Sadguru is so amazing and yet funny. Yes he is so right in saying if we think too much of what our mind is trying to tell us if its even doing so then it will continue to entertain us non stop. However if we learn to ignore it and maybe become a silent observer then it should shut up eventually. Seem a good lesson. I guess the more we think we are the more we will realize we are not if we cultivate an attitude of truly knowing who we are.
