I added so many other videos from this channel on my watchlist now and plan to go through all of them haha, love this!! Edit: 11/7/23 - I'm 180.2 lbs now! Thank you EMMA Fitness!! Edit: 8/14/24 - 170 lbs, I still do these! I honestly substitute their 34 minute video in now, its the one that is 70plus million views on their channel. I've been doing this work out sun to Fri last one year ago, I could be reduced 87 kg to 75 kg now. It's so tired, but I'm so happy and I can not stay without this workout. So, thank you so much EMMA fitness!
I'm starting this from today including 7 day challenge thing. Which won't work much but will probably boost my motivation. I'm also starting to eat a lot of vegetables and chicken. 2.5 ltrs of water too. Every morning I have warm water with lemon, kinda like warm lemonade. Height: 5'3 Weight: 85 Kgs. Day 1: √ stopped 4 times today.
Yo usually i will stop in the middle of the exercise but this one is just nice for a person like me. I sweat a lot n didnt too pressured to follow those easy steps. Thanks!!

Alhamdulillah..... After C-section, I had a huge bulging belly that used to have two feet (approx) distance from my butt to the belly tip. Started following Emma- prefering her to the other Zumba experts- 1) Had that football belly reduced a lot.. 2) Upper arm reduced, upper butt thickness shrunk.. 3) diastasis recti back in place almost... 4) fat thigh to decent thigh 5) Gained a lot agility All of these helped with my severe leg pain that had to carry that bulging belly and overweight! These days, I have stopped doing it out of lazyness but still that football doesn't come back that much... Agility is still a lot better... Anyway, started doing it again. Insh-Allah I will try these frequently again !!!
Its been 3 days i have started this workout. Its really fun doing this and i will continue this ..hope this helps me reduce my weight .. now i am 57 kg .. will update if i reduce some more 😊..

@dmar I train every day in the morning only one week, before I did another complex of Eva Fitness (it’s my fault), but i didn’t like it. I’ve decided to return to this workout. And only now I see results. One week = 3 kg. I do this one after the walking complex (Emi Wong). I eat healthy food. So I’m sure this workout can change my life a lot. And now I’m going to explain why other “exercises to lose fat” were bad for me. They are too hard and too intensive and many of them focus on the arms, but not in a good way. This workout is fantastic, because the load is correct.

It feels like something is peircing in my stomach and armpit but i didn't quit doing it. Today it's my first day though i continuously felt pain but it feels awesome after completion of exercise. But i have to say ,you have pretty awesome movements

Yesterday, I watched this. I'm trying to make my ass off active. Today is Day 1. Who know I can follow this exercise till the end of video. I did stop for several second because sometimes Im struggle with some easy things. Maybe stop for only 3 times not because exhausted. But yeah, this suitable for me as beginner. I will update it everyday if I doing this exercise again. TRY IT OFF, guys. Minimal but faster. Done Day 1 ♥🔥🔥🔥 *25th July...sorry guys I stop too long because I'm in the middle renovation of my houses... Will start back soon. 1.09.21 Hellluuuuu guys, sorry I didn't updated for too long. Actually, I love doing this exercise since I easily lose focus. I keep doing As one of my schedule exercise. I can feel myself more lighter, and energetic. My mood increasing, but any exercise without taking care of your food would'nt work even work. Still, I don't focus much just lesser eating rice and more scoop of vege and fruits. Adding 2 glass of water. Anyway good luck guys
Day 2. I feel a bit sore around my shoulder area. I feel little heavy to do it. But congrats to myself. ♥♥♥🔥🔥I just finished. More sweat today, I guess 🤣🤣 yesterday, I got a little cramp in certain around my stomach..but today just 1..like buzz..so it mininize me to stop. Who know I can keep follow this exercise till the end. Usually it really hard even for beginner until I have to stop the video..take a breath...and do it but this one just suitable for me. I will try to do again tomorrow.See ya
Day 4. Idk because of rainy weather or because I take a break yesterday . I feel so tired. I follow it like half-heartfelt even I force myself to do it until the end of video. Not much sweat like Day 1 and 2. Wishing tomorrow I can feel happy like that again. Oh ya, I did measured my waist everyday. It turn out 1 inch loss. I noticed this change in Day 2. I started 36 inch...today is 35 or almost 35 because I keep exhale..who know my mind trick me hahaha.. Anyway, I dont take care much of my food except I drink cold water more. I will try to balance my food soon. Let's see how my body change until Day 7 doing this exercise.
Day 5. I do this exercise late than usual. Luckily, I feel better today. Guess what, I can do my chores little better🤣🤣🤣I feel so energetic today and wow look at that. I sweat and feel the burn when I try to do another video after finished this one. I can do only for moment because my space so small..cannot raise leg...so I have to stop follow 2nd video. Its so refreshing..just like when I do in Day 1. Right now Im 35 inch and half. It did work..Actually I just have fat around stomach...it did help me...okay, I wanna continue my workout with jogging ... Maybe around 5 minutes. Need to build strength. Luckily I can stick to this exercise...hopefully I can follow until Day 7.
Après avoir cherché en vain parmi les autres commentaires , je pose mon commentaire en français 😅. je viens de terminer le work out : - pour une fois j'ai transpiré mais alors, vraiment transpiré. - vers la moitié de la vidéo, tu as l'impression d'être sur plaque vibrante ou quelque chose dans le genre, ça secoue, bras cuisses ventre, tu sens le travail - les mouvements sont plutôt faciles à suivre et tu vas jusqu'au bout de chacun d'eux. Ce qui apporte une certaine satisfaction car avec certains work out, tu as l'impression de n'être bonne à rien. Je reviens le 30 juin avec un update, je ferai ce workout chaque jour.

