    好多謝妳,非常感激妳!
    我從2020年3月14日開始減肥,當日體重是76.8公斤,每天跟著你的小紅帽片段跳2次,減到現在體重是55.2公斤,差不多有4個月時間。真的非常非常感謝妳,你幫助我好多!

      胡愷婷 我在2010年開始跳鄭多燕,中間因為個種原因停了下來,體重也是重了輕輕了重反反復復。今天是2020年8月9號開始,一個月後來打卡。謝謝你,是你的留言讓我再次做運動

      @@yinghong6381 其實我也是一位從當初胖胖的,我跳到現在差不多有5個月時間,我現在體重是52.5公斤,我每天堅持跟鄭多燕跳2次,說真的有時我也會累到不想跳,從一開始先跳15分鐘,跳到習慣了就慢慢加時間到65分鐘左右,我還有控制飲食,我是戒糖,戒零食,戒宵夜,三餐正常吃,午餐和晚餐白飯吃半碗左右,我吃午餐和晚餐前會先喝水,跟著吃肉,菜,最後才吃白飯。
      希望這些信息能幫助到你,為了身體健康,我們都要加油。

    昨年10月に出会い、何と1年が過ぎました。朝のヨガ🧘‍♀️45分間とこの33分間の全身運動を69才の自分に課してきました😄  本当は毎日が目標なんですが週5回位でずーっと続ける事出来ました。
    ほぼ日課です!🎈🎈
    いい加減にはやりたく無いのでキレ良くしっかりが目標。
    週に1回だけジムスタジオレッスンに行きますが同年代の中では姿勢、柔らかさは1番だと自負してます😄
    ダヨンさんのおっしゃる通り、33分間の自分への投資だと思って、この先も頑張ります。ありがとうございます😊😊😊

    每一次练的时候真的很累,慢慢就很享受出完汗的感觉,已经坚持了两年多了,已减20公斤,很满意了,保持就好了,胖宝们加油,从你决定减肥那刻开了一定要坚持三个月以上哦,你会爱上健身,你要悄悄变着,会变得非常哇塞的女孩!🌹

    10여년전에 한참 열심히 해서 좋은 결과를 보았었습니다. 그 동안 수없이 많은 운동 동영상을 섭렵했었는데, 정다연님의 피규어 시리즈는 단연 탑오브 탑입니다. 일단 공동주택에 적합한 동작이고, 화려하지 않고 따라하기 쉬운 기본적인 동작들이지만 이 운동 동영상의 마법은 정말 잘 설계된 조합과 타이밍에 있다고 생각됩니다. 피규어로비의 유산소효과는 짧은 30분의 시간 동안에 무념무상으로 따라하기만 하면 어떤 비싼 러닝머신으로 1시간 뛴 것보다 훨신 낫습니다!

    몆개월째 하고있어요
    저는 저녁밥 먹고 밖으로 운동을 나가지 못하는 밤시간에 거의 이운동으로 칼로리 소모하고있어요
    처음엔 땀도 나고 힘들었는데 이제는 동작 순서도 외워져서 할만해요 정다연님팀들과 함께하니 지루하지않고 오래 지속할수있는거 같아요

    I do two video every other days for two months. Even when I was tired, at least one 30 minus work out still help. By doing
    her videos I lost 7 kg in two months. This is the first time I watch work out videos and lost weight! Thank you JUNGDAYEON!

    我已经跟着跳了六年多了 快60岁的我 忙的时候也会间断一段时间 但是一有空闲我就会跟着跳 这是一种健身方式 但也是一种精神享受 每次跳起来的时候都感觉浑身充满了活力 非常感谢郑多燕创作出这么好的作品 超级喜欢

    I have worked out since I am 13 years old. This is one of the only workouts that make me sweat. I am the mother of 3 men and this is a fantastic workout for any age. And it is nice to work out with such beautiful and smiling fit people. This is also very I inspiring.

    Durante mi vida he hecho muchas rutinas de aeróbicos, pesas, yoga. Encuentro tus aeróbicos muy muy buenos, son efectivos, entretenidos y visualmente muy bonitos. El cuerpo se estiliza y se ve muy femenino. Además me están ayudando a recuperar elasticidad y tono muscular. Muchas gracias, eres una mujer muy linda y con gran voluntad Jung Dayeon
    Por cierto, mido 1.55 mts, peso 47 Kg, tengo 54 años. Buena salud y actitud positiva, gracias a ejercitar toda mi vida. Señoras no hay excusa

    Lo mejor que he visto en años !!!. Hay otros canales de ejercicios que visualmente son muy atractivos, pero en la practica es muy dificil seguir los ejercicios. Esto, al ser tan estructurado (hasta tienes que contar hasta el 8), no te pierdes nunca. Al principio los ejercicios pueden parecer muy suaves, pero luego va aumentando la intensidad y terminas con la lengua afuera. Me ha encantado!!!

    Dear Jungdayeon,
    I rarely post comments but I wanted to let you know that I have been doing your exercises ( this video is my favourite) on a daily basis for 5 days per week since April 2020. My original weight was 56.5kg. Today': 5th Jan 2021, my weight is 50.9Kg which surpassed my original goal of 52kg. I also kept a diary of what I ate and reduced unhealthy carbs and sugars. It was hard to start a daily exercise regime but I'm really glad I persevered and these days it's not a chore but an enjoyable part of my life. I feel so happy with my slimmer self and my husband is also amazed by the changes to my body shape! Nothing important in life is easy to obtain but exercise is one thing I have found that helps me to take back control. I love my sweat!

