Most people fear the silence because it screams the truth. If you can sit in silence and live life in truth, you are doing what we should all be doing but it is in alignment with the universe and the earth, you will flow more easily throughout your day. This will allow your blessings to come to you more easily than if you were going through life with constant resistance.

Seriously need to show this to my mother. She always requires attention and people around her. When nobody is there while she’s cooking, she will turn on the radio quite loudly and cook. If she’s alone after cooking, she will turn on the tv and sometimes dozes off on the sofa. When people are around, her conversations always involve around complaints and pointing out mistakes or weakness of others as if she’s too perfect. I realised that actually many people cannot appreciate their own company. This shows that they cannot simply shut their mind chatterings and be one with own-self, discovering own beauty as well as weakness to become a better person. Silence is the path for enlightenment after all.