25分も飽きずにできるかなって思ったけど色々な動きがあって楽しい!動きも難しすぎず、多分6割くらいしか動きは合ってないけど必死について行ったら25分で200kcal消費、心拍数も常時120位でいい運動になった。肩甲骨動かす動きが沢山あって最高。肩こりひどいので、効くこと間違いなし!他の動画も見てみます😊
スタジオに習いに行くのはハードル高いけど自宅でならどんだけミスっても誰も見てないからありがたい😂

@@TheBerimbela Fijate bien en la postura y flexiona las rodillas. Eso me pasó mi primer día y lo estaba haciendo mal. Cuando mueva la cintura adelante y atrás, pecho hacia adelante dobla un poco las rodillas. Saludos 😘🙏🇪🇦

I found this video when I was looking for lose body weight... XD today is the first day I've done it. And I'm already sweating so much and out of breath hahaha I think I'm gonna keep doing this workout at least once or 2 times a week. maybe just everyday

Yesterday, I watched this. I'm trying to make my ass off active. Today is Day 1. Who know I can follow this exercise till the end of video. I did stop for several second because sometimes Im struggle with some easy things. Maybe stop for only 3 times not because exhausted. But yeah, this suitable for me as beginner. I will update it everyday if I doing this exercise again. TRY IT OFF, guys. Minimal but faster. Done Day 1 ♥🔥🔥🔥

1.09.21 Hellluuuuu guys, sorry I didn't updated for too long. Actually, I love doing this exercise since I easily lose focus. I keep doing As one of my schedule exercise. I can feel myself more lighter, and energetic. My mood increasing, but any exercise without taking care of your food would'nt work even work. Still, I don't focus much just lesser eating rice and more scoop of vege and fruits. Adding 2 glass of water. Anyway good luck guys
Day 2. I feel a bit sore around my shoulder area. I feel little heavy to do it. But congrats to myself. ♥♥♥🔥🔥I just finished. More sweat today, I guess 🤣🤣 yesterday, I got a little cramp in certain around my stomach..but today just 1..like buzz..so it mininize me to stop. Who know I can keep follow this exercise till the end. Usually it really hard even for beginner until I have to stop the video..take a breath...and do it but this one just suitable for me. I will try to do again tomorrow.See ya
Day 3, take a rest 🤣🤣
Day 4. Idk because of rainy weather or because I take a break yesterday . I feel so tired. I follow it like half-heartfelt even I force myself to do it until the end of video. Not much sweat like Day 1 and 2. Wishing tomorrow I can feel happy like that again. Oh ya, I did measured my waist everyday. It turn out 1 inch loss. I noticed this change in Day 2. I started 36 inch...today is 35 or almost 35 because I keep exhale..who know my mind trick me hahaha.. Anyway, I dont take care much of my food except I drink cold water more. I will try to balance my food soon. Let's see how my body change until Day 7 doing this exercise.
Day 5. I do this exercise late than usual. Luckily, I feel better today. Guess what, I can do my chores little better🤣🤣🤣I feel so energetic today and wow look at that. I sweat and feel the burn when I try to do another video after finished this one. I can do only for moment because my space so small..cannot raise leg...so I have to stop follow 2nd video. Its so refreshing..just like when I do in Day 1. Right now Im 35 inch and half. It did work..Actually I just have fat around stomach...it did help me...okay, I wanna continue my workout with jogging ... Maybe around 5 minutes. Need to build strength. Luckily I can stick to this exercise...hopefully I can follow until Day 7.

Après avoir cherché en vain parmi les autres commentaires , je pose mon commentaire en français 😅. je viens de terminer le work out :
- pour une fois j'ai transpiré mais alors, vraiment transpiré.
- vers la moitié de la vidéo, tu as l'impression d'être sur plaque vibrante ou quelque chose dans le genre, ça secoue, bras cuisses ventre, tu sens le travail
- les mouvements sont plutôt faciles à suivre et tu vas jusqu'au bout de chacun d'eux. Ce qui apporte une certaine satisfaction car avec certains work out, tu as l'impression de n'être bonne à rien.
Je reviens le 30 juin avec un update, je ferai ce workout chaque jour.
