I tried doing this excercise (not only this but other zumba excercise from this channel) both morning and in evening for 3 months continuously. When I started I was 92kg with the height 172cm but now I'm 79kg with 172cm height. I believe I'll be able to get to my BMI weight if I continued. And one more thing consistency is the key. Day 2: I felt the pain on my shoulders this morning but I still did it today. "NO PAIN NO GAIN". The pain feels lessen after I did it. I feel more energy for today. This is a motivation to continue to day 3.

Week 2 Day3: Done. One of the improvements I feel myself when I started doing it is the improvement of my sleep. I am able to sleep on any position I want unlike before it feels hard to breathe when you sleep sideways.
Week 2 day2: Done. I feel out of breath. I have increased the intensity of doing it. I feel great. When I first started I did it in a chill mode like skip some steps when my arms can't endure the pain.
@@Aquaa9921 As of now I lost 3kg. When you are doing this and then when you weigh yourself and noticed nothing has changed. Think positive, it means you are not gaining more weight. There is always a result no matter how long you do it.

@@gunishachawlashah hey boo i did different timed amounts of this everyday. Ive been sticking to at least 2000 calories a day and ate more fruits and veggies. Protein is necessary and i drink roughly 120oz of water a day. Had some cheat days/weekends and im still going. :) hope this helps
Also a preworkout is great. Workout in a comfy room. I do in my living room lol. I turn ac off so i sweat more. The preworkout gets you going and can have a better turnout of a workout.

I think expecting to get a major transformation is a bit far fetched but this is a great catalyst to losing weight along with other lifestyle changes. Week3 Day5: Done. The workout is smooth. I feel pain on the left shoulders sometimes. I don't loose weight anymore but it is not a reason to stop. When I started doing this, I still eat the way I do before. I believe now is the time to also update my eating habits.

Day 6: Done. Yesterday supposed to be day 6 but we have no water for bath after zumba. My body misses this zumba workout. I weigh myself this morning and I was surprised. I LOST 2KG!!! I was 85kg before I start doing this. So no REASON to STOP doing this. It feels good after doing it. Don't mind the pain, it will fade. To day 7.

It is common for shoulders and arms to hurt due to movements, however, the belly only "hurts" if there is stimulus from weight training, and this training is cardio, so I believe it's normal

I really like her workouts. It's a pretty good workout without needing a lot of space at home. You kind of look like Taiwanese singer Yuki Hsu. Maybe you can do some of her dance music.😊

Week 2 Day7: Done. I did not lose weight as much as week1 but I am able to complete 7 days again. When I start gym or workout before I last only 5 days. I am still gonna do it no matter what.