    4.2부터 매일 아침 빠지지 않고 하고 있어요. 땀이 흠뻑 나서 35분 정도 이지만 운동하는 기분 제대로 납니다. 뒷구리살이랑 허리 라인도 정리되고 팔살도 가벼워진 듯 해요. 좋은 영상 감사합니다~^^

    I did this in 2014 & 2015. when the lockdown started, the first thing I remembered is this workout video. this is very good exercise for all ages and beginners. Although I have put on some weight, I still can manage to do it. Love this, and love the smile on you.

    우와 대박입니다,, 바이크 30분을 타도 땀이라고는 얼굴에만 겨우 나는 체질인데 목으로 줄줄 흘러요. 뛰어야만 땀이 나는줄알고 다른거 따라하다가 10분도 못하고 헥헥 거리며 포기했는데 뛰지않고도 쉼 없이 움직이니까 30분을 다 따라 했어요. 오늘부터 한달간 따라해야겟어요.다연쌤 감사합니닼

    I've been following this for 2 months now 5x / week plus 1 hour zumba. I'm 42y.o just had an open abdominal surgery 6 months ago. After my doctor told me I can freely move I started to do light to moderate exercises. I found your videos to be helpful. I plan to do this forever ! Thank you for what you do!

    I love the fact that your workouts are paced so well. Most workouts move so fast. Even if there are similar movements, it leaves me feeling worn out afterwards. Your workouts feel like a total body workout but I feel better after. I also like the counting. It's sort of like a meditation. Thank you!

    I tried to keep doing this exercise since last year, but always gave up after few times. This year, my 7 years old daughter starts competition gymnastics, one day, i feel admire her strong figure. I decided to restart it again. Now I have kept doing it one week, four times, still hardly finished it every time. But my daughter loves to do this exercise. She still pushes me do it with her every time after her 3 hours gymnastics training. She says she feels muscle hurts, but she loves this kind of hurt😂.

      @@maleindiaindia9753 my sister did this 2 years ago frequently. she started doing it again after gaining those weight doing nothing. She is back again With this excerice. She said it's worth it. One of my fav exercise too. It took me a week to do it exact. I felt so much sweat coming out like I have never had this doing another exercise.forgot to mention, I've been doing this almost 2 months. It's worth it. You get motivated throughout this exercise from the groups.

    I've been looking for a body fitness workout during this time of quarantine. I finally bump with this cute, simple & easy to follow workout video. I finished the whole 30 min routine & I really struggled a lot in the last part. This is the only workout that made me sweat a lot & it feels good.     Thank You so much!! I have not worked out in many years!! I am 55 yrs. young and I really enjoyed this workout! It was calm but intense! I did have to stop a couple times in the last 10 minutes but jumped right back in after a few seconds of rest. This was my first time, but I feel confident that if I continue with your routine, I will be able to finish the whole exercise. Thank You and have a blessed afternoon!

    20代の頃こちらのDVDを購入して3ヶ月で80kgから65kgくらいまで減量できました。それからも体重は増えることなく減って40才になった今は標準体重ですがすっかり中年体型です。チョン・ダヨンさんを見習ってもう一度頑張ってみようと思います😊

    땀이 주루루룩~~~ㅎ
    5년전에 처음 이운동을
    접하고 6개월 열심히 했었는데
    센터에 프로그램이 없어지는 바람에 아쉬웠어요

    最初はキツイキツイ😂ですが続けていくうちにあっと言う間。体力も少しづつ。ジョグとモムチャンエクササイズを交互に楽しくやって行きます!

    6th day doing this workout, and I feel much more relaxed doing the last part compared to the first time that I can only finish 13Minutes I’ll continue to do it for a month and see how much weight I can loose!! But maybe I will need to try harder ones for the next few weeks!! Thank you Dayeon onee for the vid 💖💖💖

      I’ve lost 5 kg for just 25days!! With eating healthy and exercise at least 15minutes daily, I didn’t do this straight for 25 days there are days I went jogging, sometimes just 15minutes of workout a day, but whenever I didn’t go jogging I will do this!!

    Me encanto tu rutina, vivo en California y tengo 46 años empecé a hacer ejercicio hace 3 meses y e perdido aproximadamente 14 libras, creo que empezaré hacer sus rutinas gracias por animarnos a seguir en la lucha de mantenernos ejercitadas 🙏👍👍👍☺️☺️

    Hola saludos desde el hermoso puerto de Veracruz Mexico, me encanto tu rutina porque no esfuerzo mucho mi cuerpo yo no puedo hacer ejercicios tan pesados están geniales, la verdad no pensé sudar mucho, terminé super sudada y acalorada no pensé terminar pero lo logre, sigue subiendo rutinas me encantaron, bendiciones a todos y tienes una nueva seguidora.

    Hola muy buena rutina, cuando encontré este canal me sentí fascinada, las rutinas muy completas, llevo dos días con tus rutinas y vaya que siento el trabajo ☺️, estoy contenta al fin encontré algo divertido y que te ejercita super bien, gracias espero tener más de tus rutinas, saludos a todos desde México ☺️

      Пожалуйста, тренируйтесь медленно и постепенно, понемногу
      Чем больше времени пройдет, тем вы будете здоровее.

    Привет из города Самара! Делаю с вами упражнения и вот за 2 месяца ,похудела на 5 кг. ! Благодарю вас ! По 4 раза в неделю стараюсь заниматься с вами ,мне очень понравилась ваша нагрузка на тело .Это реально действует на развитие силу мышц ,а также худея ,становится легко жить.Мне 52 года и вес мой тоже 52кг. :)
