To everybody that wants to have thinner thights, a flatter belly & slimmer arms; DO THIS WORKOUT. I really lost so much weight because of this workout! It's so good. I did it 3 times a week and sometimes when I felt like it a couple times more. I also do weight training in between the days at the gym. Just eat as healthy as possible and give it your everything!

Just want to say thanks so much for your channel, I am a single mum who works so really finds it hard to go to the gym, i never really liked home working out because i use to bail out and relied on old aerobics videos which i found boring. But thanks to this channel i can work out before my baby girl gets up and spend the whole day doing what i got to do. The workouts are modern and challenging and the sweat i get after gives me a lot of satisfaction. Massive thumbs up

sooo...i started working out with ur videos about a month ago cuz just runing didnt give me the results i wanted. I do HIIT workouts 5times a week combined with runing for min 30minutes. in just 10days i have lost some body fat and gain muscle % :) i also changed my eating habits but i still "cheat" once a week :P i just wanna say thank you for your videos that will and allready did help alot of people who want to do sth good for themselfs :) p.s. sorry for any grammar mistakes, english is not my first language :)
Did this workout about 3-4 times a week after having a baby. Was in the best shape of my life 4 months postpartum and with abs. Getting back into it. Highly recommend, just don’t neglect the stretching!

I’ve done this before, maybe like twice or so. Maybe more. But I didn’t feel like quitting as much as I did today. Today I pushed myself, I really did. And whilst I’m writing this comment, there’s sweat just dripping from everywhere and whilst stretching I felt sleepy. But I just realized that with time, you will get better and you will evolve. You just have to be patient and give it time. It’s literally just that. Yes, you will want to quit but trust me, if you just remind yourself that it’s literally only 9 exercises; you will get through it 💪

I've done some of your HIIT and Cardio workouts and this one is my most favorite. I am constantly under stress due to exams and this workout helps me a lot. It is also very time-saving, which is a good thing for busy people who wanna incoporate some exercises in their routines.

I had never done burbees before and had to stop several times during the painful 21 minutes (turned out to be like an hour HIIT)! BUT TODAY I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE ANY EXTRA BREAKS! Not even for drinking water!! In six months one can make a huuuuge progress! How? I have done FB workouts about 3 times/ week and couple challenges. It really works!!!!! YAAAAYYY!!! This is one of the better hiit workouts on RUclips! I’ve done quite a few from popsugar but they don’t push you as hard as they do with fitness blender. The mans voice is very helpful also to keep me pushing and also to have the right form. I appreciate y’all!!
I did this workout & with my Garmin Forerunner 110, it said I only burned 159 Calories. BUT, I still really enjoyed this workout! It kept me sweating almost the entire time and really felt my heart racing throughout most of the workout! FitnessBlender has done it again! :) While I didn't feel the "can't" feeling that most people apparently feel during this workout, I definitely ended it feeling a lot better and more refreshed than before I had started it.
I tried different exercises but I've never been so exhausted, sweaty and I feel fantastic. Your workouts are great and you show it in very clear form with all information. Thanks:)

I *struggled* with this. Had to extend each 20-second break, couldn't always finish each 20-second HIIT interval, started feeling dizzy and nauseous, and my calves started hurting. Oh, and I'm starting to feel a little shaky as I type this. I lift weights, but clearly, my routine isn't rigorous enough. I want to add more cardio into my workout regimen, but this video reminded me of why I shy away from it. Whew! Very intense.
Love this one and did it till the day I went into labor with my first 2 kids unfortunately at 24 weeks this time around i have to modify. 3rd baby really takes a toll on mom's i guess! Love fitness blender!

I've been doing fitness blender for 1 month and have lost 9lbs!! Thank you fitness blender for these amazing free workout videos. The warmup and cool downs have been so good for my body to be able to be consistent with these.
Came back to this one today after a few days off of HIIT. Nice and short, which is motivating. It's no easy feat, though. You'll be huffing and puffing in the first round of burpees. I struggled most with the plank jacks. The fronts of my thighs were already dead from everything else, so I did plant in-and-outs when I couldn't bear the jacks anymore. I'm a hot mess now.
Very nice!! I've been hanging with FitnessBlender now for a few weeks; it is a great addition to my other routines. At age 61, I am working to lean out my muscles doing this and 16 hour fasts (6 pm to 6 am plus 3 more hours.

