    DAY 1..79.5 Kg
    DAY 2..79.3 Kg.😒(Didn't do zumba tho)
    DAY 3..79.1 Kg. (Did 2 zumba)
    DAY 4..77.9 Kg.😏(Did 30 mins dance only)
    {'lil exercise' means 5 mins jogging + 132(×2) Jumping jacks + 22(×2)Sit ups + little stretching exercises}
    DAY 5..78.8 Kg.😭(Did lil exercise but no zumba)
    DAY 6..78.7 Kg.😭(Did 30 mins light dance)
    DAY 7..79.0 Kg 😭(Did lil exercise+1hr dance)
    DAY 8..79.0 Kg 😭(Did lil exercise+1hr dance)
    DAY 9..78.9 Kg 😭(Did 30 mins light dance)
    DAY 10..(BREAK)
    DAY 11..78.9 Kg (BREAK)

    I never controlled my diet...just did light dance on most days...😔

      I know that this is 2 years later, but I just want to tell you that you shouldn’t weigh yourself every day. Your weight fluctuates. It’s normal. If you track it constantly and see the number going up and down, you’ll just be discouraged. I recommend weighing yourself once a week (preferably every wednesday morning). Also, use a tape measurer and check your BMI. That’s the most important.

    Ok I have to share my opinion I just did this exercise every day whiteout diet and I eat like any normal days and guess what I just lost 3 kg in 7 days this is so amazing it gave you power and make you Peppy

    I lost 20kg in 3 weeks
    I just made sure before ever meal i drank two full cups of hot water and reduce my food portions a little bit.

    I reduced 1.9 kilos in 4 days. Basically I check my weight before and after excercise. I reduced .5 kilos after excercise routine. Really glad that something works out for me and I can see the results instantly. I was 69.9 in the beginning now I'm 68.

    honestly this workout is amazing. i have been doing this workoit for 7 days now and i have lost 2 kgs which is like woah seriously. would keep doing this everyday now.

    This is honestly your BEST workout! I’ve tried a lot of your workouts but this is the only one I’ve found that has a good variety of moves that get the whole body moving. A lot of your other workouts concentrate too much on the stomach area. Love this workout, the music is also really good… matches the speed and rhythm of the exercises too. Please make more like this.

    I lose 2 kg in 7 days really I not not speaking lie I am just 13 years old but my weight is 65 but now my weight is 63
    I ate boil moong for 7 days and I do this exercise
    Diet plan
    In morning 1 cup of black coffee and squeeze lemon no sugar
    In lunch 1 bowl od boil moong with salad
    In snack I take makhana or you can take some dry fruits with black coffee
    At dinner I day same as in lunch
    I am so happy now my goal is to lose more weight

    My stamina hasn’t been the same since getting Covid last November. This workout really gave me a great workout. I’m a sweaty mess and was able to do most of this workout with out struggling to lift limbs or struggling for breath.

      @Sharma Bharti just eat anything you want but make sure to control your portion and calory intake.. if you feel like you had eaten too much than do some more simple movement or zumba just to burn back the calories.. 🙆🏻‍♀️

      @Sharma Bharti owh wow nice.. whatever it is calory deficit is the most important in weight lost as 80% of weight lost comes from diet and 20% from exercise.. keep doing it sis.. 💪🏻

    It's definitely not Zumba, it's more like a very long Zumba warmup, but it's a fantastic workout.. I love all the hips to start. Thanks .. keep them coming

    Okay so let me share my experience. I have been doing this exercise for 5days in a row and lost 1kg. I did this without any diet and ate biriyani and icecream. Still doing once a day, will update next month.

Mas eu estava hipertensa , com gordura no fígado, com ansiedade,sem força de viver , ai o médico m falou ou vc muda, ou vc morre! Então comecei a pesquisar vídeos ! A dois messes estou fazendo essas zumba! Só gratidão não pelo peso q estou perdendo , Mas pela minha nova vida! Só faço reducacao alimentar tomo chá de hibisco e cavalinha! Faça começa por vc ! Vc vai conseguir..

    Just done my workout. Its 8.04 am here in the 🇬🇧. Love these workouts. Heart rate isn't through the roof but it gets me up ans moving. Sweat lots too love it ❤

    Hey so I started doing this workout today so let me update you guys...
    Day 1= ✅+40 min excercise
    Day 2=✅ for 1hour
    Day 3=✅+✅+✅ three times😂
    Day 4=✅+✅+30min excercise
    Day 5=✅
    Day 6=
    Day 7=
    I take break in between and I do this workout one time in morning and one time in evening or depending upon my mood haha😂😂

    Hi her workouts are incredible! But when I continue for 7-8 mins I get heavy pain under my right chest! Is that normal??Does anyone knows about that and how to continue working out is taking a break and start again is fine?? Appreciate your support ☺️💕💕💕

      Try not to drink water before during this workout, keep ur tummy relaxed and take a long breath whenever u feel its hurting, don't swallow your belly in and drink water 10-15 minutes after this exercise

      If you are a girl make sure you are not wearing a tight bra wear a sports bra instead i get back pain when i wear tight regular bra and i get got back ache too but the more the did it my body got use to it but make sure to always strech after you are done working out and don't lay down on the bed immediately
