconnectedness, and detachment resonate deeply with the challenges we face today. Practicing meditation and mindfulness has transformed my outlook, making every moment an opportunity for growth and awakening. Truly, the teachings of the Buddha offer a path to genuine freedom

If you want to succeed there is only way. Watch the mind. Become the watcher. Identify with the watcher by realising that you are the watcher. Watch your mind and do not participate in thought. Just be, just watch, the weather is in deep rest as the watcher is just watching not doing. Doing happens on it's own. Do this at every waking moment. The watcher is a state of being. No state of mind can free you from the mind. You must go outside. The watcher

Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. We have to set an example for others and I know we can do it. Peace and Love to ALL OF YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.

All this has helped my perspective of life change and I am not wanting to fix and correct others, I am complaining less and I am communicating with humility and am open and in awe for being alive. The journey to know who am I and how I can have self compassion and transform the seeds of anger, jealousy, frustration is going well. Sincere gratitude.🙏🏼

It’s true, silence is an art. My biggest problem is the negative inner chat. Every time I quiet myself from negative comments, I experience another world, everything works perfectly. Like Abraham Hicks says, I’m in the Vortex, but it’s easy to break it, back in the regular life. Since I really want to change direction, here I’m, on top of the mountain, in the middle of the forest and this video/audio came in my way. After listening it, I made a promise. See you in a month. Profoundly grateful for this clip. Really battling with this. Ego is too strong. I feel peace when I shut up but not for long. I start again. Slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to anget
    Not easy for me though.

@@kof3017 Whoever asks good questions learn good lessons. Understanding yourself gives you insights into understanding others. I was going thru a difficult situation I had no control over. It allowed me the opportunity to embrace it.
At the end I was right around 19 and began a path of intense study I followed my passions. I tried to learn something everyday. That went on for the next 20 years.
About 10 years ago I started to investigate this guy that has contact with an alien and was questioning him with questions submitted by the internet. As far as I could tell by what I had learned. The answers were correct.
I started to understand, this was actually happening. All mystery of our past, our origins, the reason we are here, the meaning of life. All these very heavy questions everyone thinks about. All of it was right here at my finger tips. Everything I had learned suddenly was all connected. Everything made sense and I could see our future clearly.

silence is the key factor for making a dominating person, if you a silence person in room people whos more talkative they became common and people more observe silent person, so words are important. excessive use of words can break up the relation and deal. The vibe of silent people are different as compared to other extrovert people. Most of the people who became billionaire they were introvert in school, college, society. Silence person is also the sign of intelligent guy who observe more and talkless.