+FitnessBlender You guys are such an inspiration, I follow you for long t I started doing your at home exercises year and half ago but I injured my both knees (due to bad patella positioning) so I didn't do any workouts for the last two months, I'm super annoyed and feel like my stomach and legs got jiggly again :-( I'm only doing light walks, swimming and abs but that's nothing compared to resistance and hiit trainings (this one in particular is my all time favourite) I love and enjoyed doing. I'm about to start therapy for my knees but can't wait to start working out again. What would you suggest, because my knees hurt even when walking at home sometimes

Thanks for uploading the HIIT like a girl workouts! I did HIIT like a girl round 1 for weeks and now that I've gotten the hang of that, I moved on to this that kills me so good haha hope theres a round 3!
I made it through the whole thing without taking extra rest...I remember doing this workout before and being completely unable to finish it, so I started to do other cardio endurance workouts for about 2-3 months and BOOM! I can do this now. I'm so proud of myself :)

I did this workout with 40 seconds rests between exercises instead of 20. Better than the last time that i almost quitted. Thanks FB🥰 Im getting stronger every time
I just found this gem. I held some light weights while I did this and I burned 600 calories! Not bad for 25 minutes! This is so perfect for me, I'm a new mom and my time is limited so I'm glad I could get in a hardcore workout in such a short time.
4th pregnancy now still doing it a few days a week. Except I make it harder by adding extra emheavy resistant bands to the squats and doing straight jumping squats the jumping jack squats or jumping lunges for the runner steps to make them harder. Love this workout.
This is my favorite workout from you guys! The first time I did this, I completed the whole thing (I'm happy :D ) but I stopped for like 2 months (Who knows why? I was too lazy. Lol.)and now I'm super out of shape! :( I stopped halfway, but I'm hoping I can get through this whole video again by next week. I do this workout twice a week, and then I switch over to do the Fat Burning Cardio Workout (37 minutes) once for that week, then switch over to this video twice a week and so on ;D Thanks for the videos! :)

uhm this is cardio, to tone up i went to the gym, it took me about 2 months to see a real big difference.
Did you count calories or did you just eat healthy?

Oh man...I used to be able to do this video without any extra breaks but now that's not the case, haha. I just had a baby in July and have been back in the fitness game since I was 6 weeks postpartum, you guys have really helped me! I can already see a difference. I'm using your meal plan and 8 week program to lose the baby weight and then some. Thanks so much, love your workouts!

I've been doing fitness blender for 1 month and have lost 9lbs!! Thank you fitness blender for these amazing free workout videos. The warmup and cool downs have been so good for my body to be able to be consistent with these.
Came back to this one today after a few days off of HIIT. Nice and short, which is motivating. It's no easy feat, though. You'll be huffing and puffing in the first round of burpees. I struggled most with the plank jacks. The fronts of my thighs were already dead from everything else, so I did plant in-and-outs when I couldn't bear the jacks anymore. I'm a hot mess now.

Very nice!! I've been hanging with FitnessBlender now for a few weeks; it is a great addition to my other routines. At age 61, I am working to lean out my muscles doing this and 16 hour fasts (6 pm to 6 am plus 3 more hours.

+FitnessBlender You guys are such an inspiration, I follow you for long t I started doing your at home exercises year and half ago but I injured my both knees (due to bad patella positioning) so I didn't do any workouts for the last two months, I'm super annoyed and feel like my stomach and legs got jiggly again :-( I'm only doing light walks, swimming and abs but that's nothing compared to resistance and hiit trainings (this one in particular is my all time favourite) I love and enjoyed doing. I'm about to start therapy for my knees but can't wait to start working out again. What would you suggest, because my knees hurt even when walking at home sometimes

Thanks for uploading the HIIT like a girl workouts! I did HIIT like a girl round 1 for weeks and now that I've gotten the hang of that, I moved on to this that kills me so good haha hope theres a round 3!
I made it through the whole thing without taking extra rest...I remember doing this workout before and being completely unable to finish it, so I started to do other cardio endurance workouts for about 2-3 months and BOOM! I can do this now. I'm so proud of myself :)

Awesome workout! First time doing it and it turned to my favourite hiit workouts.
That was intense! I thought i was gonna give up at any moment but i really pushed myself to my limits and finished it all though i was panting like crazy by the end of the cool down! Btw The thigh slap jumps are PRUTAL ! You guys honestly make the best workout videos, Thank you for all your efforts.

I did this workout with 40 seconds rests between exercises instead of 20. Better than the last time that i almost quitted. Thanks FB🥰 Im getting stronger every time
I just found this gem. I held some light weights while I did this and I burned 600 calories! Not bad for 25 minutes! This is so perfect for me, I'm a new mom and my time is limited so I'm glad I could get in a hardcore workout in such a short time.

4th pregnancy now still doing it a few days a week. Except I make it harder by adding extra emheavy resistant bands to the squats and doing straight jumping squats the jumping jack squats or jumping lunges for the runner steps to make them harder. Love this workout.

This is my favorite workout from you guys! The first time I did this, I completed the whole thing (I'm happy :D ) but I stopped for like 2 months (Who knows why? I was too lazy. Lol.)and now I'm super out of shape! :( I stopped halfway, but I'm hoping I can get through this whole video again by next week. I do this workout twice a week, and then I switch over to do the Fat Burning Cardio Workout (37 minutes) once for that week, then switch over to this video twice a week and so on ;D
