    I swear… this is the most most tremendous workout ever.. I can’t believe it .. I m doing it for every single day for almost 7 days & when I look myself into the mirror, I can see greatest & drastic results !! Today I can’t stop myself to comment & honestly speaking this is the first time that I have commented in any video on RUclips ever !!

    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    Dont forget to rest guys, rest is also important if your body can't handle anymore due to muscle pain please rest and go back exercisimg if you feel good

      Today is my first day following this vid.
      I divide it as 2 sets.
      I followed the 10 min first, take some rest due to hard breathing and continue the rest 18 mins after I feel okay.
      Rest is very important guys. You know what's best for your body, how much your body can take. Please do pay attention to that. 💖 And thanks alot for remind us too, Rocelli.

    I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

    Its so tiring yet its fun to do this workout. I ended up in 10 mins only maybe bacause its my 1st time to do workout. But will do this everyday and hope will see improvement.

    I have never done one of these before but decided to give it a chance this was definitely a workout that made by blood pump I assume I wouldn't feel much since I work out daily but I felt every moment of it this was an amazing workout!
