    I love when you don't repeat exercises! I'm definitely one of those "people who get bored easily" haha! can't wait to try this one later! today is my upper body day so...meant to be!

    This is my favourite Fitnessblender upper body routine. Whenever I browse the videos for an upper body workout, in the end I return to this one because it just hurts so good. :D I love the thorough focus on muscle groups without any repeated exercises. Just so so so good!

    bored easily workouts, ones that are about 45 mins including warmup and cooldowns!
    full body strength training
    cardio
    floorless cardio
    pilates
    kickboxing
    pretty much anything for people who get bored easily, but longer, like this one. I can't wait to do this, it's upper body day for me and I pick this one!

    Man FitnessBlender is such a human channel, workouts that can be done in 40 minutes or less, with everything (except for bath) included ;)

    Please create a lot of "bored easily" workouts HIIT preferably. I love them!!!! Or another 1000 calories workout!!!

    One of my favourite workouts, feels easy because there are no repeats but you definitely feel the ache when complete. Love the bored easily sessions.

    Please do some more TOTAL BODY LOW IMPACT cardio/weight loss workouts with a difficulty level between 3-4. 40-45 minute length videos would be great. I hope new ones like I've asked for are coming. Thank you.

    Normally I’m hesitant with arm strength workouts because of bad shoulders but this just made the ‘keepers’ list! Best arm/shoulder workout I’ve done. No discomfort or repeats. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I thought I needed to do 2-3 sets of the same exercise in order to feel my arms burn, but this routine has proven me wrong. This is my new favorite upper body workout.

    Thank you for the nice rotator cuff exercices. You don’t see those often.. I tore a ligament in my shoulder and these are the exact movements I have difficulty doing with my injured shoulder.

    Perfect timing guys! Today was my "upper body" day! I've been following your videos consistently, 3-5 days a week for about a year. My body, my mind and my energy have never been better in my life. These work outs are great on the go too. I am a flight attendant and I tell my FA friends about your site. In our jobs there is a lot of lifting, pushing, pulling and of course, turbulence! Crews are constantly injured. I feel I have built a level of defense by maintaining my muscle mass and strength. THANK YOU for putting in all the time and energy into making these videos free and available!

      It's the same as their "normal" 5 days challenge, you can NOT work out your muscle all the freaking time, they need time to rest and grow(yes, muscles mainly grow while we sleep), you have to mix it up with cardio and low impact stuff if you want to see some muscle gaining result, and most importantly, good healthy meal.

      You definitely can. Just switch between the different muscle groups, maybe put something like kickboxing in between, to give them some time to regenerate. I would definitely like a 5 day strength challenge :)

    one of my favorites. love the pace and variety (no repeats) Need to mark this and have a workout sheet handy so I can ensure I use the correct weight each time

    Great thank you, love when it includes the warm up and cool down. I drove to my 5:45a small strength class (first time) only to find it was canceled. This was wonderful. Now if I only had time for abs but have to get to work lol

    Just what I needed... I wanted to do 3 sets of one exercise for each muscle group.. and FitnessBlender comes to the rescue...
    I'd gotten bored of my usual excercises.. so tomo morning Ima do this..

    Fantastic workout! The rotator cuff exercises were similar to the ones my physical therapist recommended for my shoulder pain. Definitely you can do these without weights, too!

    I've done this workout several times during the last weeks and reeeeally enjoy it! For me it's definitely a 4 on the difficulty scale though, although I am still a couple of pounds behind what Daniel is lifting in most exercises. The short breaks really keep the heart rate up and my arms and shoulders are always jelly when I am done with it :)
