    I've been doing this workout every weekday for a month and I went from 203 lbs to 188 lbs, pretty awesome.
    I added so many other videos from this channel on my watchlist now and plan to go through all of them haha, love this!!
    Edit: 11/7/23 - I'm 180.2 lbs now! Thank you EMMA Fitness!!
    Edit: 8/14/24 - 170 lbs, I still do these! I honestly substitute their 34 minute video in now, its the one that is 70plus million views on their channel. I do that workout every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Good luck everyone!

      If I ever want variety in my workouts I just watch one of their other videos and it works just as fine

    最初は中断しながらじゃないと完走できなかったけど、4日目ぐらいでようやく休まず最後までできた!

    I've been doing this work out sun to Fri last one year ago, I could be reduced 87 kg to 75 kg now. It's so tired, but I'm so happy and I can not stay without this workout. So, thank you so much EMMA fitness!

    Yo usually i will stop in the middle of the exercise but this one is just nice for a person like me. I sweat a lot n didnt too pressured to follow those easy steps. Thanks!!

      @@katsanne2934 baje los 8 kilos en 4 meses y sobretodo vi resultados en el área del estómago en 4 semanas ya vi mi estómago muy reducido, échenle ganas sí funciona 😉 solo es cuestión de constancia

    25分も飽きずにできるかなって思ったけど色々な動きがあって楽しい!動きも難しすぎず、多分6割くらいしか動きは合ってないけど必死について行ったら25分で200kcal消費、心拍数も常時120位でいい運動になった。肩甲骨動かす動きが沢山あって最高。肩こりひどいので、効くこと間違いなし!他の動画も見てみます😊
    スタジオに習いに行くのはハードル高いけど自宅でならどんだけミスっても誰も見てないからありがたい😂

    I'm starting this from today including 7 day challenge thing. Which won't work much but will probably boost my motivation.
    I'm also starting to eat a lot of vegetables and chicken. 2.5 ltrs of water too. Every morning I have warm water with lemon, kinda like warm lemonade.
    Height: 5'3
    Weight: 85 Kgs.

    I do this last 1 year, my mind does not allow to do other videos that u have put after this. This imbibed and became a part of my life. Love it. Actually this music stays as wakeup alarm to my boys, they get up from bed hearing this music daily when i play to do it.

      @dmar I train every day in the morning only one week, before I did another complex of Eva Fitness (it’s my fault), but i didn’t like it. I’ve decided to return to this workout. And only now I see results. One week = 3 kg. I do this one after the walking complex (Emi Wong). I eat healthy food. So I’m sure this workout can change my life a lot.
      And now I’m going to explain why other “exercises to lose fat” were bad for me. They are too hard and too intensive and many of them focus on the arms, but not in a good way. This workout is fantastic, because the load is correct.

    Right thigh = 50cm, left thigh = 50cm
    Belly= 74cm, left arm 25cm , right arm = 24.5cm
    Left arm above the palm = 15.5cm, right arm above the palm = 16cm
    Right calf= 33cm, left calf 34cm
    Total weight 55kg, height 166cm
    Day 1 ✅ (but only did 9mins because my stomach started hurting and also did skipping for 5 mins)

    Alhamdulillah..... After C-section, I had a huge bulging belly that used to have two feet (approx) distance from my butt to the belly tip. Started following Emma- prefering her to the other Zumba experts-
    1) Had that football belly reduced a lot..
    2) Upper arm reduced, upper butt thickness shrunk..
    3) diastasis recti back in place almost...
    4) fat thigh to decent thigh
    5) Gained a lot agility
    All of these helped with my severe leg pain that had to carry that bulging belly and overweight!
    These days, I have stopped doing it out of lazyness but still that football doesn't come back that much... Agility is still a lot better... Anyway, started doing it again. Insh-Allah I will try these frequently again !!!

    個人的に日本人がやってるエクササイズは別に平気なんだけど、外国人のエクササイズをやると非常に疲れてくるのは何故なんだろうう(いい意味で)
    腕を上げるのがめちゃくちゃ多いから二の腕引き締めたい人はおすすめかもしれん。
    ジム辞めてから運動不足でブクブクに太ってしまったので、この動画見て頑張りたいと思う。

    Après avoir cherché en vain parmi les autres commentaires , je pose mon commentaire en français 😅. je viens de terminer le work out :
    - pour une fois j'ai transpiré mais alors, vraiment transpiré.
    - vers la moitié de la vidéo, tu as l'impression d'être sur plaque vibrante ou quelque chose dans le genre, ça secoue, bras cuisses ventre, tu sens le travail
    - les mouvements sont plutôt faciles à suivre et tu vas jusqu'au bout de chacun d'eux. Ce qui apporte une certaine satisfaction car avec certains work out, tu as l'impression de n'être bonne à rien.
    Je reviens le 30 juin avec un update, je ferai ce workout chaque jour.

    It feels like something is peircing in my stomach and armpit but i didn't quit doing it.
    Today it's my first day though i continuously felt pain but it feels awesome after completion of exercise.
    But i have to say ,you have pretty awesome movements

    I did this yesterday morning and felt unsatisfied because I did not feel tired after but at night I started feeling my numbness in my arms 😅😅 This is quiet good ❤

    Empecé la semana pasada con sus rutinas la semana pasada logré bajar 1.5 kg les comento esta semana cuánto logre bajar y les dire resultados poco a poco

      @@TheBerimbela Fijate bien en la postura y flexiona las rodillas. Eso me pasó mi primer día y lo estaba haciendo mal. Cuando mueva la cintura adelante y atrás, pecho hacia adelante dobla un poco las rodillas. Saludos 😘🙏🇪🇦

      Hey, I used smartwatch when did this and the calories burned was 160 cal. Maybe this is not an accurate calculation and each person has different metabolism

      The amount of calories you burn depends on your physiology, body composition and level of effort. I burned 263 calories average heart rate 145 BPM with a max of 166 BPM. Your stats will be different. I’d suggest a “calories burned” calculator online, that should give you an approximate number based on your height, weight, age etc.

      @@marey2285 first of all this work out is fun, and painless.. Its almost a month with this excercise...I can see change in my belly fat and thigh fat also.but it will take some time to lose some inches depends on the workout routine.. I found it better than gym workout.

      @@IT-rj4ls off course.. it's reducing all of my body fat. my shirts size was XL, now S/M. I was 90kg, now i am 60 kg. I'm happy, i didn't spend money at all 😁. You can do it too... Nothing is impossible 😉
