Recognize situations or people I cannot control in an early stage prevents me from wasting energy and get frustrated. I need to learn to let things go and focus on things I can control. This is a very important lesson to me. Things got out of hand recently. I was not in charge of my emotions. All negative experienses in live turn into a valuable lesson and growth. Thank you! 🙏
