I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

Day 02: Went on a walking tiresome trip so couldn’t do it 🪫 Day 03: first 10 mins and a break and rest of the 17 mins done. 🔋 Day 04: did the whole 27 mins in a stretch. Didn’t take any rest in between. Feels like an achievement. Towards the end of the Zumba i felt weak but it’s fine🔋. Day 05: did 14 mins in the morning. Later in the evening did the whole 27 minutes.🔋 Day 06: did the whole 27 min… so tired…🔋 Day 07: Did it 🔋 Day 08: First day of my period. Even though, I did it gurl. With the help of this video and exercises I lost 5kilos. I was 89 last week on Saturday and began doing from Monday and yesterday I saw my weight it was 85. Really happy and thanks a lot
I got 8 min in and, I lowered the speed. My watch said great pace and then congratulated me on a good walk. I was cramping. Ill see how long I can push it tomorrow. 😊
Its so tiring yet its fun to do this workout. I ended up in 10 mins only maybe bacause its my 1st time to do workout. But will do this everyday and hope will see improvement.

I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

كل يوم اتمرن اول اسبوع كنت بس احسن عشر دقايق الى 15دقيقة الاسبوع التاني ااقدر طول اكتر الاسبوع الثالث صرت خلص الفيديو بكل رياحة وطلع ع تمارين غيرو😂
امانه نقصتي على هاذا التمرين يارب تفيديني توي اول يوم اسوي رياضه

Its so tiring yet its fun to do this workout. I ended up in 10 mins only maybe bacause its my 1st time to do workout. But will do this everyday and hope will see improvement.

I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I have never done one of these before but decided to give it a chance this was definitely a workout that made by blood pump I assume I wouldn't feel much since I work out daily but I felt every moment of it this was an amazing workout! I just found this group about this day, then i try it right away🤭 i just need exercise for cardio then a saw this video thats why i try it. 17mins then i stop for a while i hope i can reach it to 30mins next time. Not bad for me. I hope get fit like them🤭 Godbless us its easy to follow them.

💫اليوم الاول 8:45 مكدرت اكمل بس راح استمر لحد ما اكمل الفيديو بدون اي استراحة.
💫اليوم الثاني ما سويت من الفيديو لكن ركضت 30 لفة في السطح و عملت شوية بوكسينك.
💫اليوم الثالث ركضت 44 لفة في السطح و سويت نفس التوقيت 8:45 لان اني ركضت بعدين اجيت سويت الفيديو.. احس بديت اشوف تطور.
_يومين ما سويت بسبب 🩸.
💫اليوم الرابع 10:00 كليتي موتتني وجع ما كدرت اكمل ،بس المهم تقدمت اكثر من قبل.
💫اليوم الخامس 16:40 طبعا اني مصدمة وصلت لهذا الحد!! بدت نتائج تعبي تطلع 🔥.
💫اليوم السادس 16:08 بالإضافة إلى 39 ركض في السطح (تطور كبير)😆.
اليوم السابع ما سويت.
💫اليوم الثامن 20:11 متواصل بدون إي راحة واحس نفسي راح استفرغ 🤢.

I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

3:11:13 mấy bạn muốn có động lực tập thì cứ nghĩ đến 1 vóc dáng mà bạn luôn muốn được như vậy,hoặc quyết tâm phải đẹp hơn đứa mình gét chẳng hạn.mình trước k tập nổi mấy bài tâp,vì mới đầu tập đau bụng nản lắm nhưng cứ mở váy vóc ra ngắm là lại có động lực.đến giờ bài nào cũng tập được hết.lần đầu cmt vì bài tập rất là hiệu quả và dễ tập .kết hợp thoa tan mỡ trước lúc ngủ lên phây búc tìm sumitn tan mỡ là ra t & n đó mình mua đó xài nhờ đó có eo mặc đồ bao đẹp. ❤❤❤
