I was 67 kilos now im 58 affter doing this exercise 2 times a day and a walk of 30 minutes... I find this result only 21 days. Now I decide myself to reduce my weight at 52 kg.. Plz pray for me...😊😊

Comecei hj, dia 14/03, vou atualizando os dias aqui
Dia 02, aula completa, deu pra sentir bastante a barriga e as costas😁
Dia 03, devido algumas notícias pessoais, não consegui concluir a aula 100%, mas tá pago
Dia 04, e mais notícias ruins, mas não me deixei abalar, dei meu melhor. Esse exercício tá pegando bastante braços e costas também, já me olho no espelho e consigo ver a redução das gordurinhas
Dia 05, estou ficando bem mais satisfeita com meu corpo, 5 dias seguido fazendo essa aula e já consigo ver bastante diferença no meu corpo. Na vdd estou a 1 mês fazendo aulas de zumba, e desde q encontrei essa, é onde mais vejo resultado
Dia 06, mais animada com as aulas do que nunca. Estou feliz demais, vendo os resultados em meu corpo, tenho muita facilidade em perder gordura e por isso tenho resultados mais rápido. Você que não tem, não desiste manda!! Simbora, botar botar essa gordura pra sairrrrr!!!
Dia 07, desafio concluído!!!! Sensação de dever comprido. Graças a essas aulas recuperei minha auto estima. Agora estarei a continuar a fazer essa aula e mais outras, e ainda algum exercício físico para completar!!!

I thought I was gonna quit within the first 5 minutes but I'm glad I hung in there until the end. I loved this. My calves are tingling as I type. Will use this every other day

Diet plan share with me plz
This isn't a proper update but anyway I'll leave my results after using this since end of April, which means after 3 months.
I started doing this exercise when I weighted nearly 82kg. I'm 170cm and was chubby actually. Then I started doing this daily with some food control. But nothing like a diet plan. I just reduced my intakes and but always had 3 meals per day. That wasn't very rough or exhausted because I ate what I like but made sure to follow this everyday. By " I ate what I like" I meant that though I ate my favourites, it was a small amount.
And now after three months my body is much more relaxed and I've reduced nearly 5-7 kg permanently. Idk why but my change is so visible too. Istg I just followed this 12min video everyday and that's it! And still I keep doing this and eat whatever I like but a small amount and have 3 meals a day!!
I guess I'll lose more after doing this..
If someone is looking to have a healthy weight and can't go on strict diets and exercise ig this is the best GOOD LUCK FOR ANYONE WHO FOUND THIS MOTIVATIONAL AND USEFUL

Hi everyone I started with this video this morning 10.10.2023 will be doing this twice a day. And a 2km jogging/walking with a 1 meal diet plan. I have been 89kg now 86kg struggling to break the 86kg mark so with this video in place I would like to see a big difference.will keep you guys posted. End of this month.

I'm an asthmatic person. The first few days I tried this, I am running out of breathe! Then after a week, I'm really happy that I can do 20 minutes of this without any break! I think this well help me strengthen my lungs. It's a good cardio. You won't get bored easily because of the music.

I’ve started your Zumba sessions when I was 71kgs. Couldn’t follow everyday but doing it 3 days in a week and I had lost 7kgs in 3.5 months only. I’ve not followed any particular video of yours but played random video from your channel so that, every day I can do something new.
I will soon restart this because still I wanted to loose 5 kgs more.
And the best part is that I didn’t gain again when I stopped for few months. I hope I will shed my postpartum weight soon and I know that you will not reply on any comment but still the best wishes and much love to you MIRA ❤

This is my favorite for now. I’ve done it for 7 days and lost 5 lbs along with careful diet. I know this exercise works because I lost 28 lbs and inches in the fall doing them with less strict diet.

I’m sure you’re looking great and building self confidence but the most important thing is how being healthy makes us feel and all the good it does for our bodies. @@nabeelgujjar3309 I often use an app to track calories in and out and make sure the ratio of fiber, proteins, carbs and fats are correct and that I don’t eat much if any sugar and lower my carbs just a bit. I don’t like how I feel on keto so I don’t go extremely low carb. Lots of fish, chicken and turkey with vegetables or salad and a small starch a couple times a day, fruit and veggie smoothies throughout the day with only their naturally occurring sugars.

I really enjoy this class
I have been following her exercise for almost 5 months now - no specific diet whenever I feel like i eat a lot or gain so much weight I will follow 2/3 of her videos (1 hour +) per day (high intensity training with dumbbells once a week ) and when i eat less i will follow her 27 / 34 minutes video and honestly her Zumba is really effective I can actually loss 1 kg per week if i control my food intake but i never skip my meals and tea time lol (fast food,cakes,ice cream in between)😅 I think if i stick to a healthy diet plan I could be very slim now … but yeah i love all her exercise ❤️🧡💛💚💙🤎🤍🖤💜

When I do this work out I feel so happy it doesn’t bored me like other exercises.

@@deepachhetri9058 u should strictly follow this video two time per day (in early morning and before sleep. Control calories in each meal with healthy food. I reduced from 55kg to 48 in a month. Mostly my belly
