I know that this is 2 years later, but I just want to tell you that you shouldn’t weigh yourself every day. Your weight fluctuates. It’s normal. If you track it constantly and see the number going up and down, you’ll just be discouraged. I recommend weighing yourself once a week (preferably every wednesday morning). Also, use a tape measurer and check your BMI. That’s the most important.
Ok I have to share my opinion I just did this exercise every day whiteout diet and I eat like any normal days and guess what I just lost 3 kg in 7 days this is so amazing it gave you power and make you Peppy
I reduced 1.9 kilos in 4 days. Basically I check my weight before and after excercise. I reduced .5 kilos after excercise routine. Really glad that something works out for me and I can see the results instantly. I was 69.9 in the beginning now I'm 68.

This is honestly your BEST workout! I’ve tried a lot of your workouts but this is the only one I’ve found that has a good variety of moves that get the whole body moving. A lot of your other workouts concentrate too much on the stomach area. Love this workout, the music is also really good… matches the speed and rhythm of the exercises too. Please make more like this.
I lose 2 kg in 7 days really I not not speaking lie I am just 13 years old but my weight is 65 but now my weight is 63 I ate boil moong for 7 days and I do this exercise Diet plan In morning 1 cup of black coffee and squeeze lemon no sugar In lunch 1 bowl od boil moong with salad In snack I take makhana or you can take some dry fruits with black coffee At dinner I day same as in lunch I am so happy now my goal is to lose more weight
My stamina hasn’t been the same since getting Covid last November. This workout really gave me a great workout. I’m a sweaty mess and was able to do most of this workout with out struggling to lift limbs or struggling for breath.
@Sharma Bharti just eat anything you want but make sure to control your portion and calory intake.. if you feel like you had eaten too much than do some more simple movement or zumba just to burn back the calories.. 🙆🏻♀️

Try not to drink water before during this workout, keep ur tummy relaxed and take a long breath whenever u feel its hurting, don't swallow your belly in and drink water 10-15 minutes after this exercise

If you are a girl make sure you are not wearing a tight bra wear a sports bra instead i get back pain when i wear tight regular bra and i get got back ache too but the more the did it my body got use to it but make sure to always strech after you are done working out and don't lay down on the bed immediately

Just done my workout. Its 8.04 am here in the 🇬🇧. Love these workouts. Heart rate isn't through the roof but it gets me up ans moving. Sweat lots too love it ❤

@@farhananazar7544 No, not only weight loss .... It's effective for inch loss tooo.... Just keep ur diet balanced and healthy .... Don't starve🙂. Have 4 meals in proportion... It will help u in metabolism and then there will be effective and satisfying results,🙂

Day 2=✅ for 1hour

I take break in between and I do this workout one time in morning and one time in evening or depending upon my mood haha😂😂

Yes it will go once ur body gets used to this type of workout
Try not to drink water before during this workout, keep ur tummy relaxed and take a long breath whenever u feel its hurting, don't swallow your belly in and drink water 10-15 minutes after this exercise

I got a back ache after doing this for 2 days, please guide why
If you are a girl make sure you are not wearing a tight bra wear a sports bra instead i get back pain when i wear tight regular bra and i get got back ache too but the more the did it my body got use to it but make sure to always strech after you are done working out and don't lay down on the bed immediately
