    I tried doing this excercise (not only this but other zumba excercise from this channel) both morning and in evening for 3 months continuously. When I started I was 92kg with the height 172cm but now I'm 79kg with 172cm height. I believe I'll be able to get to my BMI weight if I continued. And one more thing consistency is the key. Hope my journey helps you all to start you workout with hope.

    Tysm i loss 15 kgs 😍 but i gained 7 kgs 🥺 bcuz i did not do this exercise for 3 to 4 months and i use to eat a lot 😣 but i am sure i will lose weight again with the help of this video 😁😁 tysm

    Day 2: I felt the pain on my shoulders this morning but I still did it today. "NO PAIN NO GAIN". The pain feels lessen after I did it. I feel more energy for today. This is a motivation to continue to day 3.

    Week3 Day5: Done. The workout is smooth. I feel pain on the left shoulders sometimes. I don't loose weight anymore but it is not a reason to stop. When I started doing this, I still eat the way I do before. I believe now is the time to also update my eating habits.

    This dance helps to reduce 400g per a day!! Very effective way to loose weight!! .. After doing your classes my belly fat and arm fat lost fastly!! Highly recommended!! Thanx

    Day 3: I wake up again with the pain in my shoulders but not as painful as Day 2. It did not stop me to still do it today. I sweat alot and I have this feeling in the skin and I don't know how to describe it. I feel good after I did it. I'm gonna do it again to day 4

      @@gunishachawlashah hey boo i did different timed amounts of this everyday. Ive been sticking to at least 2000 calories a day and ate more fruits and veggies. Protein is necessary and i drink roughly 120oz of water a day. Had some cheat days/weekends and im still going. :) hope this helps

      Also a preworkout is great. Workout in a comfy room. I do in my living room lol. I turn ac off so i sweat more. The preworkout gets you going and can have a better turnout of a workout.

    Week2 Day4: Done. I have this moment with me to not do this because I have so many other important things to do but when I look at myself in the mirror I am back to my motivation. There still a long way to reach my goal.

    Day 4: No pain on the shoulders when I wake up. I feel pain on the shoulders and my belly while doing it. Still "No PAIN NO GAIN". my body will get used to it. Will definitely continue to day 5

      @@ad9076 I did this like three times a week for about two months. Its super fun once you get into it. I think expecting to get a major transformation is a bit far fetched but this is a great catalyst to losing weight along with other lifestyle changes. My arms and stomach were the most improved areas. I really encourage you to do this. The music is a bop too. 🤩🤩

    Week 2 Day3: Done. One of the improvements I feel myself when I started doing it is the improvement of my sleep. I am able to sleep on any position I want unlike before it feels hard to breathe when you sleep sideways.

    I am from india,I am started doing since 4 days,my present weight 68 kgs,heught 150 cm,I want to teach 52 kgs, I took daily 1100 calorie food with intermetant fasting,and also I walk 2 hours,I decrease my weight after 3days again i put on after few days again it will decrease hardly 2kgs I will loose in a month,I hope your.videos are very useful to loose weight,thank you so much.

    The only hard part is feeling that second hand embarrassment when your parents see you working out and they’re like “Uhm.. what are you doing-“ and I tell them I’m exercising and they say “Oh your fine you don’t need to.” When really kids should always get 1 hour of exercise every day to make sure they are healthy- it’s may not be necessary, but I wanna be healthy! :)

    Week 2 day2: Done. I feel out of breath. I have increased the intensity of doing it. I feel great. When I first started I did it in a chill mode like skip some steps when my arms can't endure the pain.

      @@Aquaa9921 As of now I lost 3kg. When you are doing this and then when you weigh yourself and noticed nothing has changed. Think positive, it means you are not gaining more weight. There is always a result no matter how long you do it.

      It is common for shoulders and arms to hurt due to movements, however, the belly only "hurts" if there is stimulus from weight training, and this training is cardio, so I believe it's normal

    Day 6: Done. Yesterday supposed to be day 6 but we have no water for bath after zumba. My body misses this zumba workout. I weigh myself this morning and I was surprised. I LOST 2KG!!! I was 85kg before I start doing this. So no REASON to STOP doing this. It feels good after doing it. Don't mind the pain, it will fade. To day 7.

      @@monisinghal8814 yes, usually we eat a lot quantity ryt, just take half is enough.. Example : half rice, half chicken, half junks food.
      Need to take more vegetables and fruits.
      Most importantly is water.
      Water is *MUST* ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
      Drink more water to lose ur weight easily.

    Week 2 Day7: Done. I did not lose weight as much as week1 but I am able to complete 7 days again. When I start gym or workout before I last only 5 days. I am still gonna do it no matter what.

    I came across this channel have sarted to few vedios I tried this for 1 week i dont think have lost weight in kgs but i found the vedio very fun and interesting zumba loveing them really einjoyed work feel engery doing in moring. I will continue to do them exercise postive will get result soon

    thank you so much for your workout, b4 im 72 kg now im 62.70 kg i love this exercises i do this every other day and i eat 1/2 cup of rice only i lost almost 8 kg in 1 month. thank you so much🥰🥰🥰

    Week2 Day5: Done. I decided to rest yesterday because I have cough and colds. Today is amazing. I did not feel pain on shoulder and arms until half of the workout.

    Day 2 - 82.6 workout not done
    Day 3 - 82.4
    Day 4- 82.4
    Day 4 - 82.2
    Day 5 - 82.2
    Day 6- 82.1... Pain in lower abdomen
    Day 7 - 82.1
    Day 8 - 82.1
    In seven days i lost one kg if I continue then I hope in a month I m able to lose 4 kg weight. I will update more
    Day 9 - 81.0

    I really love it. I'm just curious tho if you got your body toned by doing zumba or did you use equipment before.I'm aiming your body tone and I used to be 60 kg. It's been 1month and 2weeks and I see the progress..If I'm gonna do it without a missed,how long does it take to get a toned stomach like yours?.
    I hope you can answer.Thankyou so much.This is a big help for me as I have a PCOS and it's so hard for me to lose weight.But this gave a hope😘 God bless you and your team❤️
