When you live a difficult childhood next to abusive parents, your mind no longer grows, it remains childish and you go through the world with an adult's body and with a childish mind that feels that everyone is attacking and always feeling inferior to other people. The child's mind, in any situation, feels that it is being attacked and feels very afraid and sends sensations of emotions of fear, anger, and rage that human beings cannot control. They are the bodily sensations of anger, fear, disappointment, sadness and the human being thinks that they are being caused by someone in the present time and does not realize that it is the mind that continues to live in the past that causes those negative emotions in the body because he believes that he is still in the past, that someone is attacking him and hurting him. When the human being experiences an awakening, the child's mind disappears and the consciousness that we can feel in the chest in the solar plexus wake up full of wisdom, joy and peace when the human being reaches paradise on Earth.

actually this makes alot sense to me... i kind of live like that whithout even being aware of the tradition. it just feels natural to me... i mean most religions are more about power and control
then anything else ... they lost the essence ... i think those 4 core principles are the essence and also the reason why its just healthy to choose to live by thees
"values". ….. being spiritual not religeous... doing the right thing for the greater good not just for personal gain... no need to live on your knees as long you dont put those close to you down. dont be so greedy. there would be enough for all of us... but yo i guess every herd got its black sheep but the european mind is more down whith the devil, the EGO ... false light blindet by there beauty lol .
      ...who are the real
Savages? not everything that shines is gold... the devil is a liar. no matter which shade of brown or whatever... positiv giving or Negative taking... balance just some thoughts and thnx for providing these infos. PEACE out & greetings from Germany

One of the most powerful points in this video is the concept of "acceptance." The idea that we can free ourselves from suffering by embracing things as they are, rather than resisting them, is truly transformative. It’s such a reminder that peace isn't about controlling every aspect of life, but about flowing with its ups and downs. Loved how this principle was explained with clarity and depth!

Key lessons include: understanding that insults only affect us if we let them, viewing everyone as a teacher, transforming envy into inspiration, being strict with oneself while tolerant of others, and recognizing that no one can hurt us without our consent. Acceptance, ethical living, gratitude, and trusting the process are also essential. By embracing these principles, we cultivate a calm and composed mind, enabling us to navigate life's challenges with grace and maintain our inner peace.

I fully agree with this perspective on mindfulness as a foundational principle for anyone seeking a balanced and peaceful life. Mindfulness, as taught in Buddhism, emphasizes being fully present, paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without judgment. This approach offers a powerful way to experience moments of peace amidst life’s busyness. Mindfulness, when applied even to something as simple as drinking a cup of tea, transforms our experience by helping us to engage fully in the present moment. It’s a gentle reminder that true peace and contentment come not from multitasking or rushing through life, but from embracing and savoring each moment with awareness. By practicing mindfulness, we’re able to step back from our routines, appreciate the subtleties in life, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity that permeates all areas of our lives

Buddha is one of the greatest teachers. It is still hard when you live in the place where the neighbor country is shooting rockets every day. Of course, you can practice forgiveness and avoid hatred, and be aware of death on a daily basis, but it's still hard. We need buddhist teachers who can help people when destruction is omnipresent.

13:30 I just wanted to share how the lesson about transforming envy into emulation really helped me recently. I was feeling envious of a colleague who received recognition for their project. Instead of letting it affect me negatively, I used it as inspiration to push myself further. I admired their dedication and set new goals for myself based on the qualities I admired in them. This shift in perspective not only motivated me but also helped me stay positive and focused on my own growth. Thank you for this valuable insight!

When we are too obssess with our worldly activities. We tend to be oblivious to the constant changing of the natural world that is full of ups and downs. Of which our emotions too might going roller-coster too because of that. Practicing Buddha teaching is trying to bring our minds back to peace and tranquility, especially in this chaotic world. And be fully focusing on what is the right thing to do for the exact present moment. Being peaceful and living harmoniously with others and the surroundings at every present moment. Of which is the building block of the day and the next! Not being too much affected by the past and the future, which is full of uncertainty. Living within peace and always doing our best, respecting and accepting, whatever will come, that will certainly come beyond any of our control. ❤❤❤

If the soul has an identity, then spirituality is important. If the soul does not have an identity, our efforts to be a good person on this planet are useless.
Nobody including The Creator(s) of this universe create something for no profit / higher purpose. No monk or saint lives such a life without a profit / higher purpose.

Each religion has its points and beliefs. Take what you can from this video for the points it makes, not who or what are making them.

With respect to the poster, I think the word equanimity is a better word than calm. Although of course it's not as commonly understood a word as calm. Calm can indicate a state of passivity that is not intended.

Some people take advantage and keep on taking (from anyone or anything that comes their way) with no remorse at all. They say, "there is no Karma" but karma is energy. What anyone does or does not do will be rewarded the same. For energy cannot change or be destroyed. It only transforms ❤
